THANK YOU for being "HONEST and having INTEGRITY"…read more Just want to give a quick shout out to the Sav-Mor Auto Clinic, especially Alex who is the one who helped me. Being from out of town on a limited time schedule to get the car fixed I turned to AAA for assistance and found this shop on the AAA certified auto repair listings. I decided to go with them because of their high ratings/reviews. My daughter has a 2000 Toyota Echo and she has been having problems with the brake lights staying on once the car was turned off. Each time she arrived at her destination she would have to disconnect the fuse under the dash board or her car would be dead when she returned. I called the shop when they opened this morning, explained the situation, and was asked to drop the car off to be inspected. When I arrived Alex is the one who greeted me, remembered the conversation we had on the phone earlier. After the paperwork was completed he explained the process, the estimated cost for that specific issue but also made sure that I was aware the cost would be different if that wasn't the issue and the diagnostic showed something different. I let Alex know I was staying at the hotel down the street, which was a little over 3 miles away, and would be walking to/from the shop. When he heard the situation he offered to drop me off/pick me up but I declined... it's a beautiful day outside plus it would give me time to talk on the phone with my kiddos. I was on my walk back with less than 10 min to my destination when he called stating my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. He explained that the issue in question looked like it had a fairly new part and only needed to be adjusted properly; once they did it the problem resolved. When I got back to the shop I was greeted by Whitney and to my surprise the invoice read $0.00. He did not try to charge me for a new part, or upsell anything. As it turns out, my son who is not mechanically inclined did change the part about 9 months prior and the issue has been happening since then, so my daughter inherited the issue when she got the car. If you need work honest work done on your car at a reasonable price, look no further because Sav-Mor Auto Clinic is the shop to go!!! Thank you again :)

But I appreciate most about Dickerson is their transparency and their prompt communication. After performing work on your vehicle, they will reach out and make sure that everything is still going OK and that you were happy with their service. While they are working on your vehicle, they will stay in frequent contact with you and send you a report on what they found before you pick the car up so you know what to expect. I have found their prices to be very fair, and they have even suggested at times that I get my work done that I needed through insurance as it would probably be cheaper for me, and I appreciate their honesty. I strongly recommend Dickerson automotive and will be coming here for a long time.

Unfortunately I had them to check my car which they told me it was a battery and they replace my battery for $600 dollars and on top of that they add the repair lying that my car had 10,000 more miles and placed in the report. Now anytime anyone sees my car on VIN will see 10,000 miles more than it is. Thieves and bunch of dishonest folks. Don't trust them. Manager Danny evaluated our car and noted the scratches were minor, but would be expensive to repair and, just using his fist on the plastic part of the bumper, completely fixed the asymmetry around the headlight - after that, even a with a close look at the front end, the damage was virtually invisible. He also carefully inspected under the hood and front end with a flashlight and said he could not see any evidence of structural damage - bottom line: due to the damage to the other car, we were expecting and ready for a big bill to fix ours - Danny not only fixed the most visible result of the accident for no charge, he talked us out of doing more repairs and saved us a bundle. That is integrity! If we ever have another need (hopefully not), this will be our "go to" shop and we'll ask for Danny!
