    I rented a car for 3 days and had a positive experience. Given the other very poor and mediocre reviews, I thought I'd share my experience. The Enterprise employee picked me up from the Audi dealership where my car was being serviced, so the drive was short. I was explained the cost of the rental, the return window, and other details about the car. I mentioned AAA discount but that was higher than the discount I had through the Audi dealership. I was not told what car I was being issued until I asked. I was assigned a Hyundai Sonata, a squeaky clean sparkly white car that I ended up taking to a car wash to return it to its glory after a random snowfall. The curb to turn in to the lot is high, so enter very slowly to avoid damage to the undercarriage of your car. Also, watch out for the huge potholes on the lot. You really have to dodge them or drop into them at a very low speed. When I went to drop off the car, there was no wait. There were several employees helping others. I received excellent customer service, was able to check out quickly, and was offered a ride home. I was going to call an Uber, but I was thankful I didn't need to. I recommend them!

    Disgusting!

    I was sent here by Geico to get a rental. When I went to get the car, the agent asked me if I was okay with paying $6 a day out of pocket. When I said no because it is covered under my policy, he said okay. Then he asked me repeatedly how long I would need the car for. I had already told him that the shop had not told me yet but he continued to ask numerous times. Then gave me the most garbage car that I have ever been given at any rental company. The car was dirty and smelled like smoke, the steering wheel was worn and sticky, there were numerous scratches and chips, the windshield was cracked and the bumper was popping out. Do not go here!

The service station employee, RJ, was incredibly late (open time: 8:00 AM, showed up 8:20 AM), rolling in to a parking spot at top speed, not apologizing to us or to the other employee waiting outside (who had arrived on time but who didn't have a key to unlock the door), not making eye contact, and then ignoring us at the counter until he was done doing whatever he was doing. They also didn't have the vehicle that I specifically asked about during my initial call, and then confirmed at my second call, and then received a confirmation from them when they called me stating the vehicle would be ready and available for me. I called Geico, the insurance company that arranged for the rental, and they were able to escalate and reach someone higher up at Hertz (a district manager named Axel) to get me in the vehicle I was to receive initially. He arranged to have the vehicle ready the same day but it needed to picked up before they closed, so I had to leave work from DC early to get to their location on time and swap out the one they gave me. That interaction was better with the other employee RJ, but the district manager Axel was there too but he didn't bother apologizing or even making eye contact. They also take up tons of parking spots as storage for their rentals, which is super rude since there are dozens of other businesses, so there's rarely any parking. Overall, a huge hassle. I would not recommend this location.

I booked it for May 14th at 12 PM with the intention of leaving the state that day -- a critical move with all my belongings. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the location failed to provide the vehicle. I called over 10 times, was left on hold for over 30 minutes multiple times, and had to escalate to corporate three different times just to avoid being charged late fees for not picking up a vehicle that was never available. Not once did anyone proactively update me. At one point, I was asked if I would accept an SUV instead. I said yes -- and then never heard back. No follow-up, no callback, no effort. Because of this, I've lost an entire day of travel, incurred additional lodging costs, and dealt with serious stress. This isn't just about a rental car -- this is about being lied to, ignored, and treated like my time didn't matter. Enterprise advertises reliability, but my experience was anything but. If you're counting on them for a critical trip or a life event, think twice, and try any other option. What really put the finishing touch on the experience was that, as we were entering the building, he greeted another customer by name. When that customer wasn't satisfied with the car he had, Moziah calmly offered several other options in different vehicle sizes. It seemed like the customer wasn't quite sure what he wanted, but Moziah remained patient and professional, worked through the options, and ultimately made the customer happy.
