Buyer Beware! Save yourself the trip out to Clems Powersports. I recently inquired about a PWC trailer that they had on their website for $1499. We I called about it the sales person informed me that the web price did not include the $199 shipping fee and the $169 set up fee that they charge. On top of this he quoted me $360 to get it registered...... Which is $120.00 more than it costs to register my wifes 2014 Corolla. If you charge the set up and destination charge on EVERY trailer you sell then just add it to the price and be up front about it. Seems very deceptive to me and dishonest not to mention the gross overstatement of the registration and documentation fees. Found the model above the trailer I was looking at from Clems for $600 cheaper out the door, no "hidden fees" added. If they are this shady in the sales department I cant imagine that their service department is much different. To me this would be the equivalent of buying a shirt and then the store adding the shipping and hanging fee on top of what the tagged price says. I do not know why this industry feels okay with doing business this way. Anyways, I have a better trailer for way less money. read more

Enumclaw Suzuki Kawasaki - Motorcycle Dealers Near Me - Enumclaw, Washington

Let me start off by saying this review is my experience I've had during the last two years since my first encounter at Enumclaw Power Sports two years ago. HUGE SHOUTOUT TO EVERYONE IN SERVICE!! They have such a wonderful teamMel, Megan, and Toby. They've always swiftly been able to get me in and out, deal with warranty claims, and insurance. They are just the type of place to go out of their way and places like these are hard to find these days. Thank you all!!!!! Mo Al-Bakkour read more

Enumclaw Suzuki Kawasaki - My Beautiful Kawasaki Thanks To Enumclaw Power Sports - Motorcycle Dealers Near Me - Enumclaw, Washington

Worst. sales. service. ever. I'm a lifelong motorcycle owner and have ridden and owned a bike pretty much my whole adult life. I went to this shop 'cause of an open house they were having, which usually means a shop has some demo models for potential owners to ride. Well, they had some chips, but that's about it. I spoke with a salesman, told him about the bike I had and two I was looking at. Rather than show me the ones I was interested, he walks me out back and shows me some ridiculous three-wheeled bike. If I were 80 years old and disabled, I might be interested. No, probably not even then. Basically, the guy didn't bother to listen to a word I said. When I asked to test ride one of the bikes I was telling him I was interested in buying, he took no interest in helping me do this. Well, I really am buying a new motorcycle, probably within the year. But I won't be buying it here! read more

My review can be broken into parts, overall I give them 4 stars our of 5 because of the lacking in the retail area and pricing. For Parts: It's a good place, some stuff on hand most stuff is spacial order. Parts people are good I like April I think she's related to Clem and always very friendly with me. The guys can be obnoxious but not as arrogant as most of the other local dealers! Parts markups are higher then I like to pay but what can you do.. I had an account which got me 10% off so that helped a little and I always bought my snowmobile oil's) from them for cheaper then most others in the area. Retail: One word... "Klim" Where the heck is the Klim gear? You can't be a legitimate snowmobile dealership and not sell Klim! I always go to Seans out at Cascade Playtime for my big ticket stuff like bibs, jackets and helmets. If you guys had Klim stuff I'm sure it would pay off! Also, prices are full on MSRP retail. No breaks unless you catch them on a good day "clearance sale." My wife bought me a Cardo two way communicator for my birthday. Luckily it was a present she paid nearly $500 for it and I found it online for $300. If it wasn't a gift it would of gone back for sure. Service: One time I took in a tire to be swapped and it took forever, that was the last time I took anything there. A friend bought a 2012 Polaris 800 MK pro from Clem and had problem after problem with the sled. Each time there were weeks turn around times.. yes weeks... the snowmobile season in Washington is a handful of months so dumping $15k on a new sled and only ride half the season would really rub me the wrong way! Customer service: I always prefer to deal with Clem or Corey, both are not high pressure and very easy going. He has a couple guys in there last time I was in that were like flies buzzing around fresh road kill. I really hate walking in to buy parts and being bombarded by pushy sales staff. A nod and "I'm here for parts" usually got me by unscathed but it also made me reluctant to wonder back into the showroom just to window shop because I didn't want to be pestered. Snowmobile Riding: This is by far the biggest reason I gave them 4 stars. Clem has a weekly group ride up at greenwater and it really helps to find new people to ride with. He also always knew trail conditions and gave accurate updates on conditions as they changed. I rode with quite a few people from the group over the last few years and I really enjoyed it. Tip: If I can offer you up one tip for Clem, at the snowjammers poker run next year get more involved. I think if you guys setup a stand like I-90 it would be pretty cool! I saw you guys punching cards but there wasn't even a sign or banner advertising the store. Overall I give them a good solid "B" I never hesitate to go there if I needed something and I always left happy. Thanks guys! read more

I've visited this shop and bought parts for my TTR numerous times as it's the closest to my home. I've aways felt the sales staff was prompt and attentive when you 1st walked in, but the parts dept. has never matched that service. I've special ordered parts and never received a call to let me know they arrived. Also, they are closed on Sundays, super annoying... read more

Me and my family have been very loyal customers of Clems for years. we've spent lots of money in the store buying machines gear and parts. I go in there one time to sell a machine (which I didn't happen to buy through him cuz he didn't carry it) and he completely low balls me. AND lies to my face. He said he called a dealer and they said less than he offered... I called the same dealer and they tell me "yes I remember talking to him I told him -----" which was DOUBLE what Clem offered me... I'll be taking my business someplace else. Never stepping foot in those doors ever again. I'm gonna go check out Larson Powersports. read more

