We had a great experience with EP cleaners. After they were finished I didn't inspect their cleaning until the evening. We had them clean three of our bathrooms only. We have granite countertops that are 10 to 12 years old. They were not able to shine them up as I would have liked.I text Carlos the owner and he came that evening to inspect the work and to improve upon it. They shined them up in the best way possible. I have been working with EP Cleaning Services for over a year now. They clean my hair salon about every 2 to 3 weeks. They offer affordable rates and do an excellent job while they are there. Lately I have been working with Alex, and he has been perfect. Extremely thorough and detailed and always asks at the end if there is anything they missed and addresses it immediately. The salon can be a little tricky to clean, but at the end they always leave it spotless and looking clean and ready for our clients the next day. Highly recommend them. read more

The cleaning people do not wear gloves or masks. They were typical housekeepers, start out real good and then don't clean well, don't put things back, etc. We had been having them clean our house as well as our guest house that we use as a vacation rental. The first time they had folded up dirty towel and placed them back in the cupboard. Thank goodness I caught that. I did report that incident to Carlos and he spoke to his girls and his BIL to assure me that the guest house needed to be cleaned to hotel standards. Then about 3 months later they left dead flowers in a rancid vase and left the dirty towels and linens in the hamper. We actually received a bad review from the guest. When I told Carlos about it, he stated he would talk to the BIL and the ladies again. I asked him how he would like it if he rented a place and found it like that? I consequently let them go. About two weeks later, Carlos called me about a check written to another vendor that we had laid on the counter. The BIL took the check and Carlos tried to cash it. After I had told him not to come back. Sounds very shady to me and they need to learn how to fire family and find some good business practices. They need to also find people who speak and understand English, pay attention to detail, and ask themselves would I stay in the environment that they just cleaned. read more

I've had some not so great experiences with home cleaning companies while living in Irvine so we've been doing it ourselves for a long time now. One Friday afternoon knowing I was going to be working until Midnight and that our scheduled cleaning day was the next day, I decided to find a cleaning company who could fit me in last minute. After seeing the great reviews for EP, I called immediately, not expecting to get any traction since I was asking for next day service. Carlos answered and surprisingly said he could fit me in but would call me back with timing. I figured I wouldn't here from him because really, the audacity to call and ask for next day cleaning. Again surprisingly Carlos called me back a couple of hours later and said he and his team could come the next morning. Although they were late I couldn't complain because they were fitting me in and after they were done, I was honestly amazed. They went above and beyond. Not only did they do a great job inside, they cleaned off my forever dirty patio AND swept the front porch steps! Best cleaning service I have had at my home. Everything was spotless. They really took the time to clean the places we had neglected, blinds, behind furniture, pictures. My husband didnt want to get bi monthly service because the other cleaners we have had did just as well as we can do in our limited time. Most of them are pretty detail oriented but you might have to ask them to attend to specific tasks in case they forget. I finally decided to look around for professional housecleaning services after about a year without due to covid. I am familiar with the going rates around OC and, for the most part, vendors usually quote me the same. But I did ask Carlos if he could stop by for a quick walkthrough so there aren't any hidden surprises with cost at the end of service. Also, it just helps to meet the person in charge so you can get a feel if the company is a good fit for you. We're in a two story and the entire first floor has all of my son's play equipment and large mats covering much of the floor. This was the first time ever where a cleaning crew moved the play sets all around and got underneath all the mats. Their standards for clean was on another level. The rest of the house was spotless and we felt like we can breathe again after such a thorough clean.
