Reserved car two days ago, checked in yesterday with credit card and other info and everything was okay. Enterprise Olathe called me this morning two hours before pickup and said they had zero cars available, cannot transfer from another Enterprise location. Agent said they will look for another car and call me back. I just checked their website and it shows they cancelled my reservation and sent me an email about it. Horrible experience! After years of being a loyal customer, I got stuck paying for hail damage on a silver car that was wet on the hood and trunk when they did the walk around. I provided proof that there was no hail damage in my zip code where the car was garaged-denied. Credit card company requested three estimates-denied. The estimate showed up and showed two quarter panels damaged that they said were hail damaged with no pictures-what?? Used to be a great company-failed at all levels! Do NOT rent with these BUMS! Change the whole staff! They WILL try to get you on the hook for your insurance deductible and try to make u pay it right then and there without going through your insurance. And when u do contest it, they will put you on the DO NOT RENT list and share it to other car rental services (your DL will be flagged!). Would give negative stars if I could. I am never one to complain I typically take things on the chin and move on. However, I cannot ignore how disrespected I feel by this location. The lack of empathy and customer service skills is very apparent when trying to resolve my issue. We rented a vehicle from this location on May 1st. I had an ob-gyn appointment on May 3rd which ended in me having preeclampsia and being told to meet my doctor at the hospital to be induced. My boyfriend was using the rental car to get to and from work (his truck was in the shop) so that I could use my Jeep to go to my appointment. While being checked in at the hospital my boyfriend called enterprise (spoke to Dalton) to see what our options were to get the vehicle back to them. He asked if they could give him a ride to Gardner once he dropped the vehicle off. He was told no because they only drop people off in Olathe, but if we returned the vehicle by midnight we wouldn't be charged an extra day. Which okay great, but once again, how am I supposed to return the vehicle when I'm in the hospital being induced? I had to stay in the hospital until May 7th because of my blood pressure. The day I left the hospital I called enterprise to figure out how to get the car back to them. I spoke to another employee on the phone. He told me that my boyfriend was told that they could have met him at the enterprise in Gardner. (We were never offered that because my boyfriend would have happily dropped the car off at the Gardner location and walked back home to our other vehicle). After some back and forth, I was told that they would refund our deposit ($300) and only charge us for May 1st through May 3rd. We agreed and he met us at the Gardner location. *this was where we thought it would end. * I kept an eye on my credit card statement to make sure I was only going to be charged for the correct amount of days I was told. Well the $300 deposit was returned only for me to be charged $786.10. I then called the location back to try and resolve this because I was lied to. I spoke with Dalton (again) and was told they never made that deal and placed me on hold to speak with his manager. They offered to take another day off the rental price but that was it. No way. I did not agree to that because they had offered a solution that worked for me and simply took it away once they had their vehicle back. I just had a baby, no family in the area, and left dealing with a company that lied to me multiple times. I have never been so disrespected by a company in my life. I also called the enterprise call center to try and get this matter resolved. They wrote down my message and sent it back to this location because they are the ones that have to refund my money. Well surprise surprise they never called me or reached out to me so here I am, writing a crap review because at this point my patience has run out. I would still love to get this resolved but I'm not sure it's possible with their terrible customer service skills and lack of empathy. **ETA - we tried calling the location multiple times throughout our stay at the hospital only to be sent to a voicemail box that had not been setup yet. ** Edit - It has been a week since being told to email them to try and resolve this issue. I was scheduled to pick up a vehicle today so I could have repairs done on my vehicle. I spoke with the team after my insurance company submitted the request, everything was going well until I called the morning of picking up the rental. They said I was scheduled to pickup at 0730, I never once said this was a time I could pick up, I informed them anytime after 5:30 pm. they gave my rental away, and had nothing in stock for me to pick up. if you are needing a rent vehicle for any reason, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! My family and I had set up to pick up a car at 4:30pm. We came at 4 to pay everything and when we got here the doors were locked. We tried to call and could contact nobody. We checked the confirmation email and they changed the time to 5:00pm ( which is when they close). We have been waiting outside since 4pm. TERRIBLE. read more

Unfortunately, I have to give 1 star, but I wish I could give zero. This location confirmed a reservation for a 15 passenger van for an 8am pick up and then conveniently failed to mention their location doesn't even stock 15 passenger vans. We were then given a phone number to call that didn't work and were sent to a different location in HOPES they had a van. Horrible experience. I will never recommend this location. read more

The insurance made a reservación with a week in advance for an SUV. I was there no later than 8:30 and the only car I got was a Hunday Sonata, very low and hurt my newly hernia surgery very much for being unable to bend down to far. The employee told me he will call me later on the same day. I just called the Enterprise office and is already closed. Their working hours is from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. I called at 6:40 pm first time. I wish I could Leave a zero star review instead. I'm disgusted with their customer service so far. I called the number given to me by my insurance agent to schedule a rental car while my car is in the body shop. Upon scheduling the car rental I was then told that I had to call the Olathe location personally as well to confirm a pick up from the body shop (2 weeks away). When I did this they told me that I would have to call a third time the day of to confirm the pick up. When I explained that my work would not allow me to step away to do this and could I please simply confirm the reservation now they said no. They told me that I couldn't even call the day of the pick up during my lunch break. I had to call 10 minutes before I needed the ride and then they would come if "we aren't busy". they said it's a courtesy ride and not guaranteed. I explained that I will have a very small window of time to pick up my children after I get the rental car and I need to know if they'll be able to pick me up or not and they told me that they wouldn't be able to tell me any of that until 10 minutes before I was scheduled to be picked up. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told that "they're busy with other customers and can't come to the phone". DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

I made a reservation at the Ottawa, KS location. A representative called me the morning of the reservation to tell me that there were no vehicles available and to try another location. I called an Enterprise in Olathe, KS and was informed that they had no vehicles either and to try the other Olathe, KS location. I called this location and was told by the representative that they had plenty of vehicles and transferred my reservation to this location. I showed up to pick up a vehicle and was told that they had no vehicles. I informed the guy that I had a reservation and was told there were plenty of vehicles. He said he tried calling me but I had my phone on me the entire time and even checked with him to make sure he had the correct phone number in which he did. I did not get a vehicle and had to rent from a competitor. I will NEVER rent from Enterprise again and I will inform everyone I know about my experience. I am also leaving several negative reviews. Also, the guy that was at this location was not helpful at all and not customer service oriented. read more
