The staff is incredibly wonderful, efficient and caring; it's a real shame that whatever regional corporate manager (or however is in charge of supplying office equipment, technology and car options. it's embarrassing how you have handicapped your staff. It's heartless that either the incompetence or the financial selfishness have turned your staff into open targets to verbal abuse, harassment, or worse. 1)There are clearly do not have enough cars. 2)Online bookings and confirmations are true crapshoot 3) the computers or the Internet connection.... my dial up connection was faster than whatever primitive set up you have provided. I recommend any employ currently working at this store immediately find another job. The two individuals I interacted with were phenomenal and they are wasting their potential. Made a reservation online for a 7 passenger vehicle. When I arrived at the location was told they only had a 15 passenger or a full size car available. Not only did they not call and let me know this information and I could have went elsewhere to get the vehicle I needed but waited until I arrived to tell me this information. so I had to take 2 vehicles to my destination. I think that was very unprofessional and a waste of my money because I had to rent something that put me still in a bind. read more

This is the location to rent from!! Traci the Branch Manager and her staff are AMAZING! We booked the "mystery car" special online and didn't have high expectations. We just needed a car to use for the week on vacation. Traci showed me our options which included a base model at the mystery price which was very nice, as well as a Mustang convertible, and Ford Expedition, both for a slightly higher cost. Traci was not pushy as she explained some pros and cons of all three vehicles. Ultimately we opted for the Mustang convertible and couldn't have been happier. I had some questions about the car throughout the week, and Traci always responded to my emails promptly and answered my questions. I highly recommend this location! I came in to get a warranty claim rental car, my coverage was 34.99 a day. I knew I wouldn't get a full size car, but, figured I would be able to get something for a 5 day rental. The lady that assisted was the worst!! From the voicemail that was left to the experience I had in the office!! I also have to say she never gave her name, on voicemail or when we were in-front of her. I have used this location many times for rentals from my warrant and never had a issue. They were always willing to assist me so I had something to drive. I will state when faced with the attitude she gave us, I gave it back. At which she stated she would not rent a car to either one of us due to our behavior. I have to ask, what about your behavior? Is it okay to treat people like second class? I wouldn't have an issue to pay a little, but, the chance never came up, due to the horrible customer service that was given. I truly hope that the cameras were recording so your regional and district managers can review. I hope you can get a coaching session on customer service and how to speak to customers in the future. read more

Worst Enterprise EVER!!! I rented a minivan for a family vacation. We got to Savannah just fine and the morning we were supposed to return home, the check engine light comes on. My local office tells me to go to a local store who will help me get a new van to get home. The employee at this terrible enterprise tells me that the check engine light means I need an oil change, like I'm stupid. He says he'll give me a new car but all he has available are compact cars, which is another bold faced lie! I have never encountered a person in a professional capacity who would so willingly lie to my face when representing a company that pledged to treat you like family. read more

My fiancé reserved a suburban a week and a half ago at this location for our party of 6 to travel to Atlanta. He called two days ago and again yesterday to confirm and was told that the vehicle would be ready for him today for pick up at noon. When he arrived there was not a vehicle for him that would accommodate our party. They were kind enough to find us another vehicle and give us a discount (thus two instead of one star) ...However we are now late for our event...leaving two hours later than planned. read more

John McPeters took time to let me know about local eateries I may want to try and was helpful when I needed to find a place to get an immunization that my daughter needed for college. If only I could give this 0 stars. I was in a car accident and my car was totaled. Being provided a rental car through my insurance company was nice. But dealing with enterprise was a nightmare. They will charge you extra money, say the vehicle was damaged when you return it, and blatantly lie to you. Please if you rent a car through them be vey cautious and careful. I called three times. I wanted to rent a car for a day maybe a week. I have a credit card to put it on. I wanted to be picked up. I am 3.4 miles from there location. They said it would be at least 2 hours or more. I asked if it could be sooner. I got hung up on. I called back. I asked about it and was put on hold then hung up on. If I could give zero stars I would. This is by far the worst Enterprise in Savannah and all of the United States. I frequent enterprise, I used to only rent from Enterprise until dealing with this location. I have had several bad experiences here, I will keep it short and comment on the worst two. One of the worst experiences here was with Morgan. She is very unprofessional, rude, argumentative and does not provide the type of customer service that Enterprise prides itself on. While I was there she was not only rude to me but to other patrons and one of the other staff was trying to take over and get her to go to the side because she could not control her unprofessional behavior. The worst part about this location is the manager Lawrence. Lawrence does not live up to the standard that Enterprise expects of its Managers. He did not professionally handle the problem I had with my rental. Lawrence is the worst manager I have dealt with at any Enterprise location. read more

My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was my first experience renting a car and it was not a good one! I am a single woman with 2 grown children who no longer live at home. On Friday, April17, 2015 I was in a car accident due to the brakes failing on my vehicle! It happened at 5:00 in the evening so, my insurance company was closed. After the all of the emergency vehicles left and the wrecker picked up my car it was late. I was contacted by my insurance company on Monday morning and the plan was put into place for a car rental. My adjuster sent in the reservation to Enterprise for the rental car about 9:00am Monday morning, April 20, 2015. I was contacted about 1:15pm by Logan with Enterprise and she was very kind and informative! She took my information and asked me "what would be a good reservation time for me?" "I asked for the latest time?"... and she told me at that time the latest reservation time was "5:30pm". I told her "that was perfect and that I would have someone drop me off at that time." I also, specifically asked her "what type of cars that she had for the price that I was alotted for my rental by insurance company. I told her that "I DIDN'T WANT TO PAY OUT ANY MONEY!" She told me that there was Nissan Sentra and a Toyota CorolIa available and that they were both in my price range. I was there at 5:30pm. The Enterprise employee that helped me at that time was a man. I asked for Logan, but she had left for the day. I told the employee my name and that I had a reservation for 5:30. I told him that I spoke with Logan and that one of the cars mentioned above had been reserved for me. He went to get the key and came back and told me "that both cars had been rented". He said "I would have to take a more expensive car and that I would have to pay the difference." I TOLD HIM AT THAT TIME THAT "I HAD SPOKEN TO LOGAN AND RESERVED A CAR THAT WAS IN MY PRICE RANGE." He proceeded to tell me at that time, with an ugly tone and bad attitude that 'ENTERPRISE DOESN'T RESERVE CARS FOR 5 HOURS!!!" I told him that "it had been a little over 4 hours and ISN'T THAT WHY WE RESERVE THE VEHICLE?" I also told him at that time, that I would not pay any more than my insurance was paying for the rental. He went in and out of the door several times, and came back in finally with a key. He said, "I found a car and I will drop the price down for you, but you will have to pay the taxes!" I told him that, "I would not be paying for anything...again!" He said, "I will take care of it for you". He was not professional and was not kind! I finally got the car, the keys, did the walk around and left an hour later! I returned the car on May 1, 2015. 1 week early. When I walked in the door, needles to say, I did not want to deal with this man. He is the one who helped me! After all that happened the first time I just wanted to get out of there. My sister came with me. I wanted a witness to his behavior! As soon as I gave him the keys and he looked up my account, He said, "Oh yes, you got the more expensive car and will pay the difference?" I said "NO, you took care of that"! Oh yes, but you will pay the taxes"? "No, I'm not paying anything extra!!" Come to find out this man was the manager of the branch! When someone has an accident and has to go through a traumatic experience, that is hard enough. But, to have to deal with people like that is very disappointing and discouraging!
