Ron came out for an estimate. He was pleasant and took measurements from the outside when we were unable to unlock the door. I have not heard from him since. He said I would get an estimate in 1-2 days that 9-10 days ago. I spoke with Ron today, and he said he had been checking new regulations and other due diligence. I will have an estimate in a few more days. I hope to get to 5 stars by the end of the project. read more

Ron and his crew were great. We hired them to do a small driveway repair at our house in Laguna Niguel which they did a great job on. Then we gave them a 150' block wall with a cap and outdoor kitchen to do which was amazing. They are honest, reliable, diligent and clean up after themselves and they are fast. I will never use anyone other than Ron. Ron overcame all the challenges that the city threw at him because we are on a hill. He rose to the occasion. We spent over $60,000 with Ron and Enviroscape to do our front and back yard landscape. ROn is a extremely hard guy to get a hold of. Never answers his phone/email or text. It would go weeks with out a response. I have been waiting over 5 weeks now for him to come out and fix/update touch up work that he promised. I agree with Deanna S post from 3-19-14, I am having the same issue with the same response about our pavers in the back yard. We actually didn't want to go this route in the first place but allowed Ron to convince us Pavers were the way to go. We now walk in our back yard and feel like we are walking on the beach. The little rain we have had also washes away the sand and leaves holes in between the pavers. ROn told us this would happen and he would come out and touch it up after 4 months. I have reached out to him and he has yet to come fix the issue. There are a ton of other landscapers out there. I suggest you look elsewhere and DO NOT use this guy read more

I have used Enviroscape for our home, a very large project, in Laguna Hills. We had three bids and decided to go with enviroscape. We are so happy we did. Our property was an acre and needed a total overhall. Ron and his crew were always extremely respectful and curtious while on our property. They had an astute attention to all the details. They delivered everything promised and more. We put in patios (5000 sq ft in all), patio covers, fireplace and a firepit, they put a designer stucco treatment on the house, installed stone, a full size sport court with lights, large spa with waterfall and baja pool, outdoor lighting, full grown trees and gardens, the works. We had used Enviroscape a couple of times for small landscape projects with a great deal of success. So, when we purchased a new home and needed to do a complete yard with hardscape and landscape, Ron was hired. However, he and his company fell short in execuction. We had about 3,000 sq feet of pavers installed. The polymetric sand used for the joins isn't holding at all -- with every rain or little bit of water more of the sand washes away. The patio looks like a beach after the rain. Ron and a representative from Techniseal (the polymetric sand company) walked my property and told me everything is "fine". Sorry, I have to live with it, and it's not fine. This project took 3 months longer than the original time estimate to complete, primarily because there were only 2 people on the job most days, some days only one. The only time a "crew" was present was when there was a subcontrator on the job to install the pavers. If you have a large job to complete, I would recommend looking elseware. read more

I am not usually one to write reviews but I felt compelled to after my experience with Enviroscape. Ron and his designer Paula made my yard look better than I thought possible. We have been doing a complete remodel of my house for the last ten years and my yard was the last big project on the list. It was a complete gut job. They ripped out everything in my 12000 sq/ft corner lot except for a lone tree. Paula then got to work on our design that included hardscape, a putting green, and a detailed list of plants that had a lot of thought behind each choice. Rigo's crew doing the hard scape showed up everyday on time and left my yard picked up and organized as well as can be expected with such a large project. I was amazed at the progress they could make each day throughout the process. That combined with the quality of workmanship was great. The hardscape included two layers of retaining walls, a new entrance, expanding my driveway, reworking an existing brick entrance and installing pilasters throughout. My kids love the putting green in the back as well as the fountain installed in the front garden. Paula even had them put in a decomposed granite path in the front that I wasn't sure about but turned out great. I am constantly getting compliments from people walking by the house on how great everything looks. The variety of plant life is amazing with all the colors, sizes and fragrances. The brickwork in our new entrances is awesome. We couldn't have been more pleased with the whole process.
