When I took my 2008 Pontiac G6 there for the first time, it was an emergency. I use my vehicle for work, and both of the headlights had gone out the night before. I literally called 4 other places before then, and they were booked well into the next week. Technically, so was Wayne, but because it was such a simple matter of replacing a couple of headlights he told me to bring her in anyway and we got it done. While he worked, we had the most wonderful of conversation, and before you knew it, the job was done. Since then, I brought that same vehicle in regarding what I had been told before was a bent rim and my wheel bearing was.. doing something. Again, I'm completely vehicle illiterate (aside from basic maintenance on big vehicles), but bless his soul unlike other unnamed businesses, Wayne told me exactly what needed to be done, why, and showed me proof. Also, I didn't need to replace that rim like competitors said, he was easily able to just tap it back into place. As it was, I wanted the front two tires replaced as well- though I had intended to switch them out with my old winter ones, but they had been so dangerously worn down that he wasn't going to let me back out on the road with those wheels. The back ones were fine, but that explains a lot of the trouble I had had throughout the winter before with my vehicle. In any case, not only did we get my wheel bearing replaced, the dent fixed, and my front wheels replaced, the bill was surprisingly low and effective. I always recommend Napanee Brake and Muffler whenever somebody in Napanee is looking for car repairs, and I always will. This is hands down the place to go if you need work done on your vehicle. Wayne is an absolute lifesaver, and deserves far more reviews than he's got here.

Wayne explained the problem and pointed out that the solid condition of the pipes would mean that he could cut the muffler out and just replace that component thereby saving me a lot of money. It's not the savings only that impressed me, it was the fact that he gave me the opportunity to make an informed decision. I've been back a couple of times since with another vehicle and even a lawn mower. Very happy with the service. Even Wayne's corny humor takes some of the sting out of having to pay for car repairs.
