We called a few days ago to book a cleaning and said we were looking for two cleaners. We were told…read moreit would be 1.5 hours for $150 ($50 per cleaner, per hour). The arrival window we were given was between 9-10 AM. Though we were told that we would be notified 30 minutes prior to the team's arrival, we didn't receive any texts. Today, Esperanza arrived alone at around 9:55 AM and said it would be $150 for 3 hours. Though we expected 2 cleaners for 1.5 hours, we agreed. Esperanza told us later after 2 hours of cleaning, that the kitchen and living room would take 2 hours instead of 1, so our total would change to $200. This was a little unexpected but we agreed to this too. However, she finished after a total of 3 hours of cleaning, she didn't need the additional 4th hour. But when we were about to pay, she charged us $200. We ended up paying $180 but she did maybe an extra 5 minutes at most, not a full hour, for the extra $30 we paid. Esperanza was nice and she cleaned our place well. We just weren't very satisfied with how what we agreed on, and expected, kept changing. Also, I'm not very sure if they take out the trash or not. When I asked, Esperanza agreed, but she looked a little surprised, so I guess this is one extra thing I was left wondering about.

I'm an old retired guy and have been going through some medical issues that have prevented me from doing any deep cleaning for quite awhile. I've had some bad experiances with house cleaners in the past and had dragged ny feet in trying to find a new one but I struck gold with Maid in Orange. Stephany was prompt, pleasant and really paid attention to detail. When I saw my glass shower doors I thought She had somehow replaced them with brand new ones, I was amazed. She exceeded the 3 hour minimum by about 30 min. Another thing I didn't expect due to how long it had been since last cleaned. I hope I outlive Brittny because I don't want to have to find another service like this one. Outstanding!!

They were incredibly thorough and detail-oriented, tackling everything from baseboards and vents (even inside some vents!) to window tracks, cabinets, light fixtures, and floors. False advertising…read more... I looked this business up on Yelp and connected with them over text/email. They show that our area is in their area for cleaning. I provided detailed information and even had a quote. I then inquired about the cost for monthly cleaning. At this time I had a response apologizing that our area is NOT in the area the service? I would say this is false advertising if they show a circle of the area they service and it's right in the middle then turn around and say it's not? But it's their loss. We had a different company come to the home we moved out of and they were awesome and they do not service the area we moved to but we had such a great connection and will use them twice a month at a great deal. Too bad for Mary, she needs to revise her map if she wants to continue to use her mop.

Pablo was incredibly accommodating and adjusted his schedule to come on Friday afternoon just to help us. That alone meant a lot to us. He arrived around 3 PM and worked late into the evening to make sure everything was absolutely spotless. I was truly impressed by his dedication and attention to detail. Our house about 3700sq 4 bed and 4.5 bath, it has many windows, and every single one looked brand new when he finished. What impressed me even more was how thoroughly he cleaned our home even though we have two dogs and three cats. I have never seen a cleaning service remove every trace of pets so completely! He talks a lot about how mold is everywhere and grid to minimize because I think he's used to all the crazy worries we all have - so understand that's where he's coming from when he almost excessively tried to calm your fears.
