Sandra was the best thing that could of happened to my wedding. She went above and beyond with helping on a timeline and helping bring.my vision to life. On the day of She made sure that everything went as smooth as possible. We had a horrible DJ who was rude and went off cuff and she made sure he did not bother us. I literally do not know what I would do with out her during the process. I would recommend her services. My wedding despite the Dj was still amazing and beautiful everyone had a good time. Thank you Sandra for my perfect wedding. read more

Sandra and her team deserve more stars than 5! She was great to work with. She made us feel comfortable , as if we've known each other for years! She kept in communication and made my vision come to life! I initially went to Sandra for all my wedding floral but I also rented some wedding decor. She offered help in many ways and I am forever grateful. My floral came out beautiful as well as my ceremony decor and sweetheart table. Highly highly recommend! read more

We want to start off by giving Sandra the biggest THANK YOU EVER! You are seriously the best person I have worked with. You made planning for me more easier. You made us feel at ease knowing you were coordinating our special day.We will most definitely be booking her to coordinate/plan our future events. We started working with her before the pandemic in middle of 2019. We had to postpone our October 2020 wedding to October 2021. SHE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! She has the most beautiful personality you will love to work with through your wedding planning Journey. She made our wedding exactly what we wanted. She gave her input on how/what would look best and gave us ideas that wouldn't break our budget. She made our wedding run smoothly, when a little hiccup happened day pf wedding. She handles it like a boss! She gave us exactly what we wanted. read more

Sandra delivered! Last minute my Husband and I decided we wanted a small reception but only had 30 days to plan until our wedding date, due to covid our original plans were cancelled. There were so many things that needed to be figured out, plus Sandra and I wanted to make sure we could pull this off safely due to our wedding needing to be covid safe. We limited the number of guest to immediate family and 4 close friends, required mask at all times unless eating or drinking, had guest sit together that quarantined together, held the ceremony and reception outdoors, and only allowed dancing for the Bride and Groom. Gratefully no one got sick and everyone had an amazing time. Not to mention lack of time but we also were having trouble finding a location that would allow for a small ceremony and reception. Sandra did ALL the work to find a venue that would allow for both a ceremony and small reception with a extremely reasonable cost. Villa Aureilla was beautiful AND had views on views. Our photos were breathtaking and it was amazing to have a beautiful tables and beautiful arrangements but the views were a perfect touch. We really could not have asked for more. The ceremony setup was beautiful! I enjoyed the greenery, my bouquet was fabulous, and the boutonnieres for my husband and our parents were beautiful. Sandra made sure that the set up ensured for beautiful pictures! Everything was amazing, we thought that we wouldn't be able to celebrate our union due to covid but Sandra found a way. Our hearts were so full and we enjoyed every detail that Sandra delivered! The food was also amazing from the presentation to the taste! Sandra ensured that we didn't have to worry about a thing, listened to our wants, and paid special attention to our needs. We could not have been more pleased with the experience. We definitely enjoyed Sandra's services and she was an integral part to my husband and I forming lasting memories. Thank you Sandra! read more

My husband and I got married on January 14,2022 and we had the pleasure to have Sandra as our wedding coordinator and designer (best decision made) we had less than three months to plan our wedding. Working with Sandra was really easy and fun. She listens to what you have to say and gives you her opinion and ideas to make sure your wedding day is perfect, also she makes sure everything goes as planned. The day of the wedding we didn't have to worry about anything, she took care of everything and let us really enjoy our big day stress free. She does really enjoy what she does and put her passion into it, you can't go wrong by hiring her as your coordinator, such a fun, loving person. Thank you Sandra read more

Sandra killed it!! We had been planning our wedding with her for 3 years. Every six months we would sit down, go over our visions, and Sandra would give us homework to do between our meetings. Our wedding day went so well, she was understanding and extremely informative. Thank you so much Sandra for everything! No matter your budget or theme, Sandra WILL deliver! Sandra was my wedding designer and day of coordinator, she worked with my budget and helped me through the most stressful days of planning! Sandra is professional, talented, and extremely knowledgeable in her craft. I was nervous about planning a wedding in Southern California while living in Northern California, but Sandra worked with my schedule and communicated via text, email, or FaceTime depending on the topic of discussion. She has decorations for any kind of wedding, seriously, no matter what your theme is she has decor ready to rent to you and save you money. My wedding day was perfect, I enjoyed the entire reception- all thanks to her! If I had to plan a wedding all over again, I would choose her as my coordinator and designer every single time. read more

