I made an appt after seeing positive reviews here & looking for a new injector after mine retired…read more Had my first appt on 8/26 with Lexie. She was very knowledgeable and I did feel comfortable with her. I told her I have been getting Botox for over 20 years & always very pleased with the results. For some reason she felt dysport would be a better choice for me & it was more affordable (which was not a factor I had discussed). The total cost was actually about $100 more than I had ever paid for Botox (I only had 2 areas...squint lines & between my eyebrows). It's now 10/11 and I cannot really tell I had anything done less than 2 months later. I am an "older" patient but went for Botox & was steered to Dysport for some reason. While I was comfortable with Lexi, I question why she suggested Dysport for me even though I never discussed pricing but more concerned with results. Botox had generally lasted me about 6 months & now I feel I need another treatment. Just posting this so others will be sure to stick to what you know.

I am giving this establishment 2 stars only because of all the good services I've had. Julie is…read moregreat but here is my last experience. I got to the spa on day of my appointment and Julie has a family emergency and had forgotten. Her assistant was there (Lexie) so she offered to do my treatment which was Botox between the eyes. Within 10 Days I started noticing a droop. Julie arranged for me to come in and she injected more. Within a few days I noticed my eye was drooping more. I messaged her and she said wait 10 Days. I waited 10 days and it's horrible. It's droopy, weepy, my nose on that side keeps running. Now she says they will call in some eye drops that will open the eye up-which I am sure are very expensive. I have asked for a refund. I would say run from Lexie when it has to do with Botox as I've had it plenty of times and had no problems. The first picture was a few weeks after service. It's noticeable but not horrible. Second is now and 3rd is all i was offered as a solution. .

A few weeks went by and we started receiving bills from Quest diagnostics. The bills were not small. She called Quest who told her she had to speak with Lifestream. She spoke with Lifestream who told her she should not be receiving a bill because she paid in full. We continued to get bills. Every month we repeated the same dance. Every month we were told we shouldn't be receiving a bill. She messaged Susan Harris herself who assured us she would personally take care of this. It's the very end of June and we received yet another bill saying it is past due. This isn't rocket science, it's not even as difficult as traditional medical billing where you have to go back and forth with insurance to get paid. This was a cash payment. Simple. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If they can't handle something as simple as a cash payment, I'm not sure how they could even begin to handle the complexities of treating patients. My wife and I are so disappointed in the lack of care we have received from this office.

The alternate times did not work with our other plans so ended up having to cancel completely. I don't understand, in the first place, how they would have made a scheduling error, and not sure we believed the girl. It very much felt like a made up excuse and, perhaps, someone else trumped us so we got bumped even though we'd had our appointment set for several days. Extremely disappointing that they chose us to be rescheduled on our anniversary rather than honoring our appointment and bumping the other couple. We won't be back, ever.
