In fact, I was LAUGHED AT and was told I should have called in advance on top of the appointment. Did a bit of research for this gift and decided on Bespoke Ensemble. What an easy going guided experience that was. I really appreciate a diverse small family business. Though small, Bespoke Ensemble brings 32 years of custom tailoring knowledge to the table. Once you meet Vandna, the owner of BE, you immediately feel you are in good hands and instantly know you made the right choice. Once the appointment was scheduled, my inquisitive self asked a bevy of relevant questions before and during the private consultation and measuring. Vandna is an expert at what she does. She's also gracious, showed warmth and professionalism all at the same time. When you visit, have an idea of what you'd prefer as the choices of Swatches and Colors are endless. Picked out the desired color of Winter Wool fabric at 270 gram weight. Then accurate and thorough measurements are taken, which means no back and forth for alterations. Measuring accurately obviously is a major factor in this process and in the end wastes no one's time. There was no rush for delivery, so decided on a two week pick up date. It needs mentioning that Vandna and her small team, can turnaround a suit and custom tailored shirt within a week or so if needed. I came to Bespoke Ensemble for my first custom suit for my wedding. Vandna was extremely professional, accommodating and helpful in going through the entire process. The turn around time was surprisingly fast. For an entire 3 piece suit + custom shirt it took less than 2 weeks! My suit fit like a glove on my very first fitting. My fiance and I were amazed at the handiwork and detail of the suit. They have small details like reinforcing each button with a mini button on the inside, a grippy waistband sewn into the pants to prevent your shirt from coming out, and reinforcing the hem of your pants.
