My experience here did not start off so great. I was in a car crash Saturday and they assured us…read morethey would have a car ready Monday. However when we called Monday they did not have a car and we were told to come Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning still no car but a promise to deliver a car to my workplace as soon as one became available. That's where things quickly began to change. True to their word I got a call to come out to the parking lot that they had a rental car for me. They let me sign the papers in the lobby of my workplace and I drove away that night with the car. The car, a 2017 Honda Accent, was in excellent shape and easy to drive. They are very lenient with their cars and did not show opposition for me using the car to go on several pre-planned one day trips that resulted in me putting over 2,000 miles on the car. Because of their leniency my summer was not ruined because of my car accident and I was able to continue on with my trips as planned. They also did not show any opposition to me keeping the car longer than the expected time frame as it took two weeks longer to repair my car than expected. Though we had our early troubles with getting a car, Everything went perfect after that and I am forever grateful that I rented a car.
