Had a problem a month ago. the car my husband rented broke down and he was on the side of the road for 6 hours and we were told to call police to have them drive him to a hotel. Was informed by customer service to call the branch and they would pay for hotel and car rental. They did not. my family and i rent cars every month for a week at a time due to the traveling we do. Because of the bad customer service we will use hertz. Enterprise has now lost over $2500 a year from us. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever experienced renting a vehicle. I have rented a lot of vehicles including at least half a dozen times from this location. I could put up with the cars always being dirty. They do not dry their cars so looking through the windshield with the sunlight blinding you going west every sunny afternoon is horrific. If you ask them they will extremely reluctantly wipe off your front window. Not the back window. Not the rear view mirrors. Like you are bothering them. Previous to my latest experience I was never charged an upgrade fee. Once I got an Audi convertible. It was sweet! This time I reserved a mid-size and asked for a full-size when I got there. I was surprised when the new agent assisting me told me I would have to pay an extra $5/day. The manager wasn't there so I agreed to pay the fee. I had the car for 8 days visiting my 100 year old mom for Mother's Day. During that period of time I called the manager Brianna and she said she would give me a $25 discount. The total extra should have been $17 with tax. When I dropped off the car they tried to charge me $106 extra which of course I refused to pay. To shorten this review, it is now 5 days of them ignoring my phone calls and promising to call me back which never happened. I finally called them from another phone and finally talked to Brianna. She is now ONLY ripping me off for $27. Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever had renting a car. There are a lot of other Enterprise locations. STAY THE HECK AWAY FROM THIS ONE! Whoever owns this location should find themselves a new manager. read more

From beginning to end they did a fantastic job. They picked me up from the collision shop, brought me to pick up the rental car, and had a decent selection of cars to pick from. What Outstanding Service!!!! I had an accident yesterday, and my insurance company sent me to Enterprise on Powerline at W. McNab fir a rental. I did not expect a lot but received the best possible service. I travel for business and rent from Avis and Hertz, but they cannot compare to the service I got here. They picked me up at the bodyshop and from that second, I knew I was in good hands. Cedric took my information and helped me through the pocess quickly, even though they were very busy. John kept me updated on the car they were preaparing for me. He was not pleased with the cleanliness of the car they planned to give me. (Previous renter had kids and it was returned in rough shape). He got me into a great car, showed me all the features, made sure I was comfortable in it and overall, took excellent care of me. In fact he even called me today to see if I was happy with the car. I have a whole new view of Enterprise and will use them for business rentals in the future. 5 STARS! read more

Enterprise will show availability online and even book cars when there are in fact, no cars. I even tried booking by calling their booking line, and spoke to a live agent. They promised there was an available car. I drove between 2 separate locations and neither had vehicles available. Luckily, I had a ride, or I would have been stranded. Please contact the actual location and speak to an actual employee prior to arrival. It is not the fault of the employees, but a direct fault in their system. read more

Having dropped off my vehicle for repairs at Peerless Auto Body in Pompano Beach, I needed a rental. And Mike sent me to Enterprise. Fast and courteous pick-up, I soon found myself at the cleanest Enterprise I've ever visited. Alex greeted me with a "hi, how is your day?" In response, I'm like - "how do you expect my day to be? I was just picked up at the body shop..." Not the typical customer response, I'm sure. With not many vehicles available at that particular moment of the day, Alex gave me - I believe - a double upgrade on my actual request for an automobile. After all, I dropped off a 2017 Nissan Armada Platinum at the body shop. I didn't want to be driving a Chevy Sonic or something like that. I ended up with a fully loaded 4-door Chevy Impala. Alex had me do a full inspection of the vehicle for any dents, dings or scratches. She noted the gas and reminded me on return procedures. Signing her tablet and providing her my e-mail address, I was out the door in a snap. I was very pleased with this rental. My only complaint is that it took way too long to get the rental out on 9/14 (I waited about 40 minutes I think). However, they young man that helped me was so kind and polite that it outweighed my aggravation with the long wait. Kudos to this young man for his outstanding customer service. By far the worse customer service I have ever had. I always book with Enterprise different location. I booked my reservation In April for a week in November. I received a call on Wednesday confirming my reservation and I specifically asked if they would have my vehicle. I was assured it would be available. As I'm on my way to my reservation I get a call that they checked and they don't have any vehicles for me. But to come anyways because they were calling other locations to find me a vehicle. I show up for NOTHING!! No one was calling the guy on the phone that I had spoken to refused to help me instead pawned me off to his manager and he was no help. He told me they didn't have any cars and that they had turned down people away that also made reservations months ago. What is the point of making a reservation and then confirm only to NOT get a car and your vacation ruined to lack of communication and most importantly poor customer service. I will NEVER book with Enterprise again. This is beyond ridiculous and they should be held accountable for their poor management. read more

