He was very informative and gave me the heads up about the wait time for my service. He also advised me that they don't hold a specific bay for "appointments". That was helpful information because in the future, I will just show up early instead of trying to make an appointment. He sent me a link to view past appointments and to check on the status of my vehicle while it was being serviced. He gave me a few recommendations of service for my vehicle based on the history because it had not been done yet. Once my vehicle was done, he called me to let me know it was ready. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience ever, but I can say this was probably the best one I've had despite the two hour wait. I can appreciate being told how long the wait is before I walk away to be able to decide if I'd like to come back a different day or just stay. He was very effective in communication and had great customer service skills. Thank you, Chris for making today's experience great!

During this visit, I brought in a company car to have a flat repaired. It was fixed in less than 30 minutes with none of the BS run around that you expect at DT. Customer service is always great and they have a huge selection of tires. This is a great shop to bring your vehicle to for repairs at a FAIR price.

I leave after alignment and its worse than no alignment! They didnt give paper showing before and after until I raised hell after to see what was done. Damn near nothing done to back. Front was tweaked a little. They did not suggest anything. After I come back because my car drives worse they say I need all these new parts. The parts they are trying to have me buy is what I literally just replaced. How crooked do you have to be? Will be talking to corporate soon.

Be careful with this business!…read more I went to this place with my vehicle after receiving a postcard offering a generous discount. I waited while they performed an oil change and alignment. It wasn't a long process. They provided me with a detailed list of parts that needed replacement, totaling $5,000. I was told that my battery was bad, and I needed new spark plugs and new front brakes. I was very concerned about the long list of expensive work that they said needed to be done, but my vehicle was driving just fine. I checked the battery, and it passed the test. I also decided to stop by O'Reilly Auto Parts to check the battery there, and it was working well and still functioning fine! After getting quotes from various mechanics, I decided to go with 210 Family Mobile Mechanics, who replaced the spark plugs and front brakes, which could probably last another 50,000 miles. The spark plugs and brakes looked just fine and there was no need to replace them, they could have lasted another 40-50,000 miles easily. I am writing this review to make people aware of their tactics to worry you and make you spend a bunch of money just for the purpose of taking your money for replacing parts that don't need replacing.

Before they started any work on my car, they promptly advised me of the issues they diagnosed to be the cause and a few other underlying issues that may come to be. While I felt it was overpriced on the initial quote, we were able to work on a feasible pricing for the main issue I came in for, and eliminated the other potential issues down the road with the intent to fix those at another time. I wish I could give this place zero stars…read more I took my vehicle to Brake Check to have the brakes replaced. After they completed the work, they left the vehicle in brake maintenance/service mode, which meant I did not have normal braking operation. When I contacted them about it, their solution was essentially to take it to Ford. I took their advice and contacted Ford. Ford specifically told me not to drive the vehicle in that condition because it was not operating normally. That put me in an incredibly difficult position because, like most working-class people, I don't have another vehicle sitting around that I can just use. At that point, I decided to take it to a Ford dealership to have the problem they created properly diagnosed and repaired. While I was actually driving to Ford, Brake Check called me and told me they couldn't get my vehicle in until Monday morning. Then came the part that really frustrated me: they insisted they had done nothing wrong because, in their words, "technically they changed the brakes." That's not customer service. That's refusing to take responsibility for a problem that occurred immediately after their work. The service was awful, the attitude was even worse, and I felt like they simply didn't care that their mistake left me without a properly functioning vehicle. If you are trusting a shop with something as important as your brakes, you should be able to expect the job to be completed correctly and safely--not be told to take the vehicle somewhere else when their work leaves it in an unsafe condition. This place needs new management and a serious change in how they treat customers. I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else. I will be warning as many people as possible about my experience so they can avoid going through the same thing. Absolutely the worst automotive service experience I've had.
