This review is long over due…read more Rebecca and her team helped coordinate my wedding last year at the Richard Nixon Library. Rebecca is very responsive, friendly, and the best advocate for you. About a month to a few weeks before my wedding, Rebecca created a handbook, listing out every little detail of our wedding - even details that I didn't even think about. This really showed me her expertise in wedding planning. She made sure all our vendors knew where and when to set up, and this is so important because if you don't have a coordinator then the vendors will call you. On the day of my wedding, there was always someone from her team that was with me and my husband while the others made sure everything was in order. I even had a guest that showed up without RSVP-ing and Rebecca took care of that. I really got to enjoy my wedding without having to worry about anything. I've been meaning to write this review as Rebecca and her team is so deserving of it. What really pushed me to finally write one was because I had a bad experience with another wedding planner where I was a bridesmaid for. That planner had the bridesmaids set up the reception and was calling the bride constantly about the set up of everything. This experience made me appreciate Rebecca and her team even more. If you are on the fence of whether you should get a wedding planner or not. The answer is YES. And the best person in the industry is Rebecca and her team. They will do all the behind the scene work so you and your partner can enjoy your wedding. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Overall, she was such a pleasure to work with and we would recommend her to every one of our friends.

Our wedding took place on February 4, 2024, at the Mission Inn Hotel in Riverside. Due to a tight budget, I decided to plan all the pre-wedding details myself (which, while rewarding, was extremely exhausting -- I wouldn't necessarily recommend it!). However, I knew I would need a professional coordinator for the day of the wedding itself. Also, the Mission Inn Hotel has a preferred vendor list, and by choosing vendors from that list, we were able to avoid additional vendor fees. To be honest, I initially chose Ana because she was the most affordable option on their list. But after working with her, I realized she was absolutely essential to the success of our wedding day! Ana has many years of experience in the wedding industry and is incredibly knowledgeable about every step of the process -- she even holds a minister's license. On the day of the wedding, she flawlessly managed the timeline, handled unexpected issues with ease, and allowed us to fully enjoy every precious moment without stress. I can confidently say that without Ana's support, our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was. As first-time bride and groom who had no prior experience with wedding planning, we wholeheartedly recommend Ana as your wedding coordinator. If you are looking for someone reliable and professional, trust me -- you will be so thankful you chose her!

She was paramount in designing our table decor and tying everything together into a chic and stylish wedding. We were very picky, but she had patience with our process and showed us multiple iterations until we felt comfy, which we SO appreciated. She also helped us find decor vendors that matched the vibe we were going for, as well as helped us fine tune our ambitious color palette. It was so gratifying seeing everything come together. On our big day Heather and her team took care of everything! We didn't need to think about anything except marrying one another (and our coordinated first dance ). Heather is very sweet and reassuring which helped put us at ease. She even won over our 4 yr old nephew who can be difficult, and he did a great job as the ring bearer thanks to her! We highly recommend her for your big day!

WOW - where do I start? I've been waiting to give Lisa my review until I could post my wedding…read morephotos too, but believe me -- I have not stopped thinking about what magic she created for my wedding day! Let me say first that I was such a scrappy DIY bride, so I was really looking for a day-of coordinator I could trust. I did many calls with other coordinators and I was looking out for folx who really pressure you to have a cookie cutter wedding and play into the wedding industry. Lisa was not like that at all, she felt like one of my friends and was totally on board with working with the blank canvas of my venue. She was so easy to work with and made me feel really confident the day-of. She was hands down the best money spent from all my vendors at my wedding. Examples of Lisa's magic: - She was a serious partner in crime! I come from a background of event planning myself, so I recognized that I was a bit of a hyper detailed and logistically obsessed bride. I literally had made my production schedule before I had even met with her! This type of thing would normally irritate the hell out of an event coordinator, but honestly Lisa just felt like someone who was my partner. She saw what I had created and helped me build off of what I got started and she just made me feel like I wasn't in it alone anymore. - She would go above and beyond! We had a mix-up with our cocktail hour where our caterer came in and left some of the food on the side where it wasn't easily found. Lisa and her assistant jumped in immediately once she saw the need. She straight up started serving our hor d'orves to all of our guests so that the food we spent good money on wouldn't be hidden in the corner. - She handled extra coordination with ease! We had a mariachi parade and a shuttle coming in and out of our venue. She was able to coordinate all of this seamlessly with her assistant. I was worried about the coordination of our shuttle in particular- and without a single worry my guests were coming in and speaking so highly of the amazing coordination of the entire day. These are just a few examples of how amazing Lisa is. So do yourself a favor and give her a call for your special day. Thank you so much Lisa for all the ways you helped make my wedding the best weekend of my life.

Words can truly not express my gratitude for Lisa. Naturally, I'm a pretty good planner, but when…read moreit came to the wedding planning process I was pretty clueless. I started out interviewing wedding planners. Out of all of them, Lisa was hands down my favorite. I remember explaining to my husband instantly- she was the one and we needed to book her ASAP. Looking back at all we went through (Covid) Lisa was the best thing that ever happened to me. Below are some reasons why: Organized- Lisa makes it her #1 duty to stay organized. She kept all notes in one folder, sent us cal reminders on deadlines, never missed a beat and was always ready, organized & prepared. Connections- With all of the positive connections she has developed with vendors in the industry she was able to get us great deals on DJ, Photographer & flowers. Vision- Lisa completely understands individual couples visions and her portfolio is an example of this. In planning 3 (yes, 3- Covid) weddings, she adjusted the vision to each setting/time of day/vibe accordingly. Thoughtful- Those little things you see in the movies and never for a second think that's real life? Yeah, she will make it happen. *jLO wedding planner vibes* Kind- With all of the stress & pressure Lisa maintained a nothing but kind attitude. She rolled with the punches and made sure no one was stressed. Can make anything happen- after so many cancellations and doing away with things, 3 days before our wedding I asked Lisa if there was any way we could get a string quartet (yikes, I'm a nightmare) not only did Lisa make it happen, they were playing our songs (walk down the aisle, first dance, etc) that we were no longer having due to simplified Covid wedding. All and all, I can't say enough good things about Lisa as a wedding planner. If you are looking for someone that is a friend in the process, will understand your vision, organized, and just AMAZING- look no further.

Linsey was assigned as our wedding coordinator through the vendor package at the venue and it was truly the stars aligning rather than luck. Linsey did an incredible job. She took time ahead of the event to get to know us, the other big players(photographers, DJ, our wedding party) which resulted in everything going perfectly throughout the evening. So many of our guests have told us it is the best wedding they have ever been to, and a lot of that credit is due to Linsey. She thought of literally everything. Her ability to ensure us as the bride and groom were having the best time ever while still keeping everything running like a well oiled machine is something I can't wrap my head around. She is a natural in this space and has very much found her calling. Maybe Leah was secretly there too. Our day would surely have been even more magical with their support through the entire process. No matter what level of coordination you need, Linsey and Leah should be your first choice.