We reserved a car online a few weeks before our trip. An hour after we landed at the airport, the store called and said they didn't have any cars. We asked when they figured out they didn't have any cars, they said, 3-4 days ago they realized they had more reservations than cars in stock. Although they told us the day we arrived that they didn't have cars to honor their reservations, they didn't do anything to fix the situation which they knew about in advance so we were stranded because of course all other locations were sold out. Completely unacceptable that they didn't tell us in advance or that they'd even take more reservations than cars available. read more

They picked me up that the collision center and it was so painless and easy. They had the car washed for me without me asking and their level of customer service is what a company as big Enterprise would want in all their employees. I live close by this branch and twice I've referred my guest to rent here. Twice burned. Will never recommend this location again. This time around a guest flew in to attend a meeting in Palm Beach. Car was reserved for 8:00am. 1. Car was not available at 8:00. 2. Car had no gas, the gas light was on. They were trying to up charge by asking if she wanted to purchase a full tank. No, she didn't want a full tank but would like a car with a little bit of gas. There was no cars with gas. We were told by the manager they are not required to have gas because they are not at the airport. 3. The car was dirty. She was told they didn't have time to clean it. 4.Upon returning the car she asked if they could credit the account for the remaining gas in car. Manager put his employee ID number on a card and told her" you can ask they next location you honor it." 5. There was no one there to give her a ride after dropping the car off. I will start by noting I didn't have to pay anything because the collision shop stepped up and agreed to clean the inside of the car so the only reason for my comment Is my dissatisfaction. When I returned my vehicle at Collision Care Express I was told the car was fine and left. About 10 minutes later I received a call that I'm being charged $150 smoking fee. I immediately returned since there was NO smoking in or even near the car. Only me and one other person were in the rental and we are both non smokers. The agent concluded that some white specks on the black passenger side carpeting were ashes so the car was smoked in. She also stated the car smelled like smoke which it didn't. Also I asked the Geico adjuster and the collision shop owner to smell inside the car and neither smelled smoke. She was very unreasonable and unwilling to consider she might have been mistaken. read more

Sometimes when you're on a large family vacation and you're stressing over organizing all the little details to make sure the trip goes smoothly, it's refreshing when a company goes out of their way to accommodate you. We rented a car from this location on a family trip to the keys. We had a reservation for a mid-size car, but when a few more family members decided they were tagging along, Enterprise was able to find us a minivan last minute. The car was spotless inside and out when it was brought out for us. They offered us a really good rate when we told them we were interested in dropping the car off at an enterprise location closer to where we were staying. When we were running late and we found another enterprise location that was even closer, Jose hooked us up and provided great customer service. Rental beware! For Enterprise car rental at this location, I had a full size pickup truck F150 reservation for February 29, 2020 at 1402 Power line Rd, Pompano Beach, FL 33069 Phone: (954) 977-7398. When I arrived on Saturday morning February 29, 2020 the counter representative ask me for the reservation number 195263xxxwhich was for a Ford 150 1/2 ton, he told me that he is going to give me a ford Ranger instead I replied that this is not a full size truck. His reply was the reservation said a similar vehicle, I told him that this is the second time I'm going through this with you. On the website they advertised two types of trucks with two different prices. Obviously the small truck is cheaper them the large full size truck. My last rental from this same location they kept money owed to me. I paid for the full size truck and they have gave me a smaller truck a Nissan frontier ¼ ton. At that time they had no full size truck so I had no choice but to take the smaller truck. As a result they still owe me a refund and it cost me additional expenses. This is in my terms is very dishonest dealings, I would not recommend any one to deal with this branch location. These underhanded tactics they are using to scheme and debunk me. This is also called "bait and switch" and deceptive advertising. read more
