Terrible service even for a business with a commercial account with them. Tells me I will have to pick up on Saturday for a Monday delivery and pay extra, then tells me they have no trucks available at all. liars. So much for going the extra mile for their customers. read more

I forget the name of the person who dealt with me but he was absolutely fantastic. Enterprise had changed the way they did the credit card hold and I was not expecting it. I didn't have $300 on my card and the gentleman let me get away with a $200 deposit which meant the world to me as I was heading to Toronto to surprise my children by picking up their daddy at Canada's Wonderland.... You'd have to know us to understand how important that is. But it was AMAZING that he made it work for us. I was almost in tears I was so thrilled that he helped us out. read more
