we thought going to this location would save us from paying San Antonio tourist hotel and sports arena taxes. However the cost saving did not offset the inconvenience. After our third experience there we learned that this remote location has very few cars available, and the ones that are there are cars nobody else wants to rent or drive. Our last time, after a reservation in advance, they didn't have a car available for 3 hours. It caused us to miss our appointed schedule in Houston. I can't justify going back. read more

Friendly staff, but extremely slow service. The rental process took way longer than expected. We even checked in online ahead of time hoping it would speed things up, but it didn't make a difference. If you're looking for quick, efficient service, this probably isn't the place for you. read more

Today, I called to make a reservation. Unfortunately this service has been outsourced to other countries. I came to get the car and the representative said there were no cars which left me stranded. This is the third time this location has let my family down. The same thing happened to my son twice while visiting. I cannot recommend this location. I went to exchange a car that I got in Miami because the horn wasn't working and one of the tires were leaking. Angela brought a new car out and was going to exchange it, but when she did the walk through of the car from Miami she said there was "damage" on the roof (pinpoint dents) and had to file a claim. I called the guys in Miami and they told me that if it is smaller that a golf ball (which they were), that it did not count as damage. Her and the manager Amanda insisted that in Texas it did because of the hail storms, even though there hasn't been one since April of this year and this car is registered to Florida. They were trying to file a fraudulent claim on my insurance. I called corporate and they told me that Angela was giving me a hard time and it shouldn't have happened that way. So don't go here to rent a car and when you do rent one make sure you check the roof and take pictures since they want to scam people. I give it zero stars. But enterprise is a good company and are working with me. It's just this branch that is bad. read more

Madison and the other woman in the Spring Branch office were very professional, responsive and knew their jobs well which was refreshing! I also met a gentlemen who drives the cars around for them and he was a pleasure to visit with while waiting for my car. The car I'd reserved was not available for me on the morning of pick up - with an important road trip with 4 other people at stake, Madison and team came through for me offering an upgrade, which I'd originally not reserved due to the weekend rental rate, but they took care of me and made sure I was in my expected budget, with a better than expected vehicle and were friendly throughout the process. I would use them again if I need another rental car and gladly refer family or friends to them should they need a local rental car. read more

So, the short story, an individual that should not be driving, rear-ended the Explorer behind me, knocked them into me, knocking me into the pickup in front of me. The Explorer was a total loss. Today, I found out that they decided to total my 2 week old company car. I was definitely in need of a car for my job, so I looked for local rentals. The only thing I could find nearby was this Enterprise rental. I called them and was advised they only had 1 rental available. I took it. The folks on the phone could not have been nicer. Mariel was kind, knowledgeable, responsive answereing all my questions, and was quick to get the vehicle turned around for rental. I had 2 other conversations with her over the last 3 weeks. At Costco, the ignition key would not turn. I called Enterprise and got Mariel on the phone. She walked me through how to unlock the steering column (tip: don't leave a Tucson parked with the steering wheel turned away from center), and got us on our way. The 2nd incident was a slow leak in the passenger rear tire. I talked with her again, and got the car to Discount to be fixed. There was also an issue with billing. Instead of billing the fleet company, the person that set up the billing set me up as the responsibil party. I talked to Mariel, and she fixed that too:-) I returned the car today and got another employee. She was really helpful and apologetic for all the things that went on. She was completely in "make the customer happy" mode. I really appreciate these Enterprise ladies. They made this loss of company car incident bearable. I will definitely use this Enterprise location again if the need arises. read more

Amanda Q, the enterprise manager for this location, was extremely helpful with helping us figure out the insurance problems and even went out of her way to call them for us and hold them accountable. When making reservations we were directed to this site. We made reservations and were told we would be picked up at 10:30 the next day. 10:45, no Enterprise. We called and we told that they thought New Braunfels was picking us up. How are we supposed to know inter-department communications? Which did not happen to my knowledge. They said they would pick us up in a pickup that is picking up someone else. Still waiting at11:00. read more

Thank goodness we picked car up a day early! If I was with I would not have accepted the car. I spent three hours cleaning before I could pack. The driver and front passenger seats were acceptable. The seats were not clean and passenger side arm rests were all sticky. It goes down from here. We the back two rows were filthy and on vacuumed. There was thick dog hair in back when you put third row seats down and smelt like dog, disgusting. I had to wipe the entire car from the doors, seat backs, all arm rests. Third row cup holders were the worst. Wet and sticky. This car had not been cleaned other than the front seat areas in a long time. read more
