This year I decided to call Orkin when I saw just one bee inside my house in May, hoping to treat the issue before it became worse and more bothersome. They had availability for literally the next day to treat the entire perimeter of my home, including my attached garage AND guaranteed the treatment through December 31st. If I saw any more through the end of the year they would come back out at no charge, and I haven't seen a single bee since! ...I almost forgot to mention...the gentleman who came out was super friendly and we had a nice long chat about life in general which made me feel very happy especially since I WFH and get very little human interaction LOL!

Ok, so at first I thought everything would be great, he claims to use…read moreenvironmentally safe treatments, his pricing is reasonable, and he called me back within 2 hours of a message being left. He is also NYS certified to use these chemicals. When he showed up is where the problems started. First of all, he pulled up in an unmarked SUV, and I thought he was a friend of the neighbors. Then, when he came into the house, he used the little syringe type of dispensers to place the chemicals on the corner of the windows. Guess what, the ants come from other places as well. Anyways, then he went outside and sprayed. Great. He then gave me a receipt and told me that in 2 months, he would call, or I could call him for re-application. That raised a red flag - who calls whom? Then he said that if we have any issues, to call him back in a week, and he would come and re-apply. Needless to say - we have issues, and 3 phone calls later, and 4 days, he has yet to call back. I give up, and am moving on. Chalking this up to a loss.
