Impossible to speak with a local agent. Phone just rings and rings, then transfers to somone at an Enterprise call center. They escalated the issue and said they would send a message to local Enterprise and said someone would call me back within the next 4 hours before they closed. No one did. Very unprofessional staff! They never have the vehicles they say they have on the reservation. And no where on their reservation does it says you need a physical credit card. This place made me waste my time and did not even pay for an Uber for me to get back home. They know they can get away with this since they are the only car rental in town. Skip this place. Best experience I've had at a car rental company! Every other company I've been to I've had such stiff unfriendly interactions. They were a little bit busy but if you're patient they will take the time to go over everything with you and you will be treated with so much kindness. Great friendly vibes and lots of laughs here with Linda and the team. Sorry to add to the never ending one star postings, but after making a reservation for a minivan one month earlier I was sorely disappointed. I called the local klamath falls Oregon enterprise office a day early to verify a minivan was available for me the next day on my Scheduled pick up and was giving an answer of as long as the cars show up from returns. This didn't sound good at this point. The day of my Scheduled pick up I drove by the enterprise lot before they opened and saw 8 or 9 minivans and thought all was well, was that farther from the truth. Now one would think if one had a reservation for a minivan one would be provided well not at klamath falls Oregon enterprise rental. I walked in and was curtly asked picking up or dropping off, I got the feeling of doom instantly. The attendant don't remember her name, said all I have available is 2 vehicles that would not work for my needs and I asked what's with all the minivans out front, she said they needed cleaning before they could be rented out. Well today is Saturday they are closed Sunday and this office had only 1 office person and one detail person and things were getting very busy fast since they were closing in 1 hr and there was 4 severely ticked off customers in the same boat as myself. I was getting nowhere fast and left the office and still had my reservation in the computer, I did not cancel anything. I called back just before noon and received the word of no new turn ins showed up and I was not getting the vehicle today or Sunday. This is just another lack of customer care and lack of management. Today was a day that a few unknowing families were not able to start a vacation due to the lack of management of the Enterprise rental office in Klamath falls Oregon. Oh the 1 female staff was very rude to customers. I did report this to Corp Enterprise and said they would get back to me soon which that never happened, go figure. Dealing with Linda was a complete nightmare. The policies they outline in their own contract are not honored and is used as a bait and switch. We had our copy of the contract and were told "we don't honor that here"...so be prepared for fraud and drama when you show up. read more

We were visiting Klamath Falls for the first time. We were arriving by train so we didn't have a vehicle. We were struggling to find a vehicle to rent and our trip almost got ruined because of someone on Turo. We decided to take a risk and visit Enterprise on the day we arrived and see what our options were. Enterprise came through and we were able to rent a car for the weekend. Literally saved our trip and allowed us to visit places we wouldn't have if they didn't do what they did for us. I know they are the only car rental place in Klamath so they could easily take advantage of that but they didn't. Everyone there was kind and accommodating. read more

I had a reservation for weeks before I was due to pick up the vehicle. They called me an hour before letting me know I needed a utility bill to pick up the vehicle since I was using debit card. upon my return phone call I spoke with An enterprise representative from this location by the name Linda she answered the phone and was very rude. I asked some very basic and simple questions but she regarded me with complete disrespect telling me I was stupid for not knowing I needed a utility bill to reserve a vehicle with debit. upon asking about my other options she told me "no, sorry bitch can't help" and hung up the phone. I tried to reach someone else but my phone call was ignored everytime I tried, my cars transmission was about to drop and I needed to pick up my dying grandma from the airport in Medford. The complete lack of empathy or even the ability to explain other options on trying to pick her up via rental was a display of no humanity. If you need to rent a car do not go to this location. people like her are a stain on a good company and take away paying customers from them. read more

