She was very knowledgeable and I did feel comfortable with her. I told her I have been getting Botox for over 20 years & always very pleased with the results. For some reason she felt dysport would be a better choice for me & it was more affordable (which was not a factor I had discussed). The total cost was actually about $100 more than I had ever paid for Botox (I only had 2 areas...squint lines & between my eyebrows). It's now 10/11 and I cannot really tell I had anything done less than 2 months later. I am an "older" patient but went for Botox & was steered to Dysport for some reason. While I was comfortable with Lexi, I question why she suggested Dysport for me even though I never discussed pricing but more concerned with results. Botox had generally lasted me about 6 months & now I feel I need another treatment. Just posting this so others will be sure to stick to what you know.

I got to the spa on day of my appointment and Julie has a family emergency and had forgotten. Her assistant was there (Lexie) so she offered to do my treatment which was Botox between the eyes. Within 10 Days I started noticing a droop. Julie arranged for me to come in and she injected more. Within a few days I noticed my eye was drooping more. I messaged her and she said wait 10 Days. I waited 10 days and it's horrible. It's droopy, weepy, my nose on that side keeps running. Now she says they will call in some eye drops that will open the eye up-which I am sure are very expensive. I have asked for a refund. I would say run from Lexie when it has to do with Botox as I've had it plenty of times and had no problems. The first picture was a few weeks after service. It's noticeable but not horrible. Second is now and 3rd is all i was offered as a solution. .

The headband she attempted to put in broke twice which means she didn't put it on right. I ended up having to put it on myself. I stated multiple times I just washed my hair and did not want to get anything in my hair. She failed to listen or be careful and I left with a big glob of goo in my hair. The front desk girl was less than helpful and had zero care or empathy. No apology was given. She said "what am i supposed to do about that?" Ummm do you have a tissue at least? Do I have to ask you that? She was rude and offered no solutions. I was also charged an extra twenty bucks with no explanation. I stated on my last two visits to please upgrade me to the top tier. You didn't do it so charged me twenty bucks for today. You guys are not detailed oriented and lack customer service. I have also tried calling and leaving voice mails and you don't call back
