Quick, friendly service from Scott. Appreciated the ease of doing a same day check in for a last minute rental. He was very nice and communicative. No lines too. In and out in 10 mins. read more

Denied my rental because of a small chip in my DL. Ruined my entire week and trip and cost me several hundred dollars in other cancelled reservations read more

My trip was a last minute deal, I called a couple days in advance and they delivered a brand new car and unlimited miles . The only surprise was when I paid for the week I didn't know a 200$ deposit was also being taken out and was given back as soon as I returned it . I've got another trip planned end of next month and this is my go to for all rentals. This was my 4th rental and everytime it's gone off without a hitch. Thank you ! read more

Rented a car on 3-17-26, Had a reservation but had to stand in line for 2 hours while the service agents worked with customers on new reservation. Got to the counter and it took 5 minutes to do my reservation. Problem was a lack of cars, computer slowdown and all the new reservations. Should have had a line for those of us who had already made reservations. read more

I 100% do not recommend this Enterprise location. They gave my family a vehicle that broke down, leaving my family (2 small children) stranded in the Arizona heat. Upon calling in they told us that AAA would arrive in 15-20min...we later found out AAA would arrive in 248min. Upon calling back into Enterprise we requested a new vehicle and we were told that they could not get a new vehicle to us because we are more than 50miles away. We are 22miles away. All around terrible experience. read more

Be warned! This location is stocked with racist and discriminatory practices that is supported by their management! I was demeaned and berated for almost an hour. I have to look at the video to confirm. I contacted the corporate number, reported the incident, and no call yet. This was a reservation for a alternate vehicle while waiting for repairs. I had the required identification and credit card (not debit). When I was refused the vehicle, I contacted the insurance company. The adjuster called the location and spoke with Adam. Amazingly Adam was able to find my reservation within seconds, and asked that I come back. After enduring for almost an hour of my driver license and credit card swiped repeatedly, along with beratating me with questions that had nothing to do with the process, my reservation was amazingly found in seconds. Thankfully my husband is a great attorney! read more

Absolutely the worst service possible. First no one was at the counter and the phone number to call for service was someone that was clearly too busy to give a damn about his job. Then he finally answered and was extremely rude and basically said it was not his problem he had no vehicles for me to figure it out! read more

I recently had a great experience at a car rental place. The staff was extremely friendly and flexible when I had an unexpected issue with my reservation. I highly recommend this place and will definitely go there again if I need to rent a car in the future. Robert Garcia 2750 W Camelback Rd Phoenix, AZ 85017 read more

One of the worst enterprise locations I have ever experienced. Drove all the way to Mesa airport in an Uber to pickup the car I reserved and they rudely told me they didn't have the car we reserved and couldn't help us. No point in having a confirmation number the girl was horribly mean at the front desk. read more

I just wanted to thank Lee the Manager and Dave the check in technician. What an amazing team! I dropped off my rental on a busy Sunday the team was quick and very attentive. I had a rock chip on my windshield, Dave introduced me to the manager Lee. We filled out a few a quick forms and I was out of there in a few minutes and on my way to catch my flight. Once in the airport I realized I left my hiking shoes in the rental car. I walked back to the enterprise rental return lot. I found Lee the manager outside helping to check other customer vehicles in. Immediately, Lee recognized me and listened carefully. Lee personally drove to the subplot and found my shoes in the lost and found. After Lee also gave me a ride across the street so I could make my flight. I am so thankful Lee was on duty on Sunday 9/29/2019. read more

STILL trying to get ahold of management after days. I made a review and they told me to contact someone through email & still no reply!!! They only reply on reviews to make it seem like they're gonna resolve the damn issue but they haven't done anything to help me!!! First time using enterprise and just a HORRIBLE experience read more

After getting a 2015 Chevy Tahoe from the Tempe store about a week ago and the air going out I was livid. We called and called and finally days later they agreed for us to exchange it. The only issue was we got it at the Tempe location (by the dealership fixing my car) off the 10 and we live in queen creek. We then called the store off of Germann and Power and they were also less than helpful. Finally we called this location and Laura and her staff were more than accommodating and have great customer service. Living in Az you know how hot it is and with a small kid in the back seat you really need ac. If you need a rental go to this location, nicest people! Thank you Laura and your staff for going above and beyond to get this fixed for us. read more

Best car renting experience of my life. I've traveled extensively for work using AVIS- however my experience with Enterprise at Mesa Airport will change that in the future. The service provided by Seth and Herman exceeded all expectations. As I also had a toddler with me, I was expecting a difficult & long process. Not only were they exceptionally efficient, they pulled my car up to a convenient location. Walked my carseat to the car and held my sleeping daughter while I installed the car seat. Words cannot describe my gratitude. read more

This by far was the worst experience I've ever had with enterprise. I show up at 8pm to pick up my car to have them tell me that they can not give it to me because I have a credit and debit card link to my account and they could not process the payment. I was there for about 1 hour waiting with no car and no resolution because none of them knew what they was doing. I was disappointed and upset in the lack of knowledge upon there job duty! I've never experienced this before, but I will no longer come to this location to rent a car from here because even returning the car was horrible! read more

Do not rent here! I just rented a nissan rogue and on my 4th day while driving down the road, a rear fender flare (plastic edge on fender) came loose and caught the tire. The force of the tire ripping it loose caused a tennis ball sized dent in the fender. The stress of our car falling apart caused my family great stress so we returned the car 2 days early and re-scheduled our flight home. When I reported what had happened, the man accepting the return said that Enterprise would contact me in a few days. The next day, my credit card was charged $603 with no explanation, estimate of damage, nothing! I am still expecting a bill for thousands of $ for damage I did not do. I didn't park next to anybody nothing! read more

