In my BMW owners club magazine ! I called to see if that was my bike ,the guy from Canada said if I didn't get out there in a week my bike would be on its way to another Rally .it was all ready on a trailer ready to go . I showed up just in time to get my bike and he acted like he didn't know who I was ( I wish I would have brought the police with me) I was there 3 days when I dropped off my bike ,he knows me .He got all pissed off when he seen me.didn't want to give me my bike. Acted all shity taking my rig off HIS trailer. He over change me ,he was the worst person I've ever did business with.. That ass hole is a lier an cheat.I ended up selling the bike with sidecar 2 years later . Every time I rode it, it reminded me of that shit bag at Dountless. I give it a -0 Rating.PS I thought about this today becouse I was looking at the new GSA BMW. Their hardware is nice but the…read moremechanics are butchers....dropped off my BMW and sidecar to be conjoined and "Whatever was required to make it right." It was promised in 7 days...it took nearly 3 months. Price jumped from estimated $1800 to $3200. It was returned to me in unsafe and unridable condition. Hardware was loose, missing, bolted on in the wrong place. Wires were dangling, things misadjusted, more work needed. There were necessary upgrades that I happily would have approved but they didn't even call me to consult. Very poorly managed operation. My recommendation is to have them merely attach the sidecar. Have all the peripheral work (suspension upgrades, wiring etc. done by someone else......Update July 1, 2011....Does your rig steer poorly? Contact Steerite in Kamloops B.C. They can fix most of Dauntless' mistakes (as they did mine)....better off to go see them in the first place.

My review can be broken into parts, overall I give them 4 stars our of 5 because of the lacking in…read morethe retail area and pricing. For Parts: It's a good place, some stuff on hand most stuff is spacial order. Parts people are good I like April I think she's related to Clem and always very friendly with me. The guys can be obnoxious but not as arrogant as most of the other local dealers! Parts markups are higher then I like to pay but what can you do.. I had an account which got me 10% off so that helped a little and I always bought my snowmobile oil's) from them for cheaper then most others in the area. Retail: One word... "Klim" Where the heck is the Klim gear? You can't be a legitimate snowmobile dealership and not sell Klim! I always go to Seans out at Cascade Playtime for my big ticket stuff like bibs, jackets and helmets. If you guys had Klim stuff I'm sure it would pay off! Also, prices are full on MSRP retail. No breaks unless you catch them on a good day "clearance sale." My wife bought me a Cardo two way communicator for my birthday. Luckily it was a present she paid nearly $500 for it and I found it online for $300. If it wasn't a gift it would of gone back for sure. Service: One time I took in a tire to be swapped and it took forever, that was the last time I took anything there. A friend bought a 2012 Polaris 800 MK pro from Clem and had problem after problem with the sled. Each time there were weeks turn around times.. yes weeks... the snowmobile season in Washington is a handful of months so dumping $15k on a new sled and only ride half the season would really rub me the wrong way! Customer service: I always prefer to deal with Clem or Corey, both are not high pressure and very easy going. He has a couple guys in there last time I was in that were like flies buzzing around fresh road kill. I really hate walking in to buy parts and being bombarded by pushy sales staff. A nod and "I'm here for parts" usually got me by unscathed but it also made me reluctant to wonder back into the showroom just to window shop because I didn't want to be pestered. Snowmobile Riding: This is by far the biggest reason I gave them 4 stars. Clem has a weekly group ride up at greenwater and it really helps to find new people to ride with. He also always knew trail conditions and gave accurate updates on conditions as they changed. I rode with quite a few people from the group over the last few years and I really enjoyed it. Tip: If I can offer you up one tip for Clem, at the snowjammers poker run next year get more involved. I think if you guys setup a stand like I-90 it would be pretty cool! I saw you guys punching cards but there wasn't even a sign or banner advertising the store. Overall I give them a good solid "B" I never hesitate to go there if I needed something and I always left happy. Thanks guys!

Buyer Beware! Save yourself the trip out to Clems Powersports. I recently inquired about a PWC…read moretrailer that they had on their website for $1499. We I called about it the sales person informed me that the web price did not include the $199 shipping fee and the $169 set up fee that they charge. On top of this he quoted me $360 to get it registered...... Which is $120.00 more than it costs to register my wifes 2014 Corolla. If you charge the set up and destination charge on EVERY trailer you sell then just add it to the price and be up front about it. Seems very deceptive to me and dishonest not to mention the gross overstatement of the registration and documentation fees. Found the model above the trailer I was looking at from Clems for $600 cheaper out the door, no "hidden fees" added. If they are this shady in the sales department I cant imagine that their service department is much different. To me this would be the equivalent of buying a shirt and then the store adding the shipping and hanging fee on top of what the tagged price says. I do not know why this industry feels okay with doing business this way. Anyways, I have a better trailer for way less money.

The Carb hesitates, the clutch is almost on the floor and the rear main seal leaks. Other than driving the car home I have 20 miles on the work. I contacted PAUL and he tells me that the New Shop wont stand behind his work at the old shop! Trying to tell me that its a new business? Then why does it have the same XTREME NAME and PHONE NUMBER??? DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THEM FOR WORK!!! PAUL WILL SCREW IT UP AND RIP YOU OFF AS HE BLAMES SOMEONE ELSE. There is NO Confusion!!! Now they are trying to say this is a different business, LOOK AT THE PICTURE I POSTED!! It says they Moved!!! Paul & Bill want you to believe that they moved 4 miles, kept the same NAME, PHONE NUMBER, ALLOT OF THE SAME PEOPLE and EVEN THE SAME WEB PAGE BUT SOMEHOW ITS A DIFFERENT BUSINESS?? DON'T FALL FOR THE WATERFRONT PROPERTY IN FLORIDA CON!!! So I see that a friend of Paul's (CHAD) posted in a lame attempt to help his friend. When I brought my Award Winning Camaro to Xtreme, Paul toured me through the shop and showed me examples of/the cars they were working on. I made the mistake in believing him. They did SUBSTANDARD work (Still leaks oil, diesels, and the clutch peddle sucks) and when I talked with Paul to make it right he tried to say they were a new business?? Sorry, you have the SAME PHONE NUMBER, THE SAME XTREME NAME, YOU Have the SAME WEBSITE! HECK YOU PERSONALLY DROVE AND CONTRIBUTED TO THE WORK ON MY CAR!!! Just because the business moved to a less expensive building, doesn't allow you to VOID all Warranty Work!!!! . I SPENT OVER $5000 AND THE CAR IS WORSE THAN IT WAS BEFORE THEY WORKED ON IT!!!