I had a vehicle reserved. Showed up to pick up vehicle and it wasn't there. The only rental available is grossly disgusting and smells like a dirty hotel room. There is animal prints allover the bck seat and I cannot run the heater as it reeks of cigarettes. I had to go buy seat covers just to sit in the rental. I recently booked a rental car for pick up at 8 AM on a Sunday morning and a return the following day at 7 AM. When I got online to print my itinerary I noticed that the pick up date has been changed to Saturday at 9 AM and return on Monday at 9 AM. I tried to edit the reservation online back to the correct dates, but it wouldn't let me change anything. When I contacted the customer service number, I was told that the enterprise office in that location is closed on Sundays and does not open until 9 AM every day. So instead of notifying me when I booked, they just changed my reservation without any email or telephone call to notify me that it had been changed or that they were unable to book at the times and dates that I had selected. If I don't arrive in Klamath Falls until Sunday morning and make sure it's awfully difficult to pick up a car on Saturday. And it also makes it awfully difficult to return a vehicle on Monday morning at 9 AM when I depart the city at 7 AM. There was no mention of the business being closed or an after hours drop off. I catch my flight at two in the morning and I am now in a rush to try and find a different rental company which apparently doesn't exist in Klamath Falls. U-Haul hooked it up and I will now be traveling to the redwood forest in style! read more

Promptly after the reservation was made, I received a call from the location indicating there were no vehicles available. I would give this place zero stars. I went to take my friend to enterprise so she can get a car so she can go on her traveling contract. We show up at 2pm and they told her. The car she reserved wasn't there it was in grants pass getting worked on and won't be back til 5pm. Keep in mind there was other cars in the parking lot. Come back at 5pm, they tried to give her a Nissan vespa and say this is the compact suv she reserved. I said to one of the workers that that car wasn't a compact suv that was a compact car. They finally giving her the car she reserved and it turned out it was a suv that was in the parking lot when we got there the first time. So disappointed I the serviced provided to her. We reserved a car for pick-up that morning at 8 am when our train was due to arrive. Our train didn't arrive into town until 10 am and then we walked to Enterprise (30 minutes). Once we arrived they told me they gave my vehicle away because we were more than 2 hours late. They said they didn't know we were on the train but the train is frequently late. I still don't know how they knew we were on the train because we didn't tell them until later. They only had a minivan to offer us. We called Budget at the airport, Greg was incredibly kind and helpful and even picked us up from Enterprise. The 2 women at Enterprise didn't apologize or even offer any help at all. If I could give a ZERO, I would. I've rented with Enterprise multiple times and have never received such HORRIBLE customer service until dealing with the Klamath Falls OR location. From the time we walked into their door, Linda, came off as rude. Then it just got worst from there. Had a standard vehicle reserved over a week ago, nothing was available this morning. There were plenty of vehicles on site. She offered us a truck or van...both weren't clean and we would have to wait for them to be detailed. All while we had two small children patiently waiting in the car. Linda, should not be in this job environment with poor customer service skills. She puts a bad name on this company! Jessica was incredibly helpful when we called after driving approx. 850 miles out west in the original Jeep we rented via Enterprise at the airport. We were experiencing a slight burning rubber issue after getting through the 4th mountain pass. Even though the airport rentals and the local rentals operate on different systems, she said we could switch it out for another 4x4 --- no problem and she'd take care of the rest. What's even more amazing about Jessica and overall Enterprise customer service experience is that we can switch it out once again when we reach our next destination! (as this awesome Ram is great but not so much on the gas) Will never go through another car rental company again when traveling. read more

They would let us know if one became available later the day we needed the car. Unfortunately we needed to leave at 8am. The women on the phone was very rude. I called and reserved my rental car for a Wednesday I called back the same day to change it to Tuesday. The representative told me no problem they would even be able to pick me up from work. I called 30 min prior to my pick up to confirm, and the person that answered acted confused, and was unable to pull up my reservation by my name or my reservation number. They told me that I was reserved for Wednesday. I let them know who I spoke with on Monday, the gal expressed that she was sorry but they do not have a car until 5:00. I called at 5:20 still no car. Very friendly and helpfull employees at this location. The cars are nice and well taken care of. We rent from enterprise whenever we head out of town because of their reasonable rates. We were quoted one price when we made the reservation, when looking at our credit card statement charged us a lot more than we thought. I called and the representative said prices went up in June, but we did not rent in June. When we picked the vehicle up the representative said she would give us the holiday date but we didn't get it. The rep I talked to this morning was not helpful at all.
