I rented with this company starting august 2025. Been consistent paying every single week until december 2025 a lady hit me from behind and ran. i had let drivewhip now and they made it seem like it was my fault even after the police report. i took the car to atlanta office and the man at the front looked at the damages said its ok and let me go. Since the damages were small the man didnt care and let me go about my day until a day later he calls me back and says i shouldnt have let you go and to drop car off. the man acted confused like he aint know what was going on i guess cause his job was on the line. These people would disconnect me from the car and reconnect me constantly even though i was consistent paying. They kept my initial deposit when they supposed to return my deposit and the atlanta office is hard to reach. I tried emailing consistently but nobody want to help me. they tell me they keeping my deposit and all of this started from a hit and run that i obviously wasnt at fault. the man at the atlanta office in the wrong for trying to save his face and act confused and drivewhip just money hungry and its crazy after months im going to take it there. yes the cars are good but the people no good. they will disconnect you from the tesla if they feel like it. they will keep your deposit if you dont fight for it. They wont do a damage report if damages are scratches. They told me i had um coverage as i was paying for weekly then as im undergoing physical therapy for the accident they say my claims manager got fired for telling me that and drivewhip doesnt have UM Coverage so now im in the position all these months with no car and i have to figure out how to move around. After confirming the girl was at fault nobody helped me get into a temporary rental and they left me alone like the entire situation was my fault. Now im doing bbb complaint and every other review i can today as i have now recovered.Company is NO GOOD! read more

A huge NO after doing some research on this company for the state of Maryland I see no registration of business with the the state or any other state they say they do business in. The representatives that you can only text with ask you for the same documents each day after already texting the same proof of address. I spoke to a so called representative on the phone and I could hear a rooster growing in the background and someone on the other end of the call saying "Who's on the phone" When I questioned where the cars are held in Orlando I'm being told "We will tell you once you pay" however they aren't partnered with Lyft. I started driving with this company the Tuesday before the Quarantine. I called to let them know that I was going to turn in the vehicle in because I couldn't make the weekly payments w everyone being Home bound. They gave me the option to keep it at 1/2 the rate. And I agreed. After 2 weeks they told me that I owe them over $500 because I had only been making partial payments. Now, keep in mind. My 12yr old son cannot be home by himself for more than 3/4 hrs at a time. I also have to be home to help him with homeschooling. Who could forsee a world pandemic. And if I cannot get any help and understanding during this time. I prefer to be unemployed. Goodbye DRIVE WHIP!!! read more

The site to make a payment looks like something I made for my first web design assignment. This company is a joke and a fraud. Their website claims, "You can get into your new vehicle in less than 24 hours if you have been approved to drive by Uber or Lyft." This is a complete and utter lie. They will perform background checks on everyone regardless of wether you are approved to drive with a company or not and then cherry pick their drivers. Good riddance to this company with Horrible customer service. They don't answer calls, emails, or voicemails just so I could make a service appointment. I've even spoken to them a few times and they said they'd call me back but then they didn't. Finally talked to someone if i need to make the service appointment & they said yes so I made an appointment for service but when I went there they said I did NOT have an appointment and anyway my car did not need servicing yet. So disorganized & inefficient. Worst of all is the service. Once my car was ready, no one told me that it was ready so I was still sitting there waiting for my car even though it had been ready for a while. I finally asked them are you sure my car isn't ready yet, they said ok yes it is ready. So why couldn't they tell me, your car is ready so please go pick it up? Because of bad service. So I picked up my car & 30 min after I left & was told the car did not need servicing, the car stops working and check engine light comes on. Don't waste your time with this horrible company.
