When I dropped off my vehicle at the auto body shop, Enterprise picked us up. When we arrived at Enterprise, my reservation couldn't be located. Once I provided my reservation number, the employee located it. I was given paperwork and encouraged to look for dents or scratches larger than two inches and to take photos. He apologized for the lack of stain removal. The seats had some stains. We were shown the basics on operating the car. We brought our own EZ pass to put on the car windshield. If you don't have one, Enterprise does. They charge more than the actual toll but it is still cheaper than a fine you will accrue for not paying a toll. We enjoyed the rental and having dual temperature control. When my vehicle was fixed and ready for pick up, I notified Enterprise. We didn't even have to return the car. The repair shop let us hand over the keys to the rental and just leave it on their property. That convenience was appreciate. Enterprise is across the street. We were able to drive off from the repair shop.

1 Star My experience…read morewith DriveWhip was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I have had with a rental company. My rental contract was terminated over damage that I maintain was not my fault. What made the situation even worse was that this happened after I was involved in an accident that was not my fault and suffered significant injuries, including a concussion. Once DriveWhip became aware of the circumstances and the injuries I sustained, I expected at least some level of understanding and compassion. Instead, I felt like what I had gone through simply did not matter. I was not asking for special treatment. I was asking to be treated like a human being who had just been through a serious accident. The situation became even more upsetting afterward. Following disagreements about the termination, I was told that I could start another rental contract. Multiple members of DriveWhip's staff told me that another contract would be allowed to proceed. I relied on those statements and acted accordingly. Most importantly, I paid DriveWhip over $1,400 based on the understanding that I would be able to move forward with the new contract. Then, after I had already paid that money, DriveWhip reversed its position and decided that the new contract would not be allowed to start. That is what I find particularly unacceptable. If multiple employees tell a customer that an agreement can proceed, and that customer then pays more than $1,400 based on those representations, the company should be prepared to stand behind what its employees told that customer. Instead, I was left feeling like I had been given assurances to get me to move forward and make the payment, only for those assurances to disappear afterward. The financial loss was frustrating, but the way I was treated was even worse. I had already been dealing with the aftermath of an accident, serious injuries, and a concussion. I was also trying to maintain transportation and continue working. Rather than receiving understanding during an extremely difficult situation, I felt that I was treated as though I was simply another problem to be disposed of. Companies are absolutely entitled to have policies and protect themselves. But policies do not excuse poor communication, lack of empathy, or making commitments to a customer and then reversing them after the customer has paid a substantial amount of money. My biggest takeaway from this experience is to get everything from DriveWhip in writing. Do not rely solely on what an employee tells you over the phone or in conversation. If you are told that something will be allowed, make sure you have documentation before handing over your money. After everything that happened, I do not feel that DriveWhip treated me fairly, consistently, or with the basic level of compassion I would expect from a company dealing with someone who had just been seriously injured in an accident that was not their fault. This was not simply a bad rental experience. It was the way DriveWhip handled me when I was already dealing with one of the most difficult situations I had experienced.

(Mid sized) they promised me that it would or they would offer something larger at no additional cost. Cool. When the day finally came, They were busy. Don't make false promises . I confirmed my reservation the Thursday before and was assured that my reservation was good. Cuz I stood on businesses. All I knew was that someone would bring me a car because I was gonna be in a dinky car. Amanda told us we had nothing else but a sports car. Ok, I didn't mind at all. The car I had was nice. Otherwise, they will charge you more. Definitely recommend this location, but make sure you have reservations and make sure your promises are being honored.

Horrible Customer Service - Massive Overcharges and Ignored Complaints…read moreI booked a one-week rental with Next Car that was supposed to cost around $350. However, upon arrival, I was falsely told my insurance was invalid, despite later verifying with my provider that it was perfectly fine. Because of this, they forced me to pay a total of $860 instead of the original price. When I realized what was happening and asked to cancel the reservation altogether, the staff refused and claimed it was completely impossible to do so. To make matters worse, I have sent multiple follow-up letters and left detailed survey feedback, but the company has completely ignored all my attempts to resolve this issue. Their customer service is horrible, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid renting from Next Car.

Tolls in Texas were an issue, Next added a $5 fee to each toll which I felt was steep. They add a $2 toll to any easy pass toll also. It wasn't really explained well to me so be aware.
