What I appreciate most is his consistency and reliability. No matter how busy the season gets, Jeff remains patient, responsive, and highly attentive to every detail. That level of professionalism is rare and truly builds trust over time. Because of my positive experience, I also referred a friend's company to Jeff for their business tax needs. They were extremely grateful for the introduction and even told me that Jeff has been a "financial lifesaver" for their company. He helped them navigate complex situations and brought clarity and structure to their finances. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about his clients, I highly recommend Jeff. What really matters in those situations is how a company handles it afterward, and that is where this experience completely fell apart. My taxes may have been filed correctly, but the communication was not clear. I did not want 2026 quarterly estimated tax payments set up, and I never understood that this was what was happening. I believed the amounts shown were a payment plan for my 2025 taxes, not separate 2026 estimated payments. Because of the language barrier and the lack of a clear explanation, I did not understand what I was agreeing to. As a result, more money was taken from my account than I expected, which caused me to become overdrafted. When I reached out to get help resolving the issue, I was hoping they would at least acknowledge the misunderstanding and try to make it right in some way. Instead, when I spoke with William at the end, he was very unhelpful and basically made me feel like I was just out of luck. I was told there was nothing they could do, that I needed to deal with my bank myself to block future payments, and that they would not offer even a partial refund. That response is a big part of why I decided to leave this review. If they had simply handled the miscommunication better, shown some understanding, and at least offered a partial refund or some effort to make things right, I honestly think I would have been okay. On top of that, I feel the $700 fee was too high for the level of service and communication I received. Accuracy is important, but so is making sure your client actually understands what is being filed and what payments are being set up. Overall, I left this experience feeling confused, unsupported, and financially stressed. I understand mistakes can happen, but the way this was handled afterward was unacceptable. I would not use this firm again.

This year, I shopped around for a CPA locally and couldn't find the right fit (one business tried to upsell me into something I shouldn't be doing). Jean helped guide me through the whole process and was able to answer all of my questions, from the most basic to the convoluted. We were even able to amend a previous tax year, which I did not know was possible. I definitely would recommend Jean, especially if you're a business and homeowner. Her credentials are impressive. You definitely want a former IRS tax agent in your corner before April.

My experience with her thus far has been great. Yes, her prices are steeper compared to CPA's in the San Gabriel area, but is she definitely worth it. Pay more for a quality CPA, and you will understand your taxes better. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Tip: Street parking is better. The parking in the back is shared amongst the other businesses, and you don't want to risk your car getting towed.

It was close to NYE 2022 and I needed a new LLC created for a new business my family wanted to start at the beginning of the year. Like most of the reviews, I was too referred to Lucee and right away I could tell that there was many positive aspects to appreciate about her business. I liked it when she set the expectations for when she could have the business entity created. I've created many business entities before and this is the first time I used a service for setting up business in California. I'm so happy I went with Lucee bc it makes me very happy she had the new business (with all its necessary documents, Tax ID and sellers permit) established in about a weeks time. That's incredible speed and effectiveness. Creating a new business entity, in the time this team did, is not easy and they know how to do a great job!
