I had my hair cut and permed here back in late November 2025. There are many hair salons in Elmhurst, and I chose this one because it was within walking distance of the brunch place I was visiting that day. I walked in without an appointment, and thankfully they kindly agreed to do my hair. This was my first time getting a chemical perm. I showed my stylist a picture of how I wanted my hair to look, but the curls in the picture were larger than what they could do. They recommended a "body wave perm" instead, and I'm glad I went with it! My stylist took great care with my hair and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The entire process, including the haircut and perm, took a couple of hours. The cost was a few hundred dollars, which I think was reasonable given the quality of the service. Right after the perm, the curls looked a little too small for my liking, but they gradually relaxed over time and eventually became exactly what I wanted. Now, about 10 months later, I still really like how my hair looks with the bigger, wavier curls. I usually wear my hair either in a ponytail or partially down, and I like both styles. I think the perm will probably last another 2-3 months, which would make it about a full year in total. I'm very satisfied with my experience at this salon and would definitely come back the next time I'm in town. Highly recommended! read more

Annalisa did an amazing job! The photo I gave her for reference was exactly what she did for me, and it's been a while since I felt completely satisfied after a salon appointment. I was not overly optimistic that a place so close to home and a stylist I'd never met could do such an amazing job, but she did. It's also refreshing to have a stylist work with you from start to finish and not be handed off to the shampoo person or the blow dry bar. A small town feel but big city experience. I have thick, long hair with lots of body. I have JOE cut color my hair. I've only had about 3 stylist my whole life be able to cut my hair amazingly! JOE is one of them. All the staff is very nice and more importantly, professional. The hair dyes and products they carry are the best I've ever used. It's L'Oréal salon line. I do pay a fair amount of money but remember that old say..."you get what you pay for!" )I can let my hair go for 4-6 months before getting it redone! Moved to the area recently and decided to check out Entourage. Wow, what a mistake!! I went in on Wednesday to get highlights(mainly roots retouched) and it is now Saturday and my roots look the same as when I went in. After I expressed my concern that my roots were still dark Bina (stylist) told me very nicely 'I did the best I could'!!! The best you could do for $190 is bleach the rest of my hair but not touch my roots?!?!?! read more

I do not like to give poor reviews for local businesses...but this was a bad experience for me. I came in for a blowout...My bad for not booking earlier with my usual salon. As a result i called around and found Entourage was available for a blowout. I thought it shouldnt be too bad as any stylist should be able to do a simple blowout with a hair dryer and a round brush...instead i was there for 1 hour. I have thick but good hair and the stylist didnt seem familiar with it. She gathered the hair in small sections and was doing it needlessly a little at a time...I am not used to that. She also took out a barrel curling iron and i told her that i didnt need that and asked her to just use a dryer and round brush. She then tried to use hair spray on my wet hair which is again something i have never experienced....and again asked her to not use hairspray. The main reason i am writing this is that during my $40, 1 hour blowout I got burned several times. Not a 3rd degree burn but a burn that hurt a good 30 minutes past my visit. A professional should know how to handle different hair types and use a hair dryer without burning the client. She did apologize in the moment but it was clear that she was not familiar with thick hair. Lesson learned, I will stick to my usual salon and book ahead of time! read more

This review is only for the massage services at Entourage, and I must admit that I have only had three professional massages in my life and a handful of other spa services. Still, I know good service when I get it. My hourlong Swedish massage at Entourage was a Christmas present from my husband (didn't he do great?!) and I loved every minute of it. The salon itself is really lovely, with a cool transparent waterfall behind the front desk, a nice little waiting area, lots of light and wood. I filled out my form and was escorted back to the massage rooms by my massage therapist, Mary Ann. She was immediately likeable, with a warm and friendly demeanor. (One eeensy little disappointment here: the website states that before spa services, you will be taken to the "serenity room" for juice or tea and relaxation. I wasn't, but on the other hand, I also didn't have to wait at all -- I'm guessing because there were no clients before me. Not really a problem.) After a brief chat about what I wanted, Mary Ann left for me to disrobe and get situated. I snuggled down into the clean warm sheets and waited. There was soft music playing to mask any noise from the salon, and the room was dimly lit, with warm wood walls and cozy touches. The massage was wonderful, exactly what I wanted. Mary Ann asked a few questions here and there about comfort levels, pressure, etc., but didn't talk too much, allowing me to sink into a state of relaxation. She was very good. When we were done, I was completely refreshed and relaxed. I was allowed to get up and dress at my own pace, and then when I was ready to go Mary Ann gave me the usual instructions (lots of water, etc.) and showed me a stretch to ease tension in my shoulders and neck after long hours at the computer. I would absolutely go back to Entourage, for any spa service or a haircut. Consider me a fan. (Prices, in case you're curious, are about average for a day spa ... a bit more than you might pay at Massage Envy and the like, but they do have discounts for first-time customers.) read more

