Budget Rent a Car road side assistance completely failed me when my car broke down in Galion Ohio. Left me stranded for over a day and a half with a bungled attempt at replacing my car. No communication and retched service. Only one person, Eileen, knew what she was doing and took any responsibility to try and solve my problem. Everyone else passed the buck. Total incompetence. read more

Worst car rental experience I have ever had! I have rented from Enterprise before and never been…read moretreated like this. I drive a SUV and they put me a Chrysler 300 that had not been cleaned. The last person's information was still in the vehicle, the vents were dusty. The customer service was terrible, I signed all my paperwork before even looking at the vehicle. Told if I didn't return it with a full tank of gas, I would be charged 10.00 a gallon for the gas they have to put in.

Thank You for helping Make My trip to Ohio & Michigan Wonderful…read more I Made a Reservation with Marcy about 2 weeks prior to my visit in November 2017, we went over what my preferences were and she assured me I'd have a car ready upon my arrival in Ohio. I had concerns because I was visiting from California and only carried A Cali Insurance policy & Cali License. As well as a Regular VISA debit card. Many other places I called had criteria I didn't meet coming in from out of state and they wanted a couple hundred dollars more for the rental. So I made the reservations and hoped for the best, when I arrived I was Greeted with a Friendly Hello, Paperwork that was Already prepared and keys to a new 2018 car =) I signed on the X and was ready to go in less than 5 minutes. I kept the car for 2 weeks it ran perfectly, and made my long road travels quite comfortable. Thank You Marcy & Associate for providing such Great customer service, perhaps we will do business again in the future.

I would prefer to give them a negative score. I payed for this service for my wife, my eldest…read moredaughter, and myself. This week my eldest had surgery. While recovering at home she asked his sister to take her car (the car belonging to me...a card holder) to the corner store for groceries. Two blocks from the house my middle daughter noticed the tire was flat and had her sister (the card holder) call AAA. Even though the car was owned by a member, was driven on behalf of a member, and the call was made by a member they refused to produce the service we paid for...because my eldest daughter was not at that moment IN the car. It wasn't until my middle daughter put my eldest in a wheelchair and pushed her two blocks through the snow to the car that they would agree to come. They did not arrive to service the car until two hours later. Fraud. Plain and simple.

I did pick up some travel information while I was there as well. My disappointment was some of the dog and RV friendly information is now available only online which is OK at home but if I am in a dead zone, it may be hard to look up hotel or campground information. I love the internet but sometimes it is nice to mark up a book with notes for future reference.
