The lady Latifa's attitude is terrible went up there because after returning the vehicle nothing was refunded no receipt nothing after going up there to get them actually check the car in she was rude, nasty, and extremely ugly. I even asked her to email the receipt which she claimed she did I never received it and asked if they can print it out she had a very nasty stank attitude. The absolute worst experience, followed by no accountability or offer to make things right. I booked an 8 seater 2-3 months in advance for the 4th of July weekend. AMPLE time to guarantee the vehicle would be available by the date - any common sensed individual would think, right?? Nope. Not only was the vehicle not available, but I had called 2 weeks; 1 week prior, and even the previous day (less than 24 hrs before schedule). All three of these times I was assured that the vehicle I requested would "definitely" be there since I booked so far out in advance. I go to pick up my vehicle, and to what appears to be to no one surprise if they read the other reviews, they didn't have it. They offered a 14 seater van, one of those big white travel vans, yeah.. no. The representative had no interest in helping and didn't even apologize, it was a "it is what it is" attitude. He claims that 2 days before the vehicle was recalled.. yeah, right. Even if it were the case, I called the day prior, why didn't anyone say anything about this supposed recall? I just think they gave it to someone else to make more money, because the closer you are to the date, the more money you can make from the rental. Now, imagine the trouble I had to go through after I had a planned vacation for that 4th of July weekend. Never recommending this place or any Enterprise at this point. Steer away. read more

I got Jason as my rep after a lady backed into my parked car. Despite having such a rough day and week I was pleased at how swiftly they were able to get me into a rental. I had it for a week and upon returning Jason called me a day later telling me "all was well with my rental and $10 was used to top the tank off" so I got most of my refund back. Also for convenience the repair shop I used was close by so I was able to leave the rental there and someone came and grabbed it! 5/5 read more

Customer service was good, but otherwise I would not pick this brand to rent a car. I arrived super late, almost to close time, with my car having just been towed to the auto repair shop, and I needed a car. I didn't need anything fancy...just something that would get me from point A to point B. The car they gave me was really banged up. The back bumper was not completely aligned, there were several dents in the car, and a small crack in the windshield. Nothing was automatic other than door locks and windows. Okay fine, it's not for forever. But $72? That just seems really high for one day, and they said if I kept it longer, the price may likely go up. I went home and researched other companies and found much better rates elsewhere, so I planned on returning the car regardless if my car was ready or not, just to get a different one that would be more affordable. If I'm paying $72 a day, I'm expecting a better ride than what I had. I felt gouged, and not sure if it was because it was the last part of the day, and they knew they had me or what. But next time I have a mishap with my car, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

The local office who initiated the claim. Investigating themselves? What a joke, of course, they won't find anything wrong with their 'process'. I had a claim with my insurance company, and this is where I was told my rental was waiting. I checked in, filled out/signed the paperwork, and got the keys and was driving away in under 20 minutes. The staff were courteous and professional. The after hours drop off makes it really convenient to return the rentals, as you just lock the vehicle and put the keys in the drop box. Do not . Do not. Do not rent from this location. I was involved in an accident 2 months ago and unfortunately have to have a rental. I have had a rental from this location for 2 months. My adjuster told me that the rate would stay the same throughout my rental . The manager at this location is horrible. She has poor customer service. She has heard the frustration in my voice and makes it a point to tell me that Enterprise doesn't have to comply with the negotiated rate with my insurance company. It is at their discretion and they would no longer honor the 25 a day but would instead be going up to 50 dollars a day. So in a month I am supposed to pay 1500 dollars for a Chevy Spark? For a rental? When I asked if there's anything they can do, the manager just keeps gloating and telling me that they don't have to honor the lower rate. Why would a human being take pleasure in making a terrible situation worse? When I asked her who pays 1500 a month for a rental, she told me lots of people with such a smile on her face. They do not care about customers. They do not have any customer service. Overheard another customer who didn't make it out of the parking lot before turning around to bring it back because it was pulling hard to the right. No big deal...that happens. But...that is the car they tried to put us in. Had I not overheard him, that's the car we would have been in. Not sure what point there is in having a reservation at all. They totally screwed up our travel plans for Memorial Day weekend. I had family visiting us from out-of-country and we planned to visit a couple of places in and around Georgia. I booked a 15 passenger van one and half month ahead. I was supposed to pick the van on Saturday May 25th. I called them first week of May to confirm that the van will be available. They assured me that it will be. On Friday May 24th, I got a call from them asking me to confirm that I will be picking up the van. I told them that I will be there first thing in the morning, as soon as they open at 9AM. On May 25th, Saturday morning, I made sure my family got up and got ready, so we could start our trip as soon as I picked up the van. At 8:52AM, I got a call and the branch manager left a voice message stating "I'm calling to confirm you are going to pick up the van". At 8:58AM, I heard the voice message and called them back but was placed in call waiting queue. Meanwhile I was driving to their location and was there by 9:07AM. Saw a 15 passenger van outside and was all excited. But when I went inside and talked to manager, he tells me that they do not have an vehicle available because I did not confirm that we are going to pick up the van. So confirming 1 month before and 1 day before, was not enough. They needed confirmation minutes ahead of when they were going to open. And because I failed to pick up one call, 8 mins ahead of their opening time, they gave the van to someone else. The worst thing is that the manager flat out lied to us, saying we did not confirm the reservation the day before. When I showed him the number from which I received the confirmation call the previous day, he said that is not our branch number and whoever confirmed your reservation is not from this branch, so that confirmation is not valid. I called that number back right in front of him and could hear the phone ringing in the back in his office and asked him to answer that and he refused saying he doesn't have to. I made multiple calls to that same number to identify that the phone inside was ringing at the exact moments that I was calling and insisted that I will not leave unless he picked up that phone. He finally relented and answered it and said - yes that's our number but sorry I don't have a vehicle for you. Months of planning for the long weekend was ruined by Enterprise on that Saturday morning. We just had to entertain our visitors at home. Will never go to this location again and for that matter will never go with Enterprise again. I had this happen to me once before, but that was a work trip. read more

