I found this place very rude and disorganized. I understand covid during the holidays is trying. After waiting two hours, I asked could I possibly get an estimated wait time. I rudely told that they were going by the list. I said, "I understand could I get an update where I am on the list." Everyone refused and treated me like an asshole for asking. My ID was held hostage so I couldn't even leave. 2.5 hours I was swabbed. An hour of waiting (3.5 hour in the process) I asked if I could get my results via email. I was told to shut up and go wait in my car, they will get to me when they get to me. I understand they are having a rough day, but if they can't handle people asking polite basic questions like estimated wait times they should try a different business. read more

The convenience of this place just can't be beat. We can get in and out in 30 minutes usually, and we get to see a real doctor. More than that, Dr He is pretty fantastic and very knowledgeable. His staff is great. As one reviewer noted, Dr He doesn't spend a whole lot of time with the patients, but he doesn't really need to. He just takes a look, notes what's wrong, and gives a diagnosis. He is extremely efficient with both his time and yours, and it's part of why his clinic operates so well. The waiting room is huge, also. Unlike the small closet at the grocery store clinic, where everyone is breathing germs all over each other, this waiting room is spacious and airy, with comfortable faux leather chairs. The patient rooms are a bit small, but functional. I especially appreciate that we get to see a real doctor. At the grocery store clinic nearby, we only got to see a nurse. Nurses and PAs are great and can be very knowledgeable, but when my kids have bronchitis, I'd really rather they be seen by a real doctor. Highly recommend. read more

We have always had wonderful care here with a reasonable copay. Today I brought my daughter in with a fever and was told I could 1. Pay $175 for my deductible or 2. Pay $50 copay and risk getting a bill above and beyond $175? I felt extremely pressured to pay the $175 up front. So angry as this is different than in the past but my daughter was too sick to look for a more reasonable option. I will have to look at different options next time, which makes me sad because we have always had wonderful care here. read more

Everyone has been really nice but.... Covid rapid test at Entrust Bunker Hill ‍‍‍ We have had 3 tests here and each time it's a different process - yet still self pay by appt and insurance as a walk in. The process(es) are not improving - a complete cluster. We (me, a friend, and my 2 and 3 yr olds) went yesterday around 10am, signed in, and was told it would be a 3 hour wait. So we left. 1.5 hours later we get a call to come back in 15 or they would skip us. We were able to get back and pulled into the assigned spot. We then waited another hour+ to get tested. They had us all go in to the building to get temp/blood pressure info and sent us back to car. They then came out about 15 min later to test us in car. Then another 35 to get results. It's a ridiculously inefficient process these days and no real confidence in the results. Trip 1- self pay appt ($195) and a waitlist because I added the 2nd child when I arrived. Both were tested in car. About an hour half total. Trip 2 - waitlist for me and the 2 kids. In building test. Wait in car for results. About 2.5 hours total. Trip 3 - waitlist for me, a friend, and the 2 kids. See above. Trip 1 for my friend (yesterday was trip 2) - self pay appt, waited an hour +, sent home and they texted results. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. DO NOT go to this place to get a COVID test. Here is why: You will get a surprise bill after they have billed your insurance; they add a nice little fee called "Global Fee Urgent Care Center" it sounds fancy, right? So I called their billing office, and since this place is NOT a COVID Testing site (yes, you are reading that correctly), they get to charge you $250.00 for getting your COVID test here. When I called to ask if they did COVID testing, they never mentioned this fee, but trust me, you will see it nicely itemized on your billing statement that will take a few months to get to your mailbox. So everyone that has left a nice review about how it was so easy to get your rapid or PCR test here will not be so happy once you receive your bill. When my husband and I went, it was complete chaos in the waiting area, and they were anything but friendly. So you can imagine, after a poor experience with their facility/staff getting this surprise bill, one for me and my husband. My husband's insurance covered part of this ridiculous charge, and I was charged for the full amount of 250.00. For a COVID test...We never saw a doctor or a nurse. My husband checked us in, and we were rushed out the door to wait in our car. Find another place to get tested and ask if, aside from the COVID test fee, will there be any other charges associated with getting testing. I hope my review helps someone who is desperately looking to get tested, and I can save you some money, especially right now with inflation through the roof. read more

