I recently needed a rental. I'm a sales person, and we are the worst people to deal with cause we've seen it all They picked me up and drove me to the small Carlisle location. I was pleasantly surprised with the available inventory there. I drove away in a 2016 Jeep Cherokee. Their cars, etc are new or late models. Clean inside and out. The employees were both personable and professional. They made it soo easy. I really liked that!! Now I need a reason to rent one of the new Renegades they got in today!! read more

if I could leave zero stars, I would picked up a rental car from the Carlisle Pike car was dirty outside and inside told it to the and he said the best they can do had cigarette ashes all over the dashboard car is disgusting on the corporate line and they were supposed to get me a new car tonight which never happened. read more

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Top customer service and great prices. don't waste your time with other rentals , go with the best !

This location will frequently confirm your reservation and then will give your car to someone else because they didn't plan properly, leaving you without a car. This scenario has happened more than three times to us over the past year, so if you're rental reservation is important to you please find another business. Leadership and staff are a revolving door here which says a lot about the company. I wish I could give more stars but I can't justify it. read more

Got there a few minutes before they opened at 8am and glad we did! This place got a bit busy with pick ups and drop offs. We reserved a standard size suv but the one they had, had a huge hood dent, so we opted for an intermediate size suv which was a Rouge. Price got adjusted for the lower cost vehicle. Got in and out quick with vehicle inspection and payment. Went to go load up and whoops, car is too small for all the luggage. Went back to see about a trade since only 20 minutes passed since we left. They were great about it, we switched to a Grand Caravan, a new one. Everything fit plus some extra room. Had probably one of the better experiences with this Enterprise location versus the many others I rent with. Will return when in the area again. read more

Needed to rent a vehicle due to being in an accident on Sunday and we went through the other person's insurance. When talking with the insurance company that said that Enterprise would give me a call in the next of hours and by surprise they called me within 10 minutes of getting off the phone with the insurance company. We made arrangements for me to come in after work to pick up my car. They greeted me promptly when I entered the location. Danny the gentleman helping me was very friendly and we had some great conversation as well as another lady who was working the counter. Danny explained everything in great detail as to how the process would work, walked me out the car to inspect for any damages to the car and I was on my way. Thank you Danny for making this difficult situation after being in a wreck a painless experience getting the rental car set up. read more

At the last minute I needed a car to go one way to Richmond, Va and they had one available for me. They picked me up when they said they would and I was on my way that night. In my opinion the rental rate was decent. Great service and a friendly staff. read more

I use this location to rent vehicles for work travel all the time. Never have had any issues. Always as expected or better. I've had instances where they haven't had the standard vehicle I requested and have had to upgrade me with no charge! That's always nice. read more

Enterprise Carlisle was so flexible with three rental extension dates as I waited for my car to be repaired after an accident. A series of illnesses at the body shop pushed my rental to 6 weeks (yikes!), but Enterprise was able to accommodate the changes with a smile. And they gave me a ride to the body shop to get my car back when it was ready. Thanks a bunch! read more

I have tried to send my contacts several times and and the email will not go through.

Excellent service, great personnel, very competent, cooperative and caring. Always strives to give you the very best deal possible. Does not attempt to coerce you into purchasing additional features that you do not need. Highly recommend this Enterprise location. read more

Superb job by the staff. Rented a cargo van to move my son to Charlotte. When I came to pick it up the gas was empty and she gave me an immediate additional 10% off. read more
