Best happy hour specials in town and great quality of food. I tried the sliders. The hot honey chicken slider with blue cheese and avocado is a game changer. The chicken sliders I've had in the past have been dry, but this one was so juicy and not overly breaded. The cheese burger slider was equally tasty. Our server, Cecilia, was absolutely wonderful. Timing for courses was perfect. Very attentive to our needs. We started with the Wagyu filet mignon sliders ordered medium. They came out rare ~ but by then I was so hungry, I ate mine anyway. The burger I had for my entree was also ordered medium ~ and was cooked perfectly. The Wagyu bolognese had a very unusual flavor ~ not to my taste. Now, here is my feedback. You CANNOT make reservations, but you can phone ahead to be on their priority seating list. That system was a complete failure on this particular Saturday evening. I think it was a result of several factors. There is a small room to the side of the main dining area. There was a party of at least 20 people which took up a large number of tables. What time would these 20 people have to get there to get all those tables together? There was also another large table, so that left exactly 1 table in the corner. In the main dining area we were told people had paid and they were waiting for the group to leave and a couple tables. were ordering dessert. 45 minutes later, people did start to leave. I also think, knowing that the restaurant does not take reservations, that it is incredibly rude to sit and linger while people are waiting to be seated. One table that had just paid when we got there left just a few minutes before we did. They stayed about an hour and a half after they had eaten and paid. I'm sure that server had to be happy. Now, I think their system worked better after both of these large parties left, but it was most frustrating to watch people get seated shortly after they had arrived ~ lucky them. A nice dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday turned into a post Super Bowl party beside us. The side dining room was perfect, table, service and food. Then a party of 13 was seated beside us. I noticed the table when we were seated but thought who is going out on Monday night to celebrate, maybe the weekend yes but Monday night. I was wrong. There's a lot of restaurants in the downtown area. First time at Entourage. There's convenient parking near the train area. We were able to walk in with no reservation. Around 6-6:30p, it picked up so I would recommend a reservation during this time. We (2 of us) were seated in the back near some larger groups (a little noisy). Our waiter was super friendly. I think he explained every item on the menu. I had a mixed drink (Silence Falls). It had rum, ginger beer, lime, Amaro, Plantation White, and Orgeat. It was pretty good. My dinner was the caeser salad with steak. It was plenty of food and the steak was cooked perfect. My dessert was the cake. The slice was huge! I ended up taking half home. This is a charming spot in downtown DG. We car on a Tuesday night before 5 and it was already busy. We had the slider special, shrimp and grits and the lobster bisque. All 4 were fantastic. We eventually loved our experience once we were seated. The hostess (perhaps the owner) was less than welcoming. They use a very glitchy system that prevents smooth service. Lead with yes and a smile. While waiting for our table, there were no available seats at the bar so we stood near it. The bartender came by to bring us a cocktail menu. The young girl hostess seated us quickly. Our server greeted us warmly. The rest of the team worked together beautifully. However, they brought us someone else's food twice, the dessert menu before we even had dinner and were generally confused a couple of times. Their warm hospitality outweighed all of the rough edges. I left feeling like they cared in a genuine way. The room is smallish, with a rounded dining room. Large windows allowed us to watch the storm roll in. The bar is small as well. The cuisine was the star of the evening. We loved everything. From the spring rolls to the banana cream pie, we vote yes on this eclectic menu. read more

This is a great, upscale dining spot in the heart of Downers Grove with great bay window seating and a subdued, romantic ambiance. We had priority seating for 4:30 and were seated promptly when arriving. Service was extremely knowledgeable and offered my husband a sample of their frozen hot toddy specialty drink. It was delicious! I ordered the silence falls cocktail and felt transported to a beach in the Bahamas- perfect for a cold evening. Their focaccia bread was hands-down the best we've ever had. The outer crust was crisp and flaky with the inside being moist and flavorful. It was served with salted butter and Mediterranean olives - yummy! My orange basil salmon was delicious and the risotto was like a dessert. My husband ordered an end cut prime rib and unfortunately, he wasn't served an end cut. The manager deducted his entree from the bill and our dessert, a mouth-watering heath bar chocolate cake was also on the house. We started with drinks and I highly recommend the smoking gun - so good! We decided upon the wedge salads and sharing the Tomahawk Chop, which came out perfect. I'm still thinking about how good the bone marrow butter was! We got an order of the truffle fries - also awesome - and ended with Sandy's white wine cake, amazing, paired with recommended Cognac - solid pairing. I was looking for something new to try and stumbled upon this place on yelp. It's right off the corner and parking was tricky for me with the one way. It's a brand new nicely designed with a mini bar n tables. Service was 10/10 Nan was very helpful and attentive. Only downside to this place for me was they carried Pepsi not Coke lol. The spicy chicken pasta was flavorful with a kick of spice. I could eat the sauce as soup with bread it definitely was amazing. The steak was great as well the fries were nothing special but the cheese curds were great as well. U must not leave without dessert the banana cream pie is worth the 2k calories lol or who what it would be definitely rich in flavor and well put together. The sandys white wine cake reminded me of the butter cake but with Hints of lemon n cinnamon. I highly recommend checking them out I know I will be back for sure read more

The food is exquisitely superb. The place is not big, therefore finding a table or sitting at the bar is a blessing from all the Gods known throughout human history. However, it's worth the wait. One of the hostesses is less than nice, but the other staff we have interacted with have been great.
