This is my local car wash that I go to multiple times a month with both the cars. They're on their unlimited wash packages which are just a fantastic deal. Staff is always super friendly and I appreciate that they have towels, air fresheners, interior wipes, Windex, etc at no cost. Even when it doesn't of cars, we didn't go through the weight usually is maybe at bath the total of 15 minutes then you're never waiting for vacuum vacuums and other items to keep your car spotless. Recommend go car wash if you have them in your community. read more

My go to carwash especially since I pay for the membership. Staff is always friendly. The carwash does a good job on my truck. I get compliments all the time on how shiny my tires on. The vacuums and air could a little more maintenance but it works enough to get the job done. The free air is great especially in the colder months when tires start to deflate. Sometimes Ive gone there just for that. The weekends are normally crowded as most are. They open promptly at 7am. I know because I waited for them to open one morning as I made a stop on my way to work. I recommend to anyone looking for an inexpensive carwash that gets the job done. read more

Overpriced. Having to pay $42 for what I was getting in Killeen prior to moving here. Not worth it.

Tire shine did not work for 3 months. No refund given even when requested. Sunday I showed up at 9 am it was closed and stated it wouldn't open till after 10:30 because of staffing problems. I drove 10 miles one way just to be turned away. This place is highly mismanaged. I wish there was another wash closer to Spring Branch. read more

Checked out our new car wash during their grand opening week. I was trying to determine if I was going to change from Diamond Car Wash. The first thing I found was that they were giving away car washes during the grand opening. Because of that, I took both my wife and daughter's car. I'm not sure which level of car wash they we're giving away, but it did a good job on both cars. The 2nd thing going for them is the location, it's much closer to my house. Part of the opening deals are that they are trying to sell subscriptions. I have not decided if I'm switching, so I didn't buy one, but they made it very enticing. Their vacuuming equipment is top notch. They have both crevice tools and regular width. They also have clean towels for cleaning and drying. I'm going to take my car next, and then another of the kid's cars. Maybe after that, I will have enough information to decide if I'm switching. Will I return? Tomorrow! read more

Love go car washes but this one sucks. You'll get out faster if you drive to wilderness Oaks even if you live next-door. 15 out of 20 times here equipment will be busted or you'll be stuck in line for over 20 minutes. read more

Five brushes not working. Both top brushes didn't even touch the top of my car. Of the four go car washes that I go to all of them have something wrong with them. I talked to two of the managers that work at the places and they both tell me that they're shorthanded and they have nobody to maintain their equipment. All this place does is take your money and then not take care of their equipment. It was a great place to go, but now it's just a plain old crappy car wash sad how it works, but the same old story. read more

Raining today, but I needed to wash my car to also vacuum. I was short on-time and thought I would try it even though a month ago was horrible service. See previous review. I was happy to see the pre-scrub station had brushes and soapy water! Even with the rain I was happy to do this before going out of town. I pulled up to pay, and was greeted by a young man who is the NEW MANAGER! Very helpful, I only did the cheap car wash since I wouldn't be around for a free wash for rain. ALL NEW CREW, and the new manager said, he was called to get this location back and running! It seems like hoses were replaced, strong vacuums. Give them another shot you guys. The quality continues to go down. Some of the vacuum hoses don't work , and some that do have cracks which causes them to split open and reduce the suction. And they eliminated all of the high-pressure air guns which are very useful in blowing water out of cracks and crevices and other things. The quality has been bad for a while and keeps getting worse. I do not recommend this car wash. read more

So - there was a 6 car accident in the tunnel at the Go Car Wash in Bulverde recently. Something happend and because the cars were packed so tightly - rear bumper to front bumper - the hit each other. WHY do the attendants insist on putting the cars sooooo close together. Personally, I just wait until I feel there will be enough room between me and the car ahead of me before I enter the 'rollers'.....of course, the attendant is mad and flailing their arms for me to mover forward...I just smile and nod my head no.....not sure that I get the wash level I am supposed to get and, of course, they don't spray the vehiclde like they are supposed to but I am not getting in a fender bender (or worse). Vacuums are often off and the people that work there wait until you come ask for them to turn them on, the towels are ALWAYS WET!!!!! They NEVER put plastic covers on the back windshield wiper!!!!!! Terrible management and people hired, one of the team leads, Cassandra Valdez has been closing all but one lane and charging peoples credit cards for the membership without them knowing. With the HR being a joke when it comes down to fixing the problem! Definitely a possible police report coming up for the theft of my money. Check your bank statements! read more

I was glad to see a car wash coming to the area. I had never heard of GO but it looked nice so I checked it out. I ran my Chevrolet 2500 through to see how it would do with the basic wash. I pulled up to the vacuums and walked around to see. Not too shabby. I noticed the cart with towels and grabbed a few to dry my ride. The towels were nicely damp and smelled clean. The vacuums had two different head types and worked well. There are also air hoses to blow out your vents or those hard to reach places. When you are done with your towels, a handy bucket is attached to each bay where you can drop them in. I signed up for the unlimited basic wash for $20.99 a month. For my truck, I think it does an outstanding job. I also bought the wife the unlimited works for her Cayenne for about $40 a month. We keep the rides looking nice here. There are a couple things that should be addressed. The last two times I was there, no towels were available. Also, both times, some of the vacuum hoses were missing. I still was able to vacuum my vehicle but I do like wiping it off with the damp towels. I used to go to Tommy's Car Wash near TPC but this one is more convenient and I do like the towels they offer. I read a few other reviews and there are usually responses from a business representative. Nice. Shows investment in success. I hope they do well because I like having a nice wash in the neighborhood. read more

I brought my SUV in to get all this Hill Country dirt removed, lol. It was the best car wash my car's ever had. The brushes actually reach all around the back of my car. This is a brand new business and they have a special if you subscribe to their monthly washes. read more

Quality is not up to the prices you pay. Car wash did clean the entire lower half of my car and after showing the attendant he said I could go back thru but probably wouldn't matter because of the shape of the car!! What?? But the worst is they automatically sign you up for the monthly subscription and then refuse a refund when you call them. I was quite surprised to see these charges because the Gocarwash in Stone Oak did the same thing. I just randomly chose the Stone oak location because I was driving thru the area. Why would I sign up for a subscription when I don't even live remotely close to that location. That location did refund me and gave me a coupon hoping to get my business back. Not so in spring branch. Said it was operator error. That I signed up for it. No refund. Beware!!! read more
