Once inside we were greeted right away and seated immediately by the friendly bartender at the front bar area. He was very helpful and not pushy. The menu was much larger than I thought it would be. Once we were ready to order the bartender came over and took our order. The food came out very quickly even though the restaurant seemed pretty full. We both thought the food was very good. We did not buy any of their pastries but they looked very good in the display cases in the rear of the cafe. I would recommend this cafe and we plan to visit again in the future.

Once we checked the bag, we realized something was missing -- a croissant. I went inside to ask for it, and while waiting, I overheard an employee in the back mutter, "he probably already ate it." That comment alone was completely uncalled for and incredibly rude. To top it off, when they finally gave me the croissant, it was burnt -- and frankly, it seemed intentional. The level of disrespect, laziness, and lack of basic customer service is disgusting. I hope management seriously reevaluates the behavior and professionalism of their staff.

The lighting was good however the wait staff were playing around and on their phones in front of the diners which takes away from the elegance of the experience. I don't go out to eat as often as I would like so when my husband takes me out it always feels so special. The wait staff were young so they should have left the playtime in the back or for afterwork.
