So I did. Once I got there this dude tells me he's got a broken down car in the middle of the road all my mechanics are gone bla blah. Mind you this is 5mins before having the conversation to come SO I said fine screw it I'll come tomorrow and he said OKAY please come tomorrow we will be ready for you same time. Ok cool. Tomorrow comes around and I go to work and after I go to this god forsaken dealership straight out of Baghdad and "John smith" who shares my same name says he's never heard of my situation and that the owner is actually out today for a funeral. Ok well the funeral didn't get planned AFTER we made plans for me because that was just F*****n YESTERDAY sooooo I said whatever man I'll go tomorrow. And John is like sweet ok awesome Last day I show up and this diaper head tells me my window is broke and then gets all pissed off and mad when I said ok fix it this is the whole reason I'm here. And the dude goes "it's gonna take forever and I'm about to get off" mind you the place closes at like 6-7 or whatever and I'm sitting infront of him at 4:30 these people are lazy Highly not recommended

San Antonio Rv Repair Solutions did an amazing job on our 37 foot class A motorhome…read more We started traveling the country in January for two years. The main powerboard was damaged when we pulled into San Antonio. Other companies quoted us a 45 day wait to get one built. Paul (the owner) with his connections at Monaco got us a brand new one in a week. He just finished installing it and we are on our way. Paul was easy to work with, very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them.

Management did get a hold of me (but was trying) and more than made it right. As I stated I love this place and would definitely go back. My work actually made me go back just 24 hours ago and my desired place to stay was the Waterwalk despite a couple of concerns. As I attempted to make my reservations they picked up on who exactly I was and forwarded me immediately to the manager, Angie. She was extremely professional, carefully listened to my concerns, didn't make excuses but went directly to resolutions and was so apologetic. I will have to say that I was very impressed. Not that I was seeking any compensation, but she offered me that night as complimentary. When arriving her staff was above accommodating, personally walked me to the room to ensure everything was perfect and there was an apology card on the kitchenette with a small gift of chocolate. Way above and beyond what any other facility of this type would ever consider doing. Customer service is a lost art. These folks really are a caring business about their guests. Seriously I would stay here again and would recommend it to everyone (and have been previous to ever talking to the manager).

When we reached out to them, they denied responsibility and now will not return any of our insurance rep's calls. They claim they are not responsible for items in the middle of the road. Our bag WAS NOT in the middle of the road. Our guess is CTA Worldwide transportation company has shady insurance which does cover what it should by law and the owners of CTA Worldwide are crooks and not willing to take responsibility for what their driver's are at fault for. I would be very weary in ever hiring or using CTA Worldwide , for they may not honor any of their contractual obligations. Our next step will be escalating this matter to lawyers as transportation laws show a driver is always responsible for any unforeseen object in their path when driving.

The staff are great and super responsive when the swimming towels are gone. I got a lovely tan at the pool where the full sun is out around 12-3 pm. They have excellent morning breakfast and Monday - Wednesday they serve light dinner which helps countdown on eating out. These suites have a two burner stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher in the rooms so we bought groceries as well. The Lady that prepares the meals is a wonderful person, though everyone was nice, she stood out among others bc she was so warm and a genuine, cool person. Our requests were respected regarding housekeeping or not. The rooms were clean and the beds slept great. Parking is slim in the front but they have plenty underground and back lot parking. The only thing is room 313 has the wonkiest of door handles. That's the only thing that needed to be addressed. It's very hard to open and sometimes the handle does not engage the latch and you have to fight with it a bit. The pool was perfect and has ADA accessible entry. The hot tub was indeed cold and smelled of urine. Not sure what was going on with that. There a patio area where you can grill as well on their gas grills. If ever I'm in San Antonio again I will definitely be staying g at Staybridge. Also, lots of stores near the location as well

There is a multi storied eye sore of a Cube Smart storage facility on one side, and unkempt trees and brush on the other. I don't know anything about the staff as I haven't interacted with them. I'm here with my husband, but for a place that's supposed to offer perks for his elite status, this comes off almost worse than a cheap motel. The mattress dips in the middle, the bed is positioned right next to the dresser in a way that you'll bruise yourself trying to get around the corner, and the clown-car sized bathtub doesn't hold water. I never had an opportunity to check out the pool and hot tub between rain and jet lag, but it seems okay from what I could see. Didn't check out the fitness center either. Breakfast, though plain, was good enough for me to return for seconds. I don't generally seek extra portions but the turkey sausage was decent. Potatoes are good with ketchup (except they ran out), and the French toast, though a little hard, was okay. Oh, and there is a cockroach inside the bathroom. No thanks. Won't revisit and definitely will not recommend.
