The first person who helped me was awesome. He explained to me what was covered by my insurance and what was not. Also offered the coverage with the car which I didn't mind, but because my situation pulled longer than two weeks I had to go back and remove it, which was easily done. I'm giving a bad review because they keep on charging my account WiTHOUT NOTIFYING me!!! Without my consent they charged my account twice. The first time, a representative called me just to say that it's been a week since my rental. Done. that's it nothing more. I'm a broke college student so I tend to check my account and found that they charged me over $100. When I called no one can explain to me why they charged me and also took my $100 security deposit too. Then finally I got a call back saying that enterprise does a pay as you go. Ok fine. That makes sense but why didn't anyone tell me? Second time, got a call saying my geico 30 day rental coverage is coming up. Bam, that's it. Check my account the following day and got another charge also over $100. Why?!?!?! They're just horrible at notifying their customers. read more

Very rushy with no explanations or breakdown of pricing. No greeting when I walked through the door, and almost took a person before me who actually came in after me. Wanted to try Enterprise since it was the closest to my auto body shop, but I don't plan on returning. Not to mention, when I returned my car, I was greeted with six days worth of coverage charges when I only agreed to four in the first place. Eric proceeded to argue after agreeing to remove the coverage fees about my satisfaction. I wanted an apology, but clearly that couldn't happen because it was all about the money to begin with. "If removing the coverage isn't going to make you happy, then I am not going to do it." That is not how customer service works, my friend. You make a wrong, you make it right. If you must go to Enterprise, go to an alternate location. They can't all be this way. read more

Had a great experience here. I dealt mainly with Chris who's an incredibly nice/friendly guy and was extremely helpful. Geico had only authorized a standard vehicle (even though the car being repaired was a full) and Chris helped me get Geico to upgrade to the full size. One thing I'll note is that if you're using their pickup service, be prepared to wait. When I made the appointment at the body shop, Enterprise assured me that a driver would be there at 3:30. When I got to the body shop, the employee told me to call Enterprise again because they are notorious for not sending a driver until you call and complain. So I called again at 3:45 and was told "Oh no problem, we'll send a driver over."...and then had to wait another 20 min. This made me late for an appointment so it was pretty irritating. Enterprise always seems to have the best pricing - even when I'm not taking advantage of the weekend special pricing that some locations offer. This location isn't the closest to me, but they usually have better pricing than the closer location and I've always gotten excellent service. I'm sure I'll try the closer location one of these days, but until then, I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to see these guys. read more

I came to this particular Enterprise to rent a car to drive up to NJ. There are closer locations to where I live, but I came to this particular one because they had a $9.99/day weekend rate that I wanted to take advantage of. I was a little bummed that the deal wasn't really conducive for my trip to NJ because it only included 300 miles. Basically after adding the cost of unlimited miles and insurance, I ended up paying the same price as I would have had I just gone to one of the closer locations. I wouldn't blame this on the employees at this location since I found the deal through the Enterprise website. Overall my experience was very good, but I probably won't be coming back here since it's not very convenient for me. read more

This was probably one of my worst experience with a business company on a whole. It was a nightmare! To know that a company STEALS from its own customers shows that they have absolutely no integrity. While my car was being repaired I regrettably chose to rent a vehicle from the enterprise on tech rd. Brought the vehicle back on January 8th around 5:30pm right before they closed at 6pm. Unfortunately while I was in a rush I totally forgot to grab my bag out the trunk. In the bag was a large sum of cash. Once I realized I quickly turned back to retrieve what I've left. By this time it was 7pm and the facility was closed. I showed back up bright and early in the morning. Come to find out the vehicle was rented back out within that 30 mins before close. I asked to talk to the customer to see if I could retrieve my bag customer agreed to meeting up but the bag was not there. So I went back to enterprise this time they checked the lost and found and actually found my bag but everything was gone. I expressed my dilemma but was shown no remorse. I had to to talk to some of the employees personally to see if anyone would be kind enough to return it which I felt like that was the managers job one employee was even rude enough I say "I don't want to talk to you I'm on the clock" ironically me as the customer is what pays you while your on that clock. Actually "deauthorized" a rental car that was clearly billed to the attached Darcars Collision Center after I returned the car. Never heard of such a thing. Maybe this is how they do it. You expect the car to be covered and they change the deal when you return it. Plan on being cheated... read more

This particular Enterprise has the best customer service. All representatives are great and helpful. They greet you and answer all your questions without hesitation. I would like to especially thank Ermias at Enterprise for helping me (I went back and forth a couple of times) and taking his time to explain to me what I needed to know. Bill in Bethesda: These people are a pack of criminals, the document damages that were already on the vehicle and charge it to your credit card before you get to your car. Unfortunately thew credit card companies pay them and the customer has to go through some lengthy dispute process. Ms.King was helpful when my blood began to boil, the day started off slow since I was never was picked up at the time requested. Ms.King seems to understand customer service, she apologized, checked on me via phone, and had the car delivered to my job where I was officially checked in. I appreciate the customer service skills provided by this manager. I understand the meaning of giving good customer service since I work with the public myself. On a daily basis dealing with the public can be challenging;but after I was upgraded to a sweet 2013 ride I felt better knowing my expectations with enterprise were met in a different way after being so upset from the start. Went there only because I had my car fixed by Darcars collision center. Worst service ever i had received anywhere . Gave me a car that had a small chip on the wind shield that no one will notice and when I came back that is the first thing they notice. I I felt like it was a total set up to replace the windshield of their car thru my pocket since I refused to take their insurance. Manager Thomas is the worst manager I had to deal to with ever in my life. Very unprofessional and rude. Will never use this location ever and won't even give a star rating. read more