Booking Annalisa and Francesca for my bridal hair and makeup was one of the best decisions I made! They executed my vision perfectly on my trial and on the day of the wedding made it look even better!! You can tell these ladies love what they do and are proud of their work. I decided to have my bridal party get ready at the salon. My bridesmaids and mother all have different hair types and skin tones and they all looked amazing. It made me so happy to know they were able to please each of them. The salon is clean and modern. Everyone there is so welcoming and warm. I'll definitely be going back soon for their other services. Today was my first time at Entourage Salon, I must say , it has been a very long time since I walked out of a salon 100% satisfied with my hair cut.. :0) Joe introduced himself & then said lets sit and talk about your hair .. as I described to him what I wanted he said , wait, let me let you look at something a little different because he was not certain the style I was looking at would look good on me .. well I agreed to let him take the lead.. best choice I made .. As we shared stories about our old friends & old neighborhood, I was relaxed & just enjoyed the time spent there.. The only reason I'm giving it one star is because it doesn't let me give it zero stars. They over processed and fried my hair . I left with my hair wet and it was coming off in chunks. Never ever coming back. The stylists saw how my hair was already pre lightened so I figured as professionals they would know how long the bleach had to be on. I left worst than how I came in. . I was annoyed when I got home because 2 stylists had to rinse me out and one of them kept telling me how great it looked . I don't recommend this place to anyone. Save your money. I paid $125 for someone to ruin my hair .. Never again. read more

I believe brevity is always appreciated, so here I go... Yesterday, I had my bridal consultation for my hair and make- up. I decided to take my photographer's advice and do it the same day of my Save-the-Date pictures. I knew that Francesca (make-up artist) and Annalisa (hair stylist) were good, I didn't know they were AMAZING! Annalisa took hours curling and recurring my hair, giving me advice, trying different hair styles, taking them down, restyling, making me feel comfortable, making sure whatever the hairstyle was for the wedding; it reflected me, down to the last detail. She was patient, kind, and attentive. Francesca did my makeup, carefully matching what I liked, adding and blending colors, giving me her opinion on all of the different options, making me feel that whatever it was that I liked, was beautiful. She came to check on me and even took pictures to show me what everything looked like behind the professional lens. I was beyond impressed with the service I received yesterday. My sister recently got married and the entire bridal party had their hair and make-up done at Entourage on the day of the wedding. There were 12 of us, including the bride. The wedding was on the day of the "big flood", but you'd never know it by the upbeat atmosphere inside the salon. The staff at Entourage was amazing and welcoming, even serving snacks and drinks. The staff is efficient, professional, and had enough people working so none of us had to wait long. We were all thrilled with the results, looked beautiful, and got tons of compliments all day. Do not get your hair straightened here! 2 hours in this salon will take my hair 4 years to recover from. Most of my hair has broken off, because of how they applied the product: incompetent. It's almost 9 months later now and I have short 'bangs' all around my face and on the top of my head looking absolutely awful, as my hair is growing back in. The bottom of my long hair has become see-through from the breakage. People are nice, and perhaps cuts and massages are fine, but I wouldn't know as I'll never go back there. read more

i just relocated to elmhurst and was looking for a hair salon close by. someone suggested going to entourage salon and i didl I haven't seen the perfect stylist since i left NY until I met Joseph. my initial impression was one of class, warmth and the staff was very professional. The place is comfortable and has a serene feeling. I spoke with joseph in length about what i was seeking a softer me. i had jet black hair and because he listened and had the knowledge and experience i am now a demure dark auburn. it goes great with my blue eyes and olive skin. Joseph did an amazing job! he, gave me tips on how to take care of my hair and I went away feeling that he is an artist and there is no other hair professional for me. I am rating on the massage I received nearly 2 1/2 years ago. I need to give credit where credit is due. About 5-6 months after having our 1st child, my husband thought I could use a much needed massage. I had been very stressed, body was sore for nursing the baby all the time, and just very exhausted. The staff at Entourage paired me with Mary Cay Cavanagh & it was the most pleasant experience. She was very calming and offered great advice & support. She was a specialist in prenatal massage. After that day we kept in touch for a short time as I was trying to look into her teaching me some infant massage. I lost touch with her & unfortunately til just recently was about to make a 1st time appointment for my mother (who had never had a massage in her 72 years of life) and learned she had passed. It is very sad and unfortunate and I hope that she is in a good place. But she was wonderful & I distincltly recall how well I slept the days following & how I became much less stressed.
