V/O Med Spa has all the treatments I was looking for, for a non-surgical Improvement in my appearance. I started with a facial by Kim, which was awesome. She really took her time and showed me what she was doing and the results were immediate. Next, I experienced my first Morpheus laser treatment with Rebecca. I've purchased a series of three and I can really see a difference in my skin after just one treatment. The pores on my nose are smaller and a scar on my forehead seems more relaxed. I'm excited to see how my skin will look after all the treatments! Rebecca did a great job; she gave me lots of time for the numbing cream to kick in and I literally felt no pain with the laser treatment! So I am excited to see the results and I am so glad I found this Med Spa! Absolutely all the ladies here are friendly and welcoming!! There was no high-pressure to join or buy products! When I was first looking for a primary care office to set up with I initially searched online and called around to various practices to ask questions and figure out which practice might be right for me and my family. Some places I called either didn't want to take the time to answer my questions, didn't know the answers or just didn't seem very friendly/caring. When I called here, the person on the phone was super friendly, didn't make me feel rushed and patiently answered my many questions. I then decided later that day to make an appointment (but at that point it was after hours on a Friday) and was able to do everything online, while they were closed - including scheduling my own appointment - I didn't have to wait for them to reopen after the weekend. It was amazingly convenient and easy to do. I've seen Megan approx 4-5 times now, I love the convenience of self scheduling online and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. You can do in-person or online (depending on what you need) and I've done both so far, both were on time and easy to do. If you like the convenience of self scheduling with a tech-forward practice, or you're tired of feeling like a number on an assembly line, or tired of dealing with a doctor who doesn't listen and only spends 5 minutes with you, then absolutely check out this place for care. She was very knowledgeable and I did feel comfortable with her. I told her I have been getting Botox for over 20 years & always very pleased with the results. For some reason she felt dysport would be a better choice for me & it was more affordable (which was not a factor I had discussed). The total cost was actually about $100 more than I had ever paid for Botox (I only had 2 areas...squint lines & between my eyebrows). It's now 10/11 and I cannot really tell I had anything done less than 2 months later. I am an "older" patient but went for Botox & was steered to Dysport for some reason. While I was comfortable with Lexi, I question why she suggested Dysport for me even though I never discussed pricing but more concerned with results. Botox had generally lasted me about 6 months & now I feel I need another treatment. Just posting this so others will be sure to stick to what you know.

Within 10 Days I started noticing a droop. Julie arranged for me to come in and she injected more. Within a few days I noticed my eye was drooping more. I messaged her and she said wait 10 Days. I waited 10 days and it's horrible. It's droopy, weepy, my nose on that side keeps running. Now she says they will call in some eye drops that will open the eye up-which I am sure are very expensive. I have asked for a refund. I would say run from Lexie when it has to do with Botox as I've had it plenty of times and had no problems. The first picture was a few weeks after service. It's noticeable but not horrible. Second is now and 3rd is all i was offered as a solution. .

When I notified them of the mistake, the lady at the desk insisted the percentile and gender were correct and indicated it could not be changed. I told the very rude Tech that I don't understand why they kept calling me to make the appt, which she decided to reply with "you knew you had to be back here in March and you didn't, do you have a name of the person who was calling you?" Which I don't but I can show all the calls received from Solis. Then she decided it was a good idea to start discussing out loud my medical records & last year diagnosis, which are confidential and a clear violation of HIPPA laws in the lobby and in front of another patient. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and distraught. How you dare to discuss medical confidential information in front of others??? Who gives this Tech the right to do so? I am an ER RN and would never give a patient a dx nonchalantly, this is what the physician should discuss with their patients. I would never recommend this place!!! Disgusting practice procedures.

With the exception of a visit five years ago, when I happened to use a Groupon for laser hair removal, I have always paid directly and have been a returning client. Fast forward to today: I purchased a Groupon for an IPL treatment, a completely different service from the one I used years ago. When I called to schedule, I mentioned I'd be using a Groupon. The receptionist immediately told me they would not accept it because "a client can only use one Groupon in a lifetime," regardless of the service. Her tone was dismissive, and the interaction felt unnecessarily rude. What makes this especially frustrating is that this statement directly contradicts the fine print on their own Groupon listing, which clearly states: "Limit of one treatment type per person." Not "per lifetime," not "per customer ever"--per treatment type. IPL and laser hair removal are not the same treatment, and the terms are unambiguous. I have liked the providers here and have had good experiences with the actual services, which makes this even more disappointing. A business is entitled to set its own policies, but those policies should match what they advertise publicly. They also should be communicated with professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling undervalued as a long-time client and misled as a consumer. Transparency and respectful communication matter, and they've just lost a customer.
