Couldn't rent a car while visiting family, because I didn't have a local address???? If I had a local address on my driver's license, I wouldn't have needed to rent a vehicle. So, any visitors from out of town, you cannot rent any of their vehicles per their company policy. Go to Hertz. It's right down the road and their staff was so much more helpful and kind. read more

If you ever rent a car from this place, make sure you take photos yourself the day of pick up and when you drop it off. We rented a car and dropped it off. Employee calls us 3 days later saying the car was good to go and returned our security deposit. 6 weeks later we get a $6,000 bill for damage. No phone calls or nothing when we returned it. I asked if they record their calls and they said yes but lost the phone call that said everything was good and that employee was fired since then. So unprofessional and borderline criminal. Protect yourself and take lots of photos. read more

10/10 DO NOT recommend Enterprise for renting a vehicle. You will receive a bill for the tolls you crossed, AND THEN be charged 2x-3x MORE by their toll department with no notification whatsoever. read more

This place SUUUUCKS. They never have the vehicle that was reserved, they are always short staffed, and they make you pay for extra days when their offices are closed. No one ever answers the phone and when they do, they are less than helpful. What a terrible way to run a business. read more

Thank you Enterprise! I live in LA and booked my rental with a different company. Need less to say I was very dissatisfied with their service. I left and came to enterprise last minute. They got me into a car and even help upgrade me to a slightly bigger vehicle. Wonderful service and customer care! Worked with the GM, but everyone was friendly and pleasant to speak with. The office was busy when I arrived to pick up my rental care--and that's a good sign. The staff was courteous and helpful and did not attempt to high pressure sell me on their supplemental rental insurance. I experienced no issues when I rented my vehicle and dropping off my rental was as easy as renting it. Overall I would rent from Enterprise again. read more

Rented a car this weekend, they didn't have the one they promised so they gave us a different car. Wanted us to take out the extra insurance, which I did - the lower of the two amounts they offered, although I was sure my insurance would cover any problems. I dropped the car off early in the morning, in a bad neighborhood. They wanted me to leave the keyless starter in an unlocked car. So someone could steal it at my cost? No way, I took it home and locked the car up, They opened at 11:00 the next day but started calling before the office was open about the starter. It was returned before our time frame, but nobody should ever buy into their insurance scam if they want you leave the car to be stolen. read more

The staff was friendly and helpful. The office overall was a bit disorganized when we came in and it took a little while to be waited on and for them to actually find the car we were supposed to be renting, even though we were there after our reservation time. Thankfully we weren't on a time crunch. Renting locally vs at the airport saves you a TON of money! read more

My insurance made the arrangements on a vehicle told me, you just need go pick it up. They called me on a Saturday, stated my rental will be ready at 1pm. I arrived to pick the car up the car , they said it was not available so we're getting another car ready for me. I patiently waited over an hour and a half just to be given a car that was parked in front of the building the entire time I was sitting there? The young lady, Sydney, asked me if I wanted the insurance for damage I said yes at first she told me the charge was $16.95 after that , I asked if that was for the whole entire time (as I will have the vehicle about 25-30 days) she said no that was per day - I said no then cancel that I don't want it, she said no problem. Today I get a call from discovery telling me there's several unusual charges from a rental car company on my card . I was charge 5 times 4 different different amounts all within two days from each other from enterprise. Ranging from 50, 30, 20 , 50 then 20? Of course I called enterprise they said yes they had me down for the insurance , I said I told her no, but the girl also noted that I said I wanted the insurance then said I didn't but then added it again, said I had changed my mind at the last minute and added it back on -not true whatsoever. He said well this is a reputable rep so allegations of her lying could cost her her job I said well I'm sorry that could cost her job but that was not a conversation that took place ! They said if I wanted to cancel the insurance i was more then welcome to but I need to bring the car right then and there to have it inspected before they will stop charging my card. I work over an hour away from the rental car Business and was at work while this was going on. I said I can bring it to you Saturday he said no that they would need it right now again I told him I could not but they were more than welcome to come to my place of business and inspect the car or I could record it live and they could see that there was no damage to the car ( I understood making sure there was no damage HOWEVER told him if there was damage I would not be calling?? The person I was speaking to on the phone I believe his name is Tyler I asked if I could speak to his manager because the expectations were unrealistic. He said his manager Brian Hutchison was at lunch at that time . I said could he call me back he said no because he's going to tell you the same thing I am I said well if you need to come look at the car you're more than welcome if not I can't get it there till Saturday. With that we ended the call. I did call the corporate office received a call from a regional manager , Brian Farmour (spelling) again telling me I signed a contract I said well if it's 16.95 I've been charged five different amounts and 5 different occasions how does that happen he and I quote 'asked me if I've ever heard of taxes'??? Of course I ask him if he's ever taken a mathematic course because that doesn't add up. He told me the same thing and it was noted on my account that I said yes I said no and then at the last minute accepted it? I asked him why would I be calling if I had accepted insurance ??? I'm calling because Discover card alerted me that there was unusual activity on my card. He rattled off my address and said that they would be there to pick up the vehicle and hung up. He called me back twice I picked up he hung up he called me back again left me a voicemail ( as I did not answer only to be hung up on) stating that we must have gotten disconnected. Rattled of my address again, that they would be there to pick the vehicle up. Can't imagine a company that's being paid by an insurance provider & literally threatening a customer to pick up a vehicle over an hour away in the middle of a snowstorm and leave a customer stranded without a vehicle. THATS PAID FOR ..Please pay attention to the iPad that you are signing because the insurance box does say except and decline so it's very deceptive as to if you are accepting or declining their insurance products, AND apparently whatever they decide to put in a customers notes is glue! If there are changes after signing (customer said yes then no then yes) the contract needs to be initials by all parties and request a copy!! I do have to say the ONE person I spoke to at the corporate office Brad, was extremely professional. The rest of the staff involved not at all! read more

Rental agent was friendly, courteous, and prompt. The car on the other had was not on par with my previous rentals from this location. A previous renter had smoked in the car and though it was just 1.5 hr drive to my destination, I was miserable the whole way. I'd rent from this location again but I'll have to be more selective about the car I accept next time. read more

The whole process was smooth. I booked online and when I arrived Brandon was so helpful. The car type I requested was not available so I was upgraded for free. The vehicle was clean inside and out and had all the updated technology needs for a business trip. I will definitely will use their services again. read more

Friendly staff. They will pick you up and/or take you to the repair shop to get your vehicle. Avis local in Mansfield, Ohio will not do that. I ALWAYS use Enterprise. read more