As other reviews post, getting parts is all special order. You tell them what you want then they pull out a catalogue and show you the smallest picture and tell you that this is what you need. Told will be in within a week, but you still wait over a month. Once you get it you realize that the part you received is not what you were looking for so you figure you can just return it. Wrong!! Remember everything is special order and you can not return special order items. My suggestion is do not purchase unless you can physically see it read more

I tried to buy a new RZR 170 EFI and they led to me repeatedly told me for months that they would call me when it came in. After 6 months I called them and they said they had one in the other day and sold it. It's like they don't want to sell anything they had a Polaris Scrambler 2wd on their showroom floor for 2 years for $2,000. read more

When my buddy died he left his widow with his motorcycle. Clem sold the motorcycle handled all the paperwork and made it easy on his widow. He took a bunch of stress off her and made it worry free. I appreciated having someone help her and reduce her stress. He picked the bike up and trailered it over to his shop. The price he charged was negligible probably due to the situation. He has helped me with advice and rescuing a sled stranded in the mountains. It is nice to have a local dealer that is vested in the community. I buy my parts for motorcycles and sleds here and had many friends who have bought new equipment from him. A good family run business that partners with the community. read more

I took my bike in for a seasonal maintenance which SUPPOSE to be inspection and some adjustments (if needed). when I picked my bike up on the way home I noticed a squeal now coming from my bike.. I was told to bring the bike back in and drop off as they "may" be able to squeeze it in to look at. after them holding my bike over the weekend into late the following day I again picked my bike up and the squeal noise now NOT AS NOTICABLE (but still there). I will never go back to this shop. BEWARE OF THIS SHOP for ANY maintenance. I will now have to take my bike into a REAL bike mechanic shop to figure out what has been done to my bike. AAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHH!!! read more

ALWAYS check your reciept before paying..Oh Oh you can't do that????. I bought all of my snowmobile clothing ,helmet, boots ect and realized immediately I was charged full price on sale items. Their policy.. No refunds but you can get it back on next purchase, nothing in writing. It's up to you to keep reciept and try to get it later. Overcharged for special order for hardware... Same thing. Took snowmobile in for work . Saw I was charged for new sparkplugs $$$$ When i just put new ones in..we'll catch it next time. AND THEN When I got it home realized my full tank of gas was gone... (2008 gas was almost $5 per gal) Its a 50 mile trip one way for me. This business is a joke but no other options and thats works for Clem ...... read more

Trevor is the best. I bought my r3 matte grey 2016. He found somewhere else shipped there in a week. Test drive and taking care of everything were perfect. It is 50 miles away from my place but i did not care and bought from there. read more

If I could rate Clem's and give them a negative 5 star rating I would. My fiance and I purchased a bike from Clem's and it was the WORST purchasing experience I have ever had. They swindled us into purchasing the warranty by stating that the only way we could get approved for the bike was by purchasing the warranty. That was the least of my problems. The day I purchased it I sat in the store for 5 hours waiting on them to give me my bike, to find that they said the battery was dead. I was told to come back. The second (week 2) time I came into the shop to get my bike I sat again for 5 hours (no exaggeration) waiting for my bike but, again it wasn't ready as there was an issue with the headlight. I finally got my bike back on the 3rd week and I asked them if they could make this right. Good ole' Clem graciously gave me a $50 credit on some pants for 16 hours of my time including wait time and driving (I don't live close). When I left the building I was told by Clem (owner) and Mark (less then average Salesman), that if anything else were to happen, with the wiring or electrical to come back in and they would fix it. A few months later I try to replace a bulb and find that the housing was burnt out and I can't remove the bulb because it is weathered and rusted, combination of weathering or electrical (the blinker now works intermittently). You can tell the issue was from well before when I purchased the bike. Good ole' Clem has Jeff in service call me and tell me they won't cover the $100 cost to fix it. I now have to submit a claim with the $899 warranty the forced upon me. I guess paying Clem FULL asking price for the bike, purchasing $2500 in accessories apparently didn't offer Clem enough profit to fix a $100 tail light that they should have fixed before they sold it to me.... It's my fault for trusting this shady company when they said, "no worries, any further electrical or lighting issues we will take care of." Remember customer's, your time or concerns isn't worth $100 to Clem. It probably isn't worth 2 sh@@@ to Clem. read more

I took a great running snowmobile in for an annual service and it came out of the shop broke plus they smashed my new hyfax on with a hammer so the ends were destroyed,i was on the phone back and forth with Cory the manager for 2 weeks, after all this they refused to take care of a customers needs.I will never use them or recommend any else to take their toys there to be worked on read more

We bought a brand new Can Am UTV from this dealership. The day after we brought it home the gear box developed a major leak. The leak is a manufacturers defect. They won't be able to service the UTV for two weeks. I spoke with the owner and he was unwilling to exchange our defective UTV. I would never do business here again. We spent 17k on a unused UTV that is now unusable. read more

I purchased a ski doo in November from Enumclaw Suzuki. After only riding it twice, the upper and lower clutches needed major repairs. When I contacted the dealership they said my 30 day warranty had expired 5 days earlier. I had to pay for Tue repairs and got a full service on the machine which should have been completed by Enumclaw Suzuki before they sold it. Since getting the repairs, I took the snow mobile out only 3 times when the check engine light came on. Now its in the shop for a second time in the three months I've had it. Rookie snow mobiler potentially retiring soon. read more
