The experience at this location, along with U-Haul's call center and the original rental location…read morein Northridge, was disappointing. The background with the experience at Reseda Wireless is that another U-Haul location in Northridge gave away the moving dolly that was a part of my moving truck reservation. This happened the night before I had a 9am move-time coordinated with 4 other people. So the initial error was due to another location, hence the 2 stars instead of just 1 star. But there were issues with the truck rented by Reseda Wireless as it was out of alignment and had no windshield fluid. I had to deal with this for over 500 miles. And despite it being marked as half-full of gas, it was completely empty when I picked it up which created problems when returning the truck at the receiving location. I was directed to this location which is not open on Saturdays... I tried to avoid that incase there were any issues. When I finally got in the truck and opened the back, there was no dolly to be found and no employees that could help. So I was forced to go to a Home Depot in Van Nuys on a Saturday morning, where at least a dozen workers in the parking lot tried to solicit work from me entering/exiting the store. My girlfriend was visibly uncomfortable due to the attention there. I ended up spending $175.18 on a dolly because they were picked over. This entire ordeal made me over an hour late to meet the rest of the group, negatively impacting our move schedule. I actually made 3 attempts with U-Haul to try to find some kind of resolution before any online action was taken. In the end, U-Haul's representatives didn't think my time and trouble were worth anything more than $50. I would have gladly paid $50 to avoid putting my girlfriend in that situation, having to spend $175 on a dolly, making us late and forcing 4 other people to wait on us.

I found this place via Yelp reviewers, and I have to say, I totally agree with all these 5 star…read morereviews! First I called on a Saturday to see if they were open and was happy to hear they were open until 6 pm. Not only that, but they will take walk-ins! AND he said it would only take about 10 minutes to change my broken screen on my iPhone X! I told the guy on the phone I would go there soon -- at the time it was only 2pm. Shortly after 5pm, I get a call, and it turns out to be Northridge iPhone repair asking me if I was still planning on coming in. It sounded like they were genuinely worried about closing the doors and me not getting my phone fixed (also they are closed on Sundays, so they didn't want me to be out of a phone the whole weekend). How cool is that? I ended up walking in the following Saturday. Its' a tiny little office on the second floor of the building, and the guy there (I'm so sorry I forgot his name) was so helpful and did a good quick job. I told him I wanted to spend the least amount of money because I was just fixing the screen so I could send it in and get credit for my upgrade to an iPhone 12 max pro. During the time I was there I saw him handle other customers including a walk-in who he gave good advice to. For their situation they should go to the apple store, because it would void their warranty if he fixed it, and it should be included in their suscription apple care. I thought it was a sign of good character to turn away a customer that would have paid decent money but would not be in their best interest. He even pointed out to us that we shouldn't just replace a battery just because we're here, if nothing is wrong with it. He said the glue that seals our phone and makes our phone waterproof would be broken Last but not least, I was really happy to pay with Venmo. You can also pay with other alternative means.
