Worst car rental experience I have ever had! I have rented from Enterprise before and never been…read moretreated like this. I drive a SUV and they put me a Chrysler 300 that had not been cleaned. The last person's information was still in the vehicle, the vents were dusty. The customer service was terrible, I signed all my paperwork before even looking at the vehicle. Told if I didn't return it with a full tank of gas, I would be charged 10.00 a gallon for the gas they have to put in.

Thank You for helping Make My trip to Ohio & Michigan Wonderful…read more I Made a Reservation with Marcy about 2 weeks prior to my visit in November 2017, we went over what my preferences were and she assured me I'd have a car ready upon my arrival in Ohio. I had concerns because I was visiting from California and only carried A Cali Insurance policy & Cali License. As well as a Regular VISA debit card. Many other places I called had criteria I didn't meet coming in from out of state and they wanted a couple hundred dollars more for the rental. So I made the reservations and hoped for the best, when I arrived I was Greeted with a Friendly Hello, Paperwork that was Already prepared and keys to a new 2018 car =) I signed on the X and was ready to go in less than 5 minutes. I kept the car for 2 weeks it ran perfectly, and made my long road travels quite comfortable. Thank You Marcy & Associate for providing such Great customer service, perhaps we will do business again in the future.

Lady at customer service counter was rude and unhelpful. I had a low tire due to a nail and no cars…read morewere available, but Sears automotive, which is in the same building, could check the tire. When I asked for clarification on something, she repeated back what she said with attitude. One of those customer service types that is irritated that customers even exist and that they have to tolerate them. I was going to discuss the fact that the delay would cause me to extend a day and I'd like to not pay for that, but knew she would be unwilling to help, so I called the Avis desk where I originally rented and he helped me. Too bad there's not many options in this location, because I would avoid this location if possible. By the way, the Sears Automotive people that fixed the tire were great.

After the trip from OH to MN...they decided they would add .25/mile for everything over 1000 miles when we rented the vehicle PER DAY! We were charge over $280 over what we agreed to and now the corporate office will not speak to us. Read the feedback they have on other sites as it's incredible this company still exists. We are filing with the BBB and seeking legal action against this company. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! 7-14-16 UPDATE: The company insists that I CHOSE to pay for a mileage based rental EVEN THOUGH it would mean that when I RENTED the care I KNEW I would be paying double the cost of a per day rate! It is unbelievable that this company can stay in business with this type of deception to their customers...I'll update you all on the outcome. It even gets better...the company was going to credit us $100 but then decided not to and refused to adjust the billing. Rented from Enterprise twice since then...they made the comment that they get ALL the best customers from Avis because of the VERY poor customer service. Please reconsider your choices when renting...
