I scheduled my LED teeth whitening appointment more than a week in advance, paid my $25 deposit, and showed up exactly as confirmed -- Monday, October 6th at 3:00 PM. No one was there. I knocked, called, and emailed several times with no response. Afterward, the owner tried to claim I was "confused" and changed my appointment to the next day -- after I had already shown up for the original date. My booking confirmation clearly shows October 6th at 3:00 PM, which proves otherwise. Trying to alter the date after the fact is simply dishonest. If a business can't be transparent or take responsibility for a simple appointment, I definitely wouldn't trust them to perform a medical or cosmetic procedure like teeth whitening. Integrity and professionalism matter -- and this experience showed neither. read more