I had been struggling with a cough, mucus, and an on and off fever for a few days. That's when I swallowed my pride and went to the urgent care ... Amanda greeted me when I walked in. She was very warm and welcoming. She explained exactly what I needed to fill out and was able to answer questions I had. Timo was exceptionally professional. He took my vitals quickly and was thorough with going through my symptoms. He had a great sense of humor and genuinely concerned with my well-being. Dr. Renteria was fantastic! She listened to my symptoms, and was quick to find the problem. I had a dozen questions and she answered each one with ease. She prescribed me some antibiotics that got me back to work in no time. The most unorganized urgent care in regards to Covid testing. This urgent care opens at 7am and My wife and I came here at 6:30am wait in line. We finally got a number (15). 3 hours later they're calling random numbers and people who were behind started to go ahead of us. It's 40 degrees outside and at 8:30 they decided that people with a number can wait in their cars. None of the workers are on the same page. At 9:30 we discovered that in ordered to be processed that someone had to physically take your id/insurance card. We had the same lady come sign us in twice and gave us a number but never took our info. Pretty much numbers 10-15 got skipped. Disappointed in the chain of command here. Poorly run facility ran by some young and unprofessional medical assistants. I can't imagine what the urgent care part of the facility runs like. Update: It's 10:15 am and we're finally getting tested. As we are finally brought inside and waiting to be tested we over hear a group of the medical assistants making fun of people waiting outside in the cold and how that it's our faults for coming to get tested the day before Xmas. I am a Doctor from Florida wanting to get tested before I meet with my family. I am taking all precautions to make sure my family and I are following the proper guidelines. The most unprofessional group of MAs I have encountered. I asked the MA checking our vitals if all patients were getting vitals checked and she stated that only people with insurance were getting check and cash patients were not. What kind of standard of care is this facility providing its community!? Update: 11am our results were given. My wife went back in to get the supervisors number and everyone there avoided giving the proper contact info. As a frontline worker I am more disappointed than angry. We are all going through this pandemic together. There has to be a level respect and order provided by this clinic. If you can't provide that then perhaps this field isn't for you. read more

Then I went to another doctor and found out I had Pneumonia. The cost of the visit was $175, which was more than the cost of the doctor who correctly diagnosed and treated my Pneumonia. read more

I have been here for myself, and for my wife, when we have a emergency outside of normal doctors hours.I went when I had an upper respiratory infection, my wife went with a horrible migraine once. It is a great choice for immediate care without the hassle and expense of a hospital ER. The staff were helpful and thorough, the physician was very smart, and the wait was short. I went in for rapid covid testing! The lady at the front desk has her mask on her chin! We entrust our health with these people and they don't even do the bare minimum! I was told that it would be4 hours because they were behind ! That is understandable! 4 hours later I went inside to ask when I'd be be seen! I'm pretty sure they lost my paperwork and instead of apologizing she rudely says it'll be another hour! I didn't complain or give an attitude! I make mistakes I was like things happen! An hour later I go back in! I did forget to put my mask on! She asked me to put one on! Of course I did! Two minutes later her mask was off AGAIN! I told her that if she had expectations of me why couldn't she wear and keep hers on! I digress but she then proceeded to tell me it's going to be another 30 minutes! And she says it with an attitude! I asked for the manager who got me seen immediately and I was told my results would be in within an hour! I got it like 6 hours later! I called the place twice and the phone rang for ten minutes with no answer! This urgent care clinic is the best. Not only do they accept my insurance but they're are comparable in price to me seeing my regular GP. I never have to wait when I go there but even if you do and get there during a busy time, the chairs are leather and very cushy and they have a TV in the waiting room. Once you're in the system you don't have to do anything the next time except tell them your name. The doctor is amazing. I wish more doctors were like him. He is so sweet, kind, patient, understanding and really listens to his patients. He also is very aware of people becoming immune to antibiotics so he won't prescribe the same one within a three month period. He asks the patient if they want a shot instead of pills (the shot works quicker) but is honest and tells them that it will be painful. He also asks if they want something else like pain relief. He doesn't push anything and is sympathetic. He also remembers patients even if they haven't been there in many months. I can't recommend this place enough. I'm so glad enTrust Immediate Care is open on the weekends when I seem to need them most. No appointment necessary. Thank you enTrust! read more
