ABSOLUTELY NOT! only reason for one start was because I have to!…read more My experience at Medical Aesthetics + Wellness by Gettin Lippy with Brit was one of the most unprofessional, disorganized, and uncomfortable experiences I've ever had in a medical or medical aesthetics setting. I booked my appointment online, only to later be told my time was no longer available. When I called, I was instructed to come in before 1:30 because "she" was leaving at 2. I arrived on time--and was completely ignored. No greeting, no acknowledgment--just a staff that seemed visibly annoyed I was there. I sat in the lobby until nearly 1:55 before being taken back, despite being told there was a strict cutoff. That alone shows how disorganized this place is. Once in the room, there was zero direction. I was left standing while the assistant--not the injector--prepared everything. When I asked what I should do, I got a curt, dismissive response. Multiple staff members came in and out, loudly talking about their personal lives, complaining about men, and completely ignoring me. The environment felt cliquey, immature, and HIGHLY unprofessional--more like a high school social group than a medical office. At one point, I was placed in a situation where it felt like I was being used as a teaching example without my consent. Several girls stood around observing, no one introduced themselves, and nothing was explained to me. It was uncomfortable and completely inappropriate. The pricing and communication were just as disorganized as the environment. A staff member came in and said they were going to take "a couple quick pictures" using what appeared to be a phone and a selfie light. Later, I was charged over $50 for this as a "consultation" with absolutely no prior explanation or consent. While I was waiting for them to figure out my pricing, I overheard a staff member on the phone quoting another client for peptides at a shockingly high price. Combined with my own experience of undisclosed charges, it raised serious concerns about transparency and consistency in how they price services. When I asked for a total price before starting (a completely reasonable request), I was met with attitude and resistance and even asked, "What do you want a price for?" I was quoted $360, yet my total came out higher--even after applying Alle rewards. When I questioned it, I was told it included the consultation I was never informed about. To make matters worse, I was also told there would be an additional fee just to run my card. The injector appeared irritated by basic questions and dismissive when I asked about a conservative approach. Nothing about this experience felt professional, organized, or client-focused. NO REGARD for my comfort. By the end, I was so uncomfortable I told them to just charge whatever so I could leave. No client should ever feel that way. Between the lack of organization, poor communication, undisclosed fees, dismissive behavior, and an environment that felt more focused on internal chatter than patient care, this place operates in a way that is deeply concerning. I will absolutely never return--and I strongly recommend others proceed with caution and ask very detailed questions upfront.

Dr. Peterson took his time to understand what I was trying to accomplish. He also took his time with the injections to be sure I didn't have any bruising. From EVERY appointment being 45mins to 1 hour late, to lack of communication, to non-existent follow-up (still waiting on a call from December 2024 when I specifically asked if they would call me right back...yep, yep....NOPE!!) To seeing a different PA every time I go in, which means you have to start all your medical history explanation over, in fact, haven't even seen Dr. Smith in YEARS... My appointment was at 8:30am...and as per normal I pride myself getting there 15-20minutes early just to make sure all is ready so there is no delay... After 9:30am (1 hr after my appointment was suppose to be / 1 hr 20minutes since I walked in the door) I got up and left. Heck they open at 8:00am--how can you be 1+ Hrs behind and you only opened 30 minutes ago?? If the customer / patient was this late or missed an appointment then there are penalties associated with that (which I agree), but what happens when the clinic is over 1hr late??? Doesn't seem fair, my time is just as important as your time...and I am the Patient / Customer who is PAYING for the service. Used to be a great place, but either Dr Smith has taken in too many patients, they lack proper scheduling training, or purposefully they are just cramming as many cattle into the trailer as they can to turn a profit...either way, customer service has gone to heck...and too many other Doctors in Granbury to waste my time.
