The worst customer service on the planet - I almost felt like I was being pranked. I had a confirmation but they had no car for me, as well as no reason, apology or excuse. The assistant manager Ally was condescending, rude and dismissive and even lied to me by saying that she'd tried to call me to let me know a car wasn't available. I had no missed calls on my phone. I heard her tell another gentleman the exact same lie shortly after she'd lied to me. When I explained that I had caught an Uber to their location and was willing to accept any vehicle and pay any price, she just told me there was nothing she could do and suggested that I could call other locations. This was the single worst customer experience I've ever had and I'm 53. The immature red head at the counter was very rude and short. When I mentioned she was being rude she stormed off to the manager and said "I can't deal with him". I find it strange that someone in a professional environment is allowed to do this. I didn't get her name but she was young and had red hair so I'm sure they know who I'm talking about. This can't be the first time she's acted like this. Never again. This is a terrible Enterprise. They are not customer friendly and do not hold up their end of the bargain with customer service. I had a rental scheduled for a specific time to be dropped off and they were over 30 minutes later than what they should've been and caused me to be late to work. I called to check on them twice between the time they opened and the time they finally decided to show up to be shown no hustle, no care, no sincerity in their business. Don't rely on them to be timely. Just get an Uber if you have a short term need. 100% cannot be trusted when you NEED to be somewhere ON TIME. read more

I was left in this parking lot with my two dogs and husband after being dropped off by a tow truck. I had called confirmed with a reservation for a car. when I got here the young boy at the counter said they had no cars, I had explained that our car had broke down and that we needed to get to florida to pick up son at a facility so we were on a time table. That is had specifically asked to ensure they had cars at this facility.He didn't care, they closed down and he walked right by us getting in his car to go home...no humanity, what is happening in this world today? read more

Walking into this Enterprise in southside Savannah on 7/23/18, this was immediately the friendliest bunch of people I've encountered in a business, in a very long time. Everyone turned around to greet me warmly. The service was fast, efficient, and they even worked at getting me the lowest possible rate. Even before I got there: I used their free pickup service for a ride to the Enterprise. My driver was a very friendly and courteous young man who was a pleasure to ride and talk with. This particular Enterprise isn't the closest location to either my work or my home, but I might just use them in the future regardless, because they were THAT good. read more

Went here after our car was taken to the shop, the first vehicle "SUV" we received had the maintenance light light on and no windshield washing fluid, exchanged it the next day for the only thing they had was a Nissan truck" terrible gas mileage" then we exchanged it in for another SUV it was a brand new, one they just purchased by the looks of it but never was detailed from the lot. When I tried to call multiple times and press 4 to talk to that location no one picks up, then places you on hold for 20 minutes then disconnects. I had time so this happened to me about 4 times in one day, finally I got sick of it and drove to the store to ask a simple question. There was someone available to help me and answer my call... there phone system is truly the worst and I hope to never use them again. They had kind men working at this location and I commend them on there attitudes toward there customers when they acutely get to speak to them. A week after when I called again to have my receipt emailed to me i had to press 4 again to talk to someone to get a receipt and talk to a real person. It rang through then told me I had to enter an excess-code????? I had none. This happened about 4 times before I pressed 2 to just talk to anyone.. then they transferred me back to I guess that other line asking for my excess-code again... I had to hang up again press two to "set up a new appointment, not really" just so I could get a person again told her hey it's not working again, finally she transferred me to corporate! All I needed was a receipt that I was never given... corporate helped but please get new phones or something. read more

Called for reservation and needed to be picked up. No problem they called and were there 30 minutes early which was great. Car was clean and in fine condition. All employees were friendly and helpful. Thanks for the great service after we had such a bad one at another Enterprise location in another town. read more

The people were nice, but could not help all the folks waiting on a Sunday morning. They did not have cars for everyone who had a reservation. It is the first time I was downgraded instead of upgraded. The car I eventually received was not too clean, and only had 1/4 tank of gas. As I received the car 45 minutes late, and had to stop to get gas, I almost missed a flight at the airport in Charlotte. I think they could do better, though very busy and nice people really trying hard...but they had to apologize to all of their customers. They could have at least bought donuts and coffee from the next door Krispy Kreme! read more

I recently rented a car for a business trip. I was suckered into the Damage Waiver Insurance. The way it was explained to me, it seemed to be a standard/default option and was needed because my personal insurance would not cover the damage. It has been several years since I rented a car, so I did not remember this "scam". On top of that, the car was missing the sun visor on the driver side. Luckily, I was driving North/South. Had I been driving East/West, I could have been blinded. read more

After talking to the manager at that branch I was told that he would personally make sure I would get my refund. I did get a refund back of $45....Today I got a bill that I owe another $15. So now I have to spend more time getting this fixed and the Number on the bill I keep calling just takes my to voice mail. Still waiting on a call back. I can't believe that this company is still trying to get money out of me after everything that has gone down so far. read more

This is the second time I rented a car from this location because they are closest to my house. It is also the second time I am leaving over an hour late for my trip. The first occasion I was picked up for my 10:00 reservation at 9:45 and waited until 11:45 for my rental to be ready- they simply didn't have any cars. It seems to me if you have a reservation at 10:00, the car should be there at 10:00 or at the very least they could have let me know and picked me up later so I could have waited in the comfort of my own home. This time I called yesterday to request pick up at 8:45 for my 9:00 reservation. I inquired if it would be possible to get move my reservation to 8:00. The answer, and I quote, "I don't care but it's doubtful we'd have a car." So really, no, I cannot move my reservation but it's nice to know the customer service representative at that location "doesn't care". I didn't get picked up until 9:35 and didn't leave until 10:00 and that was after 2 additional phone calls from me this morning confirming and then inquiring where the pick up was. Needless to say, if you was to leave at a certain time I recommend using a different location, this one admittedly doesn't care when you get your car. read more

My truck was in an accident and my insurance company authorized a rental from enterprise at this location. I have previously dealt with the location in Garden City. The staff at this location were fairly friendly, but almost made me feel like they were actually doing me a great favor to allow me to get into a vehicle. When I was asked to surrender my credit card, I was extremely puzzled. This was not a rental that I would have to pay for out of my pocket. Liberty Mutual had already secured the payment. It did not matter what I had to say, I was totally disregarded and unable to pick this truck up until I had swiped my credit card. I will not go back to this branch except to return this vehicle. read more

I reserved a car with them via Expedia, but when I went to get it they had none. They claimed they could not get a hold of anyone (me). But they would be happy to rent one from the airport for $255 vs. the $39 I had originally rented it for. On top of that, the manager was rude and would not offer ANY assistance since I had no other means of transportation. Very disappointed. read more