This review was a long time coming, but i I want to start by saying that I absolutely loved every moment of my wedding!!! I worked with Sandra for her day of coordinator services through the venue I booked (@uplandeventsandbanquetcenter). I want to share that Sandra went far above and beyond what other day of coordinators would ever do. She was more like my partial planner and she helped me so so much during this process. I am an anxious person, a total control freak and was so worried about how everything would turn out. I was difficult for me to trust someone and believe me when I tell you that I went through various interviews with other planners and coordinators before I decided I would work exclusively with Sandra. Sandra made our wedding dreams happen for my husband and I! She met with me initially to create a dream wedding board and the entire process was so organic and comforting that I knew we had made the right choice! We probably met over 6 times in total and she was able to answer every question and comfort every freak out moment I had. Sandra has such an easy, loving and light spirit to her. I loved every moment we worked with her! She was accommodating and patient throughout the entire process and made me feel so at ease about our wedding day. Sandra helped me come up with a vision for my wedding, connected me with the vendors we would be working with and the day of, created a timeline with us and in the end, everyone showed up like they were supposed to. Sandra will take care of you and your future spouse and make you feel at ease. She knows what she's doing folks! I forgot to mention that she also does floral services!!! I showed her my vision for my wedding day flowers, told her all the wild flowers I wanted to see and boy did she deliver!!! I told her that I wanted a wild flower look to all my arrangements and wanted them to look like they were picked from a flower covered hill. She turned my vision into reality all while keeping in mind my tight budget. If you have any doubts about working with Sandra, please don't! Trust me when I tell you that she will deliver!! read more

Top rated :Excellent service and professionalism. It's been a little over 2 months since our marriage and I still reflect back on the big wedding day. As a bride we have so much on our minds and just the nervousness of hoping our big day is all we dreamed about . During this time Sandra was amazing. We had conversations that helped calm my nerves and put me at ease . She was there all the step of the way reassuring me she will have everything handled the day of the wedding ( she was our wedding coordinator). And boy she had it handled . Our wedding was amazing and the few hiccups were immediately handled by Sandra . We can't thank her enough for all she had done for us. Did I mention she also created the beautiful arrangements of flowers that my friends and family are still talking about . Sandra comes highly recommended in my book . read more

Sandra was a gem to work with. I had no clue of where to start planning our wedding celebration. Sandra got me organized and ahead of schedule with the wedding 6 months away. I was able to have everything on track within 4 months with 2 months to spare and tweek small details when COVID-19 hit. Sandra was very calm about the situation and we discussed and still able to have our wedding on the date minus the invitees. Sandra made it a beautiful day and transformed our backyard into a paradise retreat. We were so happy on our special day and it was all due to Sandra's creativity and her flexibility read more

I had a terrible experience with Sandra. She has poor communication, is absolutely unapologetic when you call her out on it, was very disorganized, and the whole process was unreasonably long (why should accessories take 2 months??). Lots of excuses too - My computer broke, I don't know how to send emails from my iphone, I went on vacation, etc. So unreliable - you do not want to be dealing with someone like her before your wedding, the stress from this experience was awful. Poor service is one thing, but she did not even come through with what I ordered from her: She ordered the wrong earrings, so my bridesmaid had to scramble to find something last minute. Also promised me a handmade garter, but I never received one. Veil was different than promised, there were two different beading designs on the blusher and the fingertip. Not what I ordered and I was not happy with it, but what can you do when there is no more time left? My "hand made" beaded sash was too long, so it sagged on my dress. The ribbon was cheap material so I just had my tailor cut it off. I wish I could give zero stars. Do business with her at your own risk and give her plenty of time, because she will screw something up. read more

