Alex Conley was extremely helpful throughout the process of cancelling our Hertz reservation and rebooking (because the original was booked using a credit card and ID we no longer had ). We ended up rebooking a car for a day later than our first reservation and Alex was friendly, understanding and got us a car for the same price as before. I rented a car at a rate of $61 a day for 2 days. I attended a conference and decided to extend by a day. Hertz was closed over the weekend so I put keys in the drop box. I will never rent a car from Hertz at this location again. We were getting ready to leave for a vacation on a Saturday, so we went to pick up our rental car that we had reserved 2 weeks earlier only to find out that they didn't have a car for us. The manager told us that they didn't have any cars available and he would call us if anyone returned a car before they closed. He then proceeded to tell us they had a pickup. We took the truck and then after leaving on our trip we found out the back door would not lock. Meaning, every night we had to empty out the vehicle. Booked a car through Travelocity. Arrived to find they had no cars. Luckily our ride was still there to take us back to where we were staying. No call from them. When asked when we could get a car they said next day. I called before leaving still no car, they said they hadn't been returned. They would not call us or anyone with rentals to check on arrival. Not only did Hertz cancel my reservation the day of due to ZERO inventory my credit card was also Charged the 50$ no show fee. I almost never provide reviews but the experience here was simply awful. Granted, Thanksgiving is a busy weekend but this location is ill-equipped to manage day-to-day operations. Under staffed (employees showing up late), management has zero interest in Customer Care and provided zero options for any of the renters on-site...and many were being turned away due to a lack of vehicles. This location gives Hertz a bad name, Corporate needs to step in (see all the other poor reviews). My recommendation would be to find a different location or use a different rental company. read more

Showed up an hr late due to a delayed flight to a prepaid rental and they said they had already given my car to another customer. They made no effort to contact other agencies. I booked a car about three months ago. I went to pick it up today and they said that they didn't have any cars available. I received no call or email stating that a car would not be available. Because I had no notice I was unable to make alternative plans. Now on my vacation I have no vehicle for transportation. This has been the worst business service I have ever received. I'm a Hertz Gold Rewards Member. I've been renting cars from Hertz, Avis, and Enterprise for 30 years. Not my first rodeo. This is the worst rental location I've ever experienced. Reserved a full sized car on a Monday and received a confirmation for a 6 day rental starting on Wednesday. Received a call 15 minutes prior to my scheduled pickup time that they didn't have a car for me, nor could they locate one at another location. I asked when they would have a car. The response was, "should have one in 4 hours". Called back 4 hours later and still didn't have a car. Asked to cancel the reservation and then got the pleasure of negotiating that myself with their 1-800 Customer Service department. Never again. Save yourself the headache and rent from Avis just down the street. You'll pay more, but when you make a reservation, they actually have the car waiting for you. read more

I don't have anything to say beyond that I gave them a $90 down payment to rent a vehicle, and was never given the vehicle. I was unable to comply with their ageist demands that I pay with a credit card due to being under 25 because the only credit card I have is linked with a relatively small, localized account in Northern Wisconsin that's rarely able to process out-of-state transactions. I had on me, at the time, several hundred dollars in cash, not to mention a perfectly-functioning debit card with thousands of dollars on it (both more than enough to cover the fee they were attempting to extract from me). They refused to accept either alternate methods of payment, and I was turned away empty-handed and ultimately unable to attend a family member's funeral in Nevada. Since then, I've tried dozens of times to acquire some sort of refund by contacting both this particular location and the main Hertz agency. Almost every single time, I was either told to call back later because they only had one person managing the counter at a time, or I was sent through hours of transferred calls and holding time which always resulted in them telling me they had no record of me ever having payed them the initial $90. For the record, I have since contacted my bank and had it confirmed that yes, there was a $90 payment made to Hertz Car Rentals from my bank account to their's. tl;dr: They stole $90 and ruined a family reunion, apparently because I'm too young to be trusted with a vehicle they never supplied me with in the first place. read more

I was very happy with the service and the car. The were ver fast and responsive. They even picked me up from the body shop my vehicle was being serviced and dropped me off when it was completed. The car was clean and well kept. I would come back should I need another rental. read more

The manager has a rude and nonchalant altitude.The manager needs to learn when a customer makes a reservation, that are making it on that particle vehicle for a reason. I thought Hertz was in the business or making money, not letting it walk right out of the door. I had a bad feeling about this Hertz just from the looks alone. 2ft of grass lot full of cars = getting no business at all. Still I want to give this hertz in another state a chance.
