They closed my reservation as if I picked up my car so when I called headquarters, headquarters couldn't help because the reservation was opened then closed meaning my reservation was cancelled and I didnt have an existing reservation for them to assist with. This location is shady and unethical. You are better off going somewhere else. Honestly, Avis should shut down this location and Costco should remove them as a car rental option.
