From getting the initial quote to setting up the meet-and-greet to our planning meeting over FaceTime the week before the event to go over the details, I can't say enough about how good Derek and his team were with their communication with us. What stood out most is how much Derek went beyond the scope of his role. He offered to grab water for us, reminded us to make sure we set aside time for the photobooth for ourselves, offered to help announce things as simple as where family members needed to go for a group photo, and even added a Chinese love song to our dinner music playlist (without speaking the language himself) knowing I had family members who didn't speak much English. I've used the services from Entourage Events SF for my wedding back in 2015. From my decorative lights, to the jam-packed DJ, to the never ending fun photo booth and awesome customer service. Derek and his staff exceeded my expectations making my special night super memorable not only for me, but for my 200+ guests - who still talk 'bout how fun my wedding was! Planning a wedding in NorCal, while living in SoCal was no where near easy and at times was stressful. Besides the flowers and food, the entertainment was something that was important for my husband and I. Being known as the "party-animals" of our group of friends, we knew we had to deliver! Speaking with Derek's party planner over emails and texts, made things easier in planning. She was good at replying to emails within an adequate time. Everyone knows how expensive wedding details tend to add up. Entourage made it easier on us financially by setting up 3 simple payments, plus a deposit. Your event planner will set this up for you which again will make things easier on you. The one thing my guests enjoyed the most (besides the dancing into the night..) was the standing photo booth! Cool thing is that Entourage includes copies of the print out along with a photo album of all the pics taken that night! Our package included this option, so it was fun reviewing the pics the day after the wedding! You also receive a electronic copy of the pics, again included depending on the photo package you select. The photo booth pics have nice, clear quality. We actually got to customize and personally designed the printout on our photo booth pics. One thing I do wish, is that I had more backdrop lights, but for all my friends that I refer to Entourage, I will remind them that the more the lights the better!