When he finally finished with phone calls he told me I could sit down and wait for his coworker and that it would "be a while". I needed to get out ahead of traffic and he showed no urgency in addressing the situation when I expressed concern about the delay. He offered a weak "I'm sorry" when I said I would need to cancel if it was going to be a while before they had my car. Now balance this review with the fact that it was the day before Thanksgiving. I reserved a mid-size car online about a week before I was going to pick it up. The reservation was easy and had no issues. I went to pick up the car and the staff was great considering it was the busiest day of the year for them. They brought Toyota Corolla around and started the inspection. Both front seats were extremely soiled, there were no floor mats and the floor was just as bad as the seats. It smelled of cigarettes and some type of cover up spray. I asked if there was another car available and told that the only vehicles left were SUV'S. There was no offer of a discounted larger vehicle or even a cleaner smaller one, so I accepted the stained, smelly one instead. I like the company, I like the staff and I usually like the vehicles, but this one looked like my 24 year old daughter had just come back from a week long concert in it. It was the butt of all jokes for the whole week with family so at least I got a laugh out of it. read more

I have been renting from Enterprise many times from many locations and this is one of the best. The staff was very efficient and very accommodating. At one point, I had 2 rentals -- a standard car I rented for vacation from them that I was returning, I rented the another intermediate car from another Enterprise location since my car was in repair shop. As I was returning the standard car, I asked Ryan if I could replace the intermediate with the same standard car that I was returning. Ryan took care of it in a minute. Very pleasant experience. They have been extremely patient as I ask about the various functions of the car that I am unfamiliar with. A few weeks ago I rented a car and I drove about 1/2 mile and realized the seats were not going to work for me, they were very uncomfortable. My husband reserved a truck online 2 days before we needed it. Of course, we have a time as to when we would be there to pick it up. We arrived just before the scheduled time and the truck wasn't even there. We had to wait for them to go get it and bring it to our location. While we were waiting we decided to go ahead and do the paperwork. That is when we were told we had to have 2 utility bills because we were paying with a debit card. At no time were we informed while reserving online that this would be the case. Needless to say we were not prepared for this. We had rented from them in the past (within the last couple years, and when paying with a debit card, this wasn't the case). So because we didn't have the utilities bills on hand, we had to get onto one of their computers and access the bills and print them out. When it was finally time to get the truck, it wasn't even cleaned. Usually the cars are detailed and look really nice. That was not the case this time. I am sad to say that this experience was very disappointing to say the least. What is the point of reserving a vehicle ahead of time if it isn't even going be honored? Our time is valuable too. We actually ended up leaving an hour later than we should have. This is very unfortunate because we are not sure that we will be returning. If I had known ahead of time about the utility bills I would have had them prepared for when we arrived. read more

I have rented a vehicle from this location two times now. My first experience went fairly smooth as I got a reasonable car in a reasonable amount of time. However, this second time was infuriating enough for me to write a review. I had a scheduled 10:30am reservation for a vehicle and upon my punctual arrival, I was told that I would have to return in 45 minutes to an hour. What kind of car rental company doesn't have any rental cars in stock?! You'd think that especially after the reservation was made that they'd have a car in stock for the set time. And to top it all off, the request was made for a sedan, as that is what I drive, and to my complete astonishment upon my return they had prepared a Ford Expedition XL. This is completely unsuitable for my lifestyle and living situation and the exact opposite of what I asked for. I am highly disappointed and will be sure to never use this location again or recommend any acquaintances. Might never be able to bring myself to use Enterprise again read more