Rented a car from this location, and the initial experience was confusing. Staff seemed to be very confused, but the agent was extremely friendly and helpful. We finally got the car and just headed on pur way. A couple hours go by and we get a call from the manager, and he apologized for the confusion. I was so shocked that they contacted us to apologize, even with us not complaining. They really care about their customers, and I would highly recommend. read more

I downloaded Yelp specifically to post this review. I just paid $60 round trip to basically take a sightseeing Uber tour of the East Valley; apparently, unlike all the other locations, this one arbitrarily requires a credit card rather than debit. I was not at all advised of this online when I placed my reservation, and was left without a vehicle. Thanks, Enterprise! read more

These guys are as good as it gets! I rent here about every other week. I often have Wes, who always has a smile and remembers me, but everyone here does a good job. Even when I once made a mistake with my booking, they were great about helping me fix it. Keep up the great service! read more

I got the same friendly service the I am used to when I rent from Enterprise in my home town. Everything went perfect.

Very efficient and friendly staff. We were in and out on no time. Our car was very clean and ready when we arrived.

Smooth and easy, affordable and convenient. The check in process was wonderfully fast and simple with a very personable counter guy, especially since it was quite late by the time I arrived. I'll be back! read more

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to the Area Manager Herman Schilling for making our trip possible. We had originally rented from another company because we had points to use, 3 hours before we were planning to leave we were told that they didn't have the 4x4 vehicle that was promised. We were planning a trip to Flagstaff with my 3 year old son who has Autism and it was going to be his first time seeing and playing in the snow. Herman made this trip possible for us. He went above and beyond and I am truly grateful and appreciative for the outstanding service he provided. We made it to the snow and my son had the best time of his life as did we. I would highly recommend renting from them. read more

We had a good experience over all. Our only issue was the gas charge. For the first time I paid for the full tank of gas through Enterprise at a rate of 3.28 per gallon. they added $68 for the gas. When we filled the car up while using it, the tank only took 12 gallons. So after I researched the car we found out it only had a 15.8 gallon tank. We were overcharged for the gas. However when we returned the car and we mentioned this the gentleman quickly gave us a refund. read more

We needed to rent a van to get the family up north for my Dad's memorial service. We chose this location because we have had positive experiences with them before and they were open longer then the Santan location was. When we arrived I asked the manager Sherrita(I believe was her name) how much lead way we had on time to return the van she gave us extra time after explaining to her the reason we needed it. Also we had reserved a 15 passenger and she kindly let us up grade to a mini van.Would and will recommend this to others. Thank you for being so kind. Also the people on the lots were both friendly as well. read more

The Enterprise employees that I worked with and saw working with others were very friendly and helpful. We had what appeared to be a difficult customer in our line with some special requests that was taking quite a bit of time so someone came out and offered water bottles to anyone in line assured as they were bringing (and did) extra customer service agents to speed up the line. They did pitch there insurance which wasn't in my reservation but they didn't try to hard sell it which I appreciate! I have mixed feelings about Enterprise. I picked up my car in California and then drove it to this location. When picking up my car, it was a great experience. The rep was very nice, got our car quickly, made sure we had everything we needed, and went over the rental agreement in detail. However, upon returning the vehicle to the new location, I had a very poor experience. The rep, who seemed as if she hated her job and was very unpleasant, tried to add several charges to my rental when I dropped off the vehicle. First, she claimed that I was dropping off the car at the wrong location and that I would be charged extra to take it to the correct one. However, I showed her that location as the correct one on the rental agreement and so she backed down. Then, she said I was going to be charged to fill the gas tank. When I first picked up the vehicle, I was told it had just over a half tank of gas and to return it at least at that level. I was even told to take a picture of the gauge so as to remember the level. I showed her the picture but she tried to say her device/system read the correct fuel level. But, when I then showed her the agreement which listed the fuel level at the time of pick-up, she again backed down. She then told me that I was going to be charged an extra $50 because it was a one-way trip. I told her that charge was not part of the original agreement I had signed for, again showed her the total on the agreement, and said I would not be paying any extra/hidden fee that I did not agree upon. She again backed down. I'm not sure if Enterprise as a whole is trying to pull a fast one one everyone, but it seemed as if this location has several ready-to-go additional charges to increase fees when customers return vehicles. read more

Hello, I have to say using Enterprise was the best thing I did! It's located right by the gate and so easy to find. The staff was great and I would like to Thank Carly Rzendzian for being so nice and helpful. She got the Ford Fusion that I wanted for me. The car was awesome and so was Carly. Very easy to pick the car up, location is perfect. Very easy to return. I cannot say enough good about this Enterprise at the Mesa, AZ airport. I even joined Enterprise car club and I will be using them again on my next trip. read more

We had a great experience with Enterprise, as usual! The vehicle we rented was clean and full of gas. During our use, a caution light showed up on the dash, so we went to the nearest Enterprise location and they reprogrammed the light and took care of the problem. The GPS we had rented had no instructions and we couldn't figure out how to use this one, so the charge was refunded when we returned the vehicle. We will continue to use Enterprise any time we need a car rental. read more

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. The employees are rude and they lie to their customers. I spoke to a manager named Shereda who was SO RUDE and unpleasant to work with. My engine is being replaced through my dealership Horne Hyundai, I have a Hyundai Sonata. The dealership is covering a full sized car as that is what I have. I came to this location where they forced me into a a 'compact' sized car as that is all they had and informed me to come back later in the week and they would easily be able to swap me out for a full sized car. That was not the case. After driving down to this location three times, and wasting my time and gas I was lied to and they were only willing to change me into another compact car. Do not use this company. You are far better off using Hertz, or one of the other companies. The employees are liars. The manager Shereda is rude and doesn't know how to speak to a customer. All they want is your money and you're just a number to them, not a person. read more