Like many well-meaning and budget-focused brides, I thought I could plan the wedding of my dreams on my own. As the months progressed, I quickly realized I was in over my head. Just 4 months before our big day, I met Sandra, who spent 3 hours with my mother and I during my first consultation. It was an easy decision to hire and work with Sandra as she listened to my ideas and dreams, and showed respect for my budgetary concerns! I was so relieved to know that my fiancé (now husband) and I had an expert on our side! As I look back on this experience, I am so thankful that God brought Sandra into our lives at THE perfect time. You see, when we started working with Sandra, I had no idea that a global pandemic was right around the corner. When our state completely shut down it took all of our wedding plans with it... within weeks our plans were but a vapor...completely vanished. It was during this time that Sandra's gifts shined ever so brightly. In the midst of a national shutdown, she offered us support, guidance, and hope in an abridged version of our wedding plans. Sandra brought our dreams to life with her expertise, creative vision, and was able to execute a beautiful and safe micro-wedding that had all the important aspects we desired for our big day. She essentially created our wedding from scratch because of the pandemic and shutdowns. #IMPRESSIVE! To sum it up... she's my fairy-godmother! I am so thankful for her efforts, as our family now has beautiful memories and pictures to look back on with great fondness. If you're on the fence, you won't have any regrets if you decide to work with Sandra. Not only is she a creative and visionary, she's also warm and welcoming. She made us feel like we were family. She was a pleasure to work with! My sweetheart and I are her #1 fans! read more

What can we say.... This lady is so wonderful. From the very first conversation we we had with her we were at ease and felt as if we chose the right person to plan our wedding. Boy were we right!!! From then on she took all the stress off of my bride and did an amazing job with everything. She kept in constant contact and worked with my bride on every little detail. One thing that impressed me was that She was always looking for ways to save us on expenses. The week before our wedding, we finalized everything and were excited to see how everything would look when we got to our venue. I can assure you that is was absolutely beautiful. We thought we had an idea what we were getting. What we walked into was amazing. And beyond what we expected. During our wedding she handled EVERYTHING and all we had to do was enjoy our day. Thank you Sandra for all your support and the work you did for my daughters wedding not only as a day of coordinator but for your assistance with her vision. Your continuous support thru the wedding planning process from the many phone meetings we had to renting items from you, made things that much easier for all of us. The day was absolutely beautiful and went perfect! Again thank you for all you did! read more

Sandra is extremely talented - I hired her for a variety of services for my wedding. She hand made my veil, did event design for the reception, and as my day-of coordinator. She was a great source for rentals and artistic services. Sandra herself was not able to attend the event, so her daughter Nicole was our day-of coordinator. Nicole also works as a catering manager at a hotel in downtown San Diego, so she has experience with large events. She was fabulous during our reception - directing people for where to go, making sure things ran on time, and making up for schedule changes on the fly. Highly recommended. read more

First of all, this review is long overdue. I had my wedding in late April and Sandra did such a wonderful job. Second of all, I would give her more than 5 stars if I could! I am not one to write reviews, but Sandra definitely deserved it. She is worth every penny and she is not afraid to get her hands dirty to make sure your special day is perfect. She is very professional, talented, passionate, has class and elegance in her taste. We have numerous meetings where both my groom and I were present. Of course, there are things we both like differently such as colors and certain arrangements. Sandra listened to each of our wants, and she came in the middle to combine both of our tastes to produce something extraordinary. I only had 3 months to plan my wedding and I had no idea what to do or what I even want. My dad was even more stressed out than me about the wedding, worrying every single detail. After each of our meetings with Sandra, all of us felt calm and assured that Sandra will do everything she can to make her clients happy. I think it is pretty safe to say she knew exactly what we wanted even before we had a mental picture of what our wedding is going to look like. Our wedding looked absolutely beautiful. We hired Sandra as a Day of Coordinator for our reception but she definitely did more than "day of coordinator". If you are wondering or looking for a day of coordinator or planner or designer, do not hesitate or think twice about hiring Sandra. She definitely will not disappoint you . read more

My husband and I got married June 10th 2017. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful! We were planning for a year and leading up to the date we ran into so many of life's unfortunate crossroads. It was very hard for me to concentrate on planning but Sandra was there to help guide me through the entire wedding process. We rented lots of beautiful things from her that made my rustic ideas come to life. Sandra also took time out and did all my flowers and center pieces when I forgot to schedule a florist. On the day of our wedding we had a very large wedding party and Sandra was able to keep everyone on track time wise. She was absolutely amazing with doing all of the setup and take down of everything. We are very thankful for Sandra's help to make our wedding day one to remember. read more

My husband and I got married last month and we had the privilege and honor working with Sandra. She went above and beyond in every aspect of our wedding. Months leading up to the wedding she constantly checked in with me seeing if she could help with anything. I was able to rent everything I needed from her which saved us so much money and the decor turned out better then I could ever imagine. She has the kindest heart and really does love working with her brides. On the day of our wedding she organized every little detail and kept everything in order.
