So I had no choice but to switch to a Sedan, a Nissan Altima. The workers there were nice, so that's an upside, but still disappointed that I didn't receive the car I paid for. Why offer availability for a car they don't even have availability for? Why not have more of the most popular car if they know it's going to have a large amount of people wanting it? At least the workers were nice and explained everything to me, so I'm not as angry as I could be, I just wish they didn't pretend they had availability for something they didn't have.

If all of the above is too long to read, I'll shorten it up for you: Unlimited auto has earned a new customer for life, and I will always recommend them to any friends or family needing work done.
