I've been to a few different custom clothiers, and I've never had a better experience than I did with Enzo. It is no easy task to try and make me look good, and they did a better job than anyone ever could. Five things you should know: 1. They double as a wholesale cloth distributor, which is why their prices are going to be about as good as you're going to find for this quality. They are only available by appointment, because they will take their time to make sure that everything you buy through them fits exactly the way you want it to. My boyfriend gets his suits done here so I'm reviewing this as a non client and simply a guest (with opinions about her boyfriends suits). The place itself is nice and offers us girlfriends a nice place to sit with wine and beverages while waiting. Everyone here is nothing but nice and helpful. The suit options seem endless with books of fabrics, designs, embroidery, buttons and anything you want. Hence, custom. The suits look great and they last! That's key. I was recently referred to Enzo by a friend who had a really positive experience at the Philly location. I made an appointment at the west 42nd street location to get a custom tuxedo and a suit made for two weddings that I had coming up in the next five weeks. The consultation with Arthur was extremely enjoyable, and three and a half weeks later my suits were done just in time for the first wedding. The look and feel of these custom suits is excellent. Arthur is the man! Got a suit, two shirts and two ties. I love them all! I highly recommend doing this at least once... And you'll probably do it again if you do. I recommend going with a friend and both getting some stuff because it makes for a fun experience, the scotch helps too. Arthur is very stylish and knows what he's doing and what he's talking about. By far, the best custom suits experience ever. I've gotten suits at mysuits before, and there is no comparison here. To start off, I scheduled an appointment by calling in. I showed up a few minutes before my appointment and was seen right on time. I was offered water, tea, or scotch. I was then introduced to Josh Boatright whom you can tell knew about suits by the way he was dressed. He broke down pretty much everything for me, and answered every question I had. The selections were endless. An added perk about the process is that you can also select cloth from different suiting brands as well. I went with a suit from Enzo and another suit from Loro Piano. You get to customize just about everything. The inside color and tones of the blazer. The outside: lapels, pockets, buttons  on sleeves or to close jacket(slanted buttons, 3 or 4 buttons, buttons lined up closely or apart, etc) the inside of your collar. On the inside, you can also get an extra layer if needed be for extra protection for your suit jacket. With the pants, you get to pick if you want belt loops or not, amongst a few other selections. Inside the pants, around your waste, they will customize and add your name in it. This isn't necessary. I know. But most customized suit places only add your name in the inside of your Blazer. Not your pants. Definitely an added cool perk. Once we were all done with options, I paid and waited for the suits to arrive. Josh allowed me to have my suits shipped to Jersey. Helped with taxes. I had to bring them in when they arrived for a final fitting. I scheduled an appointment, and did a check up. Josh was 95% spot on. Not bad at all. We had to fix the hems and the back of the jacket a little. The rest was perfect. I came back a week later ready to take these bad boys home, and ready to wear the next day. On top of all this, you get a customized shirt (customized collar, buttons, initials, etc) and a tie at the end of the process. Perfect combination already made before stepping on. I could not be happier with my experience at Enzo. It is hard to figure out what to say beyond what is said in the numerous reviews, but they are spot on, even with respect to the specific people, such as Arthur. This was my first custom suit, and I wasn't going to go anywhere but the best. I researched online and read reviews of various places, and Enzo was at the top among 3 or so places. The reviews were consistent and good, so I went ahead with Enzo. After my experience, I went back and read the reviews, and they exactly describe what I experienced, down to the description of Arthur. First of all, i would say that they were professional throughout the entire process. Talia was very friendly answered my questions and made appointment making a breeze. I received email reminders and confirmations every step of the way, and along mid-points in the process. They respond over email, or you can call. Talia even called me once to expedite my fitting appointment, rather than responding over email. I have to say, I was nervous about not knowing what I would want, being dazzled with choices and terminology I didn't understand, or being pushed into buying stuff I didn't want. None of that happened. From the minute I met Arthur, he was very professional and personable, and put me at ease. The process wasn't rushed at all, the first appointment went an hour or so, and Arthur walked me through every option at a relaxed pace. Arthur both tried to understand what I was looking for and guide me, but still give me choice. He knew by what I described what to show me, and explained the choices and what going one way or the other way would mean, or if it was just personal preference. He explained the price points for different fabrics and what the differences were, but was not pushy at all. He showed me different examples and had me try different things to get an idea of different fits. He instantly knew what needed adjustment, and explained to me his recommendations, as well as making every possible measurement. He was very thorough. The suit came back ahead of schedule, and I was notified to make an appointment for a fitting. Everything fit great and looked exactly how I wanted. Arthur suggested one minor adjustment, and within a week I got it back, and that tiny adjustment made it look even better. And yes, Arthur even recorded that tiny adjustment so he knows for next time. I even got a nice email from Arthur thanking me for my business and telling me if I ever need any further tweaks to let him know. I'm not sure how you could give Enzo Custom Clothiers anything less than 5 stars. My experience with Arthur Silber far exceeded my expectations. This was my first time buying a made-to-measure suit and I was nervous parting with a larger sum of money for a suit than I historically would spend on suits. It was worth every penny. Before deciding upon Enzo, I looked at the reviews of 5 different MTM suit makers online. I spoke with friends who recommended other tailors, but when it came down to deciding, my decision was made by the introductory price package offered on their website along with Enzo's YELP reviews. The process was quite pain-free. I reached out to Enzo by email and phone and they were able to find a time that worked for my schedule earlier than I anticipated. When I went to their location, I met Arthur and he walked me through the entire process. Arthur was great, he didn't push anything on me, he didn't try to upsell me. He was there to provide knowledge and trustworthy guidance as to what would be features to consider for my first made-to-measure suit. After a few weeks after measurement, I went in to try my suit on, it fit like a glove. I realized immediately that the clothes I've been wearing off the rack have been ill fitting - for years! I wore the suit a few days later for about 14 hours at work, and I felt more confident and looked more presentable. This was the most efficient and seamless process i've had. This was my first custom suit experience and will be going back to to Enzo for every suit now. Markiel was amazing from the start. He listened to what I initially wanted and provided great opinions and recommendations that I hadn't even considered. When the suit was ready for the second fitting it was a little tight, but Markiel made sure the right adjustments were made to ensure the expected and proper fit. OMG, Arthur did the most amazing job making my suit for my son's wedding in California. Perfect material, navy three piece suit with subtle plaid design, terrific vest with a lined paisley design, perfect perfect fit. I want to throw out all my store bought suits and start again. His best cut was shortening the crotch length to make a 5'6" man look taller. He suggested shirt colors, just white, and tie selections. I came to have a suit made for my wedding in Hawaii. I had a few color ideas in mind and was looking for something appropriately light and form fitting. Arthur, the resident stylist, effortlessly guided me through the wide selection of materials and features they have, with sensitivity to both my budget and personal predilections. His wealth of knowledge and passion for menswear was evident from the beginning. Within a few minutes of being measured and trying on a test jacket, he identified several of my postural quirks and made the necessary adjustments. The suit arrived a fortnight later - much quicker than I was quoted. The most important features like the shoulders and overall fit were spot on. A few revisits later to make minor adjustments and the suit was absolutely perfect. It looks amazing and I feel great wearing it. All throughout the process Arthur was patient, attentive and professional. He also made some very helpful suggestions about matching accessories. First time going the custom route, and Arthur was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in. He advised me regarding patterns, material, length, etc. ,as it can get a bit overwhelming at first. The suits were ready for pick up around 3 weeks later, but I did need some small adjustments, which they do on site and its all included.
