Garbage customer service. All 3 ladies were incredibly rude. I felt as if I was burdening them anytime I asked a question.

Terrible service I spoke with Enterprise employees 3 times they were supposed to pick me up from Car Max which is only 4 minutes away I have waited over an hour and 30 min I don't recommend this location. read more

Enterprise not only displayed racism while I was there renting, but charged me (AGAINST COMPANY POLICY) for my spouse being a secondary driver. I will never rent from them again. Look for them on the news soon! EDIT: I have escalated this to corporate, after multiple calls emails and a refusal to refund by the office. The Enterprise manager finally called back after reviewing my claim again, and agreed to refund the $240. Will post here if they do it! read more

You need your driver's insurance, proof insurance and a major credit card and they will put a $200 deposit hold on your credit card. Two very nice professional gentlemen were here at the service counter on Wed when I picked up the car, and were also there again when I dropped off the car on Saturday. I absolutely adore this location. The ONLY downside about this location, & I do mean the ONLY downside IS the physical location.. it can be very hard to get in here and find a parking spot since Winchester is very busy and its on a small strip mall, etc. but the staff at this enterprise is OUTSTANDING. They will work with you like crazy! VERY generous and polite. The take-home people are awesome too!! I will continue renting from this one on Winchester! read more

I've had the BEST customer service from this crew, I watched Tiara defuse a uncalled for situation, this gentleman was being irate for something that this location had nothing to do with. She and I believe the mans name was Tyler or Taylor, handled the situation with grace. I had issues going on with my card and she was extremely patient with me. My friend & I used this location last year and had good service. So I tried them again....great experience! I scheduled to be picked up at 9:45am for a 10am rental. The rep arrived promptly at 9:45am! When we got to the store, we immediately went out to the car I was going to rent. Using a tablet, the rep quickly processed my rental right at the car! I was driving on Winchester Road by 10:09am! When I returned the car, which was clean & drove well, it took less than 5 minutes to conclude our business! Immediately, another employee drove me home. Despite my good experience last year, I was anxious about the reservation. You know you can schedule for a car, get there, and the car is not ready....for awhile. Or they have no cars at all! (Which is why I won't go back to their Mt. Moriah location.) I got great service! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. All the GENTLEMAN that I encountered were polite, professional and happy to assist me. THIS is my rental car company AND location from here on out! read more

My rental experience was good. The thing I'd like to see changed is Enterprise calling your contacts. I am very independent and I really did not appreciate having to call someone in order to complete the rental process. It had been some time since my last car rental so this was unexpected. Worst service ever. Went to get a car they never stated when I was on the phone they didn't have any cars. I had to wait on a car for 2 1/2 hours. They made all the ppl their stand outside in the heat, going in and out their handbag right there on the curve, while their building was empty. They said it was because of COVID and it was curve side service. Bull the two ppl working there came outside without a mask on and was standing to close but it was because of COVID. do not ever rent a car here. i got scammed. the store manager claimed that i had damaged the car and filed a claim. there was absolutely no damage to the car. none. zero. this was after i rented a car for 3 weeks w/ $600 in revenue for them. awful customer service. i will never ever rent from enterprise again in my entire life because of this winchester location scam. pitiful. read more

My past experiences at the Enterprise on Winchester have been exceptional. However, on August 16, 2018, I encountered a representative (Jackie C) with an abysmal attitude. She offered several subtle insults, was confrontational and condescending. Her level of understanding the of vehicles was limited, for instance,she wrote up one make/model and presented another. Also, I shared with her the distance I would be traveling and my need for a reliable vehicle. She ignored my request, pushed her agenda, as a result the vehicle was returned and another one issued. The pick up experience was frustrating but when returning the vehicle I received the customer service that is the norm for that location, excellent!! The three rating is for the return process. Worst service by any enterprise rent a car location in 3 years .. I am renting cars in many other locations in Texas, I never faced any issues . In this location, they never provide cars which you book. And they will try to negotiate rental prices even though you booked cars online and when you ask for the reason, they say they don't have cars which we have booked and they will start negotiating for higher end cars. Waiting time is more when you go to take a car which you booked online. In all the location, the grace period is 1 hour for returning cars but in this location, it's 29 mins.most of the time, they Will not clean cars before renting to next customers. Better avoid this location if you want to rent clean car with good customer service . Thought of giving 0 stars but there is no option for giving 0 stars read more

I hate the airport rental set up so I opted for my local neighborhood Enterprise. Great service overall. I even got a follow up call to make sure all went well in my travels. The only snag in giving 5 stars was when I returned the car. The agent did the walk around w/o asking me to go with him and just went on about his business and forgot I was there. I had to ask the manager for my receipt so I could leave. Other than that I highly recommend them. read more

I have rented from Enterprise on Winchester for about ten years. In the past my experience has been awesome. However thats when another manager ran the location. My experience on 11/27/2015, left me very dissatisfied. The manager was extremely short with me , as with other customers. He never noted on my contract a small mark on the vehicle that i made a point of pointing out to him. I was charged for an extra day without explanation or offering the courtesy of adjusting my rate , even though the vehicle they gave me was not what I reserved. This manager locked the door about 5 minutes till closing in order to not allow renters the ability to return his or her vehicle on time. i will continue to rent from Enterprise as needed, however from another location . The preferable location is not convenient to my hoe or business but at least there I know I can get that great Enterprise service that I've grown to expect. read more
