Years ago I was a single mom trying to work a full-time job and get my own business off the ground while managing the lives of my two small children. After navigating traffic to make it to the child care center by 6, getting home and the girls settled, deciding what was for dinner was just too hard. I tried getting organized and pre-making meals but that took hours of planning, shopping, and cooking all on the weekend when I really just wanted to relax and play with the kids! Then I found Carol and my life changed for the better! Carol made and froze fresh meals that my kids (and I) loved. I could pick up the meals once a month and simply thaw them and when I got home, quickly (30 minutes, typically) cook them and eat. What a treat! We almost always had leftovers and sometimes I'd freeze them for the following week. Amazingly (to me, anyway), purchasing these dinners cost the same or less than the total cost of time, fuel, and ingredients if I'd done the planning, shopping, and preparing myself. Masterfully created. Prices were reasonable, about what you would pay for a fast food meal - so for me an easy reallocation of funds. The website was easy to navigate and the menu changes every week, although I did notice some staple items in the bulk, salad, and casserole section.
