I normally do not…read morewrite reviews online; however, due to my previous skin cancer, I want other patients to know her lack of empathy & to warn others. I went in today for a annual body screen, prescription renewal, and a concerned spot on my lip. She reviewed the spot, and gave her suggestion on treatment. When I asked about the "permanent scaring" on freezing a spot on my lip line, her response was "I've already told you 2 times," looked at her nurse and told her nurse to "explain" and walked out of the room onto the next patient (dismissing me)!! I've never been treated like that before, so I was pretty much in shock. If you are looking for a Dr that's going to spend time on your concerns, takes the time to read your history of current medicines (her office prescribed), and your previous cancer history (that was done at her practice) this IS NOT THE DR FOR YOU. I have seen Dr. Newton for over 20 years, and he's no longer in her practice. I went to her today (because my records are still there). I've seen her one other time, and was not impressed then as well. On a positive note: There also must have been a complete change at the practice recently, and I had no problem with this (amazing and kind staff, nurses and front desk).

I highly recommend this Med Spa!…read more I became a member this month after looking at the options in my area. V/O Med Spa has all the treatments I was looking for, for a non-surgical Improvement in my appearance. I started with a facial by Kim, which was awesome. She really took her time and showed me what she was doing and the results were immediate. Next, I experienced my first Morpheus laser treatment with Rebecca. I've purchased a series of three and I can really see a difference in my skin after just one treatment. The pores on my nose are smaller and a scar on my forehead seems more relaxed. I'm excited to see how my skin will look after all the treatments! Rebecca did a great job; she gave me lots of time for the numbing cream to kick in and I literally felt no pain with the laser treatment! So I am excited to see the results and I am so glad I found this Med Spa! Absolutely all the ladies here are friendly and welcoming!! There was no high-pressure to join or buy products! But I will have to say that I was ready to start a program and I believe this membership program is the best way to get more than a facial treatment at a fair price.

The Botox was quick and pretty much painless. The injector explained everything clearly, and really listened to what I wanted. I've already noticed smoother skin and way less hair after just one session. They have the best equipment, extremely effective and safe. Highly recommend if you're thinking about trying Botox or any other services they offer. I'm interested to try out their great facials too. The staff is very knowledgeable and amazing! I'll definitely be going back!

Review for FM Plastic Surgery / Live Young Wellness Spa: I've been a patient here for several years…read moreand have used FM Plastic Surgery/Live Young Wellness Spa for multiple aesthetic services, including Botox and several rounds of laser hair removal. With the exception of a visit five years ago, when I happened to use a Groupon for laser hair removal, I have always paid directly and have been a returning client. Fast forward to today: I purchased a Groupon for an IPL treatment, a completely different service from the one I used years ago. When I called to schedule, I mentioned I'd be using a Groupon. The receptionist immediately told me they would not accept it because "a client can only use one Groupon in a lifetime," regardless of the service. Her tone was dismissive, and the interaction felt unnecessarily rude. What makes this especially frustrating is that this statement directly contradicts the fine print on their own Groupon listing, which clearly states: "Limit of one treatment type per person." Not "per lifetime," not "per customer ever"--per treatment type. IPL and laser hair removal are not the same treatment, and the terms are unambiguous. I have liked the providers here and have had good experiences with the actual services, which makes this even more disappointing. A business is entitled to set its own policies, but those policies should match what they advertise publicly. They also should be communicated with professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling undervalued as a long-time client and misled as a consumer. Transparency and respectful communication matter, and they've just lost a customer.
