My car brokedown the beginning of June and called AAA and they were a "preferred" shop. After 7…read moreweeks of having my car and putting in a used transmission and they did not know engine control module needed program by dealership. Finally got our car back July 12 and over $3,000 later. Drove the car home and on July 16th the car started acting up and would not speed up. Took to local shop by house and they found the ground wire to transmission and a 30 amp fuse in a 20 amp spot and recommened have the car look ate the engine control module look at by a dealership I paid to have the car towed to local dealership and they confirmed the engine control module needs replaced. Reached out to Auto choice Spearfish by phone and email mutiple times and I am not getting any response. This was a preffered shop from AAA and now I have a car they kept from the beginning of June to July 12th and it wont run and they are acting like its not on them. Eugene and Jeneen are the owners and they run an amazing business. You can tell they put their heart and souls into it and that's why they are always so busy. Jeneen even drove me to and from the rental car location while my car was in the shop. Fast, friendly and professional. Deer damage is one of the highest dangers here in the hills and if you do get hit, take it to Mack's. They'll take good care of your repair.

The vehicle was not driveable and I needed a rental car while the insurance company did their thing. The next morning, I made call after call to the rental agencies around the area, unable to find anything available. I was about to give up when I tried Mack's Auto Body. Jenene advised that she didn't have anything suitable at the moment, but she would make some calls. Within a few minutes she called back, she had located an SUV for me and would pick me up in about an hour! The only stipulation was that I needed to return the vehicle to their shop on my return trip. I was back on the road that afternoon, enjoying my vacation. When the time came for my return trip, I found that my insurance company had totalled my vehicle, so I needed Jenene's help. Once again, she was able to work some magic and found another car that I could use "one-way" back to Chicago without a huge repositioning fee! I had contacted other agencies and no one was as friendly, helpful or persistent as Jenene. The rental was through Hertz, but Mack's is a Hertz agency. Jenene is one of the owners at Mack's, so I'm sure this is an example of their business' culture overall. I can't say enough about the customer service ethos at Mack's!

The car wasn't detailed when I picked it up, they had all weekend and half of Monday to do it, when I drove the car off the lot the change oil light came on, this place has a shop and offers oil changes. They did off to detail the car for me so I brought it back in at 9am and had to wait until 5pm to pick it up when I was told it would take half a day. When I showed up the manager pulled me into his office and accused me of having weed in the car and want8 to let me know they threw it away. I don't smoke pot and have not smoked pot in over a decade but thank you for accusing me of being a drug addict. If I would have been pulled over I could be in jail right now!
