The store, in general, was quite busy but the staff was very responsive and welcomed everyone as they walked in. The notary was friendly and helpful and the service itself was very affordable. I know some UPS stores require that you make an appointment because the notary is not always there. I did call to ensure that someone would be there when we stopped by although we were not certain as to what time that would be. So make sure you call ahead if you are looking to get something notarized. Overall, it was a great experience and the store has a lot to offer besides just the notary.

I stood in line for several minutes, and when I got to the counter, and the gentleman over-the-counter weighed my bag, but rather than charging me, he told me to go to the shredding bin first which made absolutely no sense. Now I was done shredding but had to wait til he was done helping a customer. I inquired about that, and he told me it's because some people change their minds, but that still didn't make any sense to me after being told the weight & cost. I couldn't been gone about my business but that was a waste of my time. Another issue was feeling hot while in the vicinity. It was apparent he AC was not running and although I was there for less than 15 min m, what about the employees who are there all day long.
